Suhnaina calls everyone for a meeting at the living hall and Suhnaina says that she had called everyone to inform why is she like this. She says that everyone is thinking that she is very strict but why didn’t anyone try to find out why she is strict? If she had not been strict, the family would have been broken. After her husband passed away, she brought up all of them alone. Suhnaina also says that she is taking money from her bahu so that they and their kids would not have to face what Suhnaina had faced before. Suhnaina thanks Chacha ji for being there for her all the while through good and bad. Suhnaina also says that she feels bad and she asks everyone to speak up and tell what she thinks is wrong with Suhnaina. Govardan, Manohar say that Suhnaina is right and had not done anything wrong. Udham and Kanhaiya support that. Renu also says that Suhnaina is right and Suhnaina could not be bad. Bindiya says that Suhnaina is good enough the way she is. Neelam asks if they had done anything wrong and to give them punishment if any. Sona says that since she entered the family, she used to wonder why are things like this but she understood it today. Sona also says that after what have happened, no one can handle the family like her. Sona asks Suhnaina to forgive her. Suhnaina says this looks like the last scene in the family. Don’t worry, nothing will change in this house and even I would not change. I have already said what I wanted to say, all may leave now and everyone leaves. Suhnaina laughs and says to Chacha ji, did you think that this Suhnaina would change this fast? I will change everyone. Just wait and see what happens between Sona and Kanhaiya. Kanhaiya is getting ready to work and Kanhaiya says that he doesn’t like what Sona has to face in the family and Sona says that she loves her job but after seeing Neelam here, she wants to be a housewife. Kanhaiya says that he supports Sona and Sona hugs Kanhaiya saying that she is really lucky to get a husband like him.

Sona says that before her marriage, she wanted to be a successful reporter but now, she wants to be the best Housewife, a good wife and good mum. Udham gets call from his officer who is coming to Allahbad. Neelam is watching this and asks what happened and why do you look worried? Udham says that its because of Neelam. He also says that he wished if he had turned down the marriage on the day and if there is anyone who is responsible for his life being spoiled, its Neelam and Udham walks away leaving a crying Neelam wondering what happened and why is he behaving like this. Udham informs his brothers that is Colonel officer is coming over for dinner and he wants everyone to look well presented. Udham and Manohar keeps arguing that they can’t change just because someone is coming over. Kanhaiya asks Udham not to worry as he will show the Colonel how close their family is and Udham says that Kanhaiya is a real brother. Neelam asks Udham if he needs anything, he can ask her and Udham leaves. Neelam is starting the stove and Suhnaina informs Neelam to cook good food for the Colonel. Neelam informs that there is nothing special in the house for her to cook and Suhnaina asks Neelam to make a list of things to buy and give her. Suhnaina informs Chacha ji if he can call any driver to bring her and Chacha ji says that he is not available. Suhnaina sees Kanhaiya and Kanhaiya informs that he is already late for work. Suhnaina decides to take a rickshaw and Sona says that she can drive and she also has driving license. Suhnaina thinks to herself proudly that everyone will see that her daughter in law can drive a car.
