The Episode starts with the maids talking about Surili. Shiv and Surili come downstairs. Sam compliments her. He says this palace needs your style and wardrobe. She says thanks, Shiv needs time to get fully casual. Maan greets. She says call me Surili, not Bhabhi, we both are of the same age. Sam says its compulsory here. Maan says I have waited for many years to call someone as Bhabhi, don’t stop me. She nods. Shiv asks Ambitai to settle the room. Ambitai says you will find it clean like always. He says thanks, give some time, everyone will like my choice. Sam tells Surili about the food. She says its like a lavish feast. He says its our daily menu. Maan says your special welcome dinner won’t be casual, Ranimaa decides our menu. She asks do you eat the same thing daily. Sam says no, it changes every month. Raghu comes and greets her.
Surili says I used to eat noodles at home. Shiv stops her and says its my mum’s chair. She says so sorry, do you have fixed chairs. Sam says yes, that’s Shiv’s chair, now Raghu will leave his chair for you. She says I m flexible, I will sit here. Raghu says no, I insist, sit there, I will sacrifice my place for you. They all get seated. Shiv asks where is mum. Ambitai says she didn’t come out of her room till now. Surili asks what happened. Shiv says I thought she will come, she makes prayers and we eat the food. She says we will call her, she would be hungry, she didn’t have anything since morning, I m sure you will convince her, shall I come along. Shiv agrees. He asks Ambitai to get food for Ranimaa. They come to meet Ranimaa. Shiv sees the empty food plate and says you already had the food. Ranimaa says you want me to stay hungry. He says no, I felt you will dine with us. She says no, you are mistaken, you think you will get someone from the roads and make her my bahu, and I will accept her, no, you are innocent. They argue. He says I got a wife for myself and a bahu for you, her name is Surili. She asks him not to waste time in convincing her. She leaves and sees Surili at the door. She sees Surili’s clothes. Surili smiles. Ranimaa says so this is your choice, you have no expectations from life, I pity your choice. She taunts Surili.
She says congrats, you feel you got what you wanted, you feel so, you didn’t get it. She insults Surili. Shiv says please Maa. Surili says I know this antique piece is costly than my house, but not more than family and your blessings, I m greedy for your blessing, not money. Ranimaa says call me Rani Sahiba. Surili says I truly love Shiv so I m here. Ranimaa says love is an illusion and it doesn’t last for long, you won’t stay here for 20 days, we will see how it goes. She goes. Surili cries. Shiv consoles her. She leaves. Ranimaa sees Samar and asks what are you doing here till now. He says you asked me to wait for you, I m determined, my mum used to ask me to follow elders’ orders without asking any decision because elders have more experience of life. Ranimaa says what name did you say, Sameer. He says Samar, it has two meanings, war and result, mum used to say that I have the war and result in me. Ranimaa asks Veera to arrange dinner for Samar.
He says no formalities, just a glass of water. Ranimaa says your mum has given you good teachings. He says she used to guide me always. Ranimaa asks did she teach you to interfere in someone’s personal life, how did you get the pics of the attack made on Shiv, why are you interested in catching that criminal. Samar says I have a personal interest, everything is about business, I lost my mum in childhood, I had no one in my family, I find my family in others, I miss my mum a lot, she was beautiful and clean-hearted, I know what happens to a mother when a child suffers, I read your worry for Shiv in your eyes. She says you met me for the first time today. He says everyone knows you, I have seen you on tv when Shiv was attacked, this contract doesn’t matter to me, but this matters, when that criminal gets caught, I promise, I will get him, shall I leave now. Ranimaa says you loved your mum a lot, you didn’t say anything about your dad, where is he.
