Episode 5 – Part 2
Dhaani keeps crying in pain and screaming. Doing so, she slowly loses her energy and slowly her eyes get closed. Suddenly, feeling a hand caressing her head, they try to get open again, just like that touch made some magic and brought her energy back.
… : Dhaani !
She didn’t need more than a second to recognize that voice and turns her head to look at that direction and looks at that person shocked.
Dhaani : (low voice) Vi… Viplav!
That person bends his legs and gets his head closer to her (the camera located near Dhaani, the face is shown when it gets close to Dhaani’s). Dhaani then thinks that it might be her imagination as always and quite upset, turns her head to look at the other side. Viplav, who understood it, slowly gets his lips on her head and proves his presence next to her. Feeling that kiss, she gets shocked and turns her head again back to Viplav with two widely opened eyes that ask him “Viplav, did you really come?”. Viplav stares at her and reading her eyes, holds her hand which makes her look at his.
Flashback
Dhaani and the others finally reach the hospital and they all follow the stretcher on which Dhaani was laid towards the emergency ward. Once in front of it, they get stopped by the nurse. Suddenly Maya looks at her phone and realizes it was still on the call. She immediately holds it near her ear.
Maya : Hello. Viplavji?
Viplav : (with a panicked tone and seen driving) He… Hello? Where is Dhaani? Why did she scream suddenly ? What happened ?
Maya : I will explain you all. But right now…
Viplav : I am on the way to Mumbai.
He cuts the call and keeps driving to the airport, while Maya was surprised to know he was coming there. Viplav quickly buys a flight seat and thankfully there was one for Mumbai at that moment.
One hour later, Viplav reaches Mumbai airport and takes a taxi to the hospital. He enters in the building and runs to the emergency ward. Dulaari, who was not aware of the fact he was coming, gets shocked seeing Viplav.
Dulaari : Bachwaji?
Viplav sees her and gets elated to meet her again, and so was Dulaari. He goes to her.
Viplav : Khakhi!
Dulaari : Bachwaji, you…
Viplav : I had to come for Dhaani and my child.
Dulaari : (smiling at him) Children bachwaji. They are twins.
Viplav was happy when she announced the birth of two. He suddenly remembers Dhaani suffering in pain.
Viplav : Kh… Khakhi, where is Dhaani ?
Maya : Emergency ward room.
He turns to that voice and falls on a young woman.
Viplav : What happened to Dhaani?
Maya : Labor pain.
Viplav : What ? But … it has been only 7 months.
Maya : Actually… she met a small accident during her pregnancy which caused the children’s prematurity.
Viplav : (shocked) Accident?
Dulaari : (she looks somewhere else) We kept telling her (Viplav turns his head to look at Dulaari) not to work in this stage. But I guess you know her, how stubborn she is. And so, few days after coming to Mumbai, she was getting down on the stairs and she slipped. (walks slowlyon her left) She already fell down once before and her situation was already dangerous. Doctor said that it will be a difficult pregnancy case and that either the mother or one of the children would be safe. (crying)
Viplav was shell shocked hearing all this.
Dulaari : (stops walking and looks at the emergency ward room’s door) And they also warned us, that… that it could be a premature birth.
She turns back to look at Viplav.
Dulaari : I really fear for them bachwaji. Dhaani and the kids will be ok, right?
Viplav : Don’t worry, khakhi! (walks to Dulaari) I won’t let anything happen to them. (holds her hands to reassure her) Even death should face me before facing my Dhaani. (looks towards the door) I will never let her down anymore.
End of flashback
Viplav : (talks to her softly) I am really here Dhaani!
Dhaani looks at Viplav and some tears come out from her eyes.
Dhaani : (talks to him softly and slowly) Viplav!
Viplav smiles, his eyes showing happiness through tears that cover them.
Dhaani : You …
She smiles in excitement opening her mouth and holds his hand in hers staring at him. She then realizes where she was and gets scared. Seeing her tensed, Viplav puts his hand on her head and caressing her, takes all her tension away.
Viplav : (looking at her) Don’t get tensed. I am here with you!
Dhaani : (looks at him) But, you… (talks taking breaks tired) here?
Viplav : What did you think ? That I will let my wife suffer alone ?
Dhaani looks at him.
Viplav : I already suffered a lot being far away from you for so long. I can’t anymore.
Dhaani looks somewhere else.
Viplav : How could you even think that I will be happy without you and our children ? (puts his hand on her face) You are my everything Dhaani. My reason to live, my happiness, sadness, smile… Everything lays in you!
Dhaani looks at him.
Viplav : Without you, there is no life for me. Because … you are my life.
Dhaani looking at him, some tears, falling out from her eyes, slide down her nose.
Viplav : And now, (cute and innocent smile) we are going to add two new members in our small world.
Dhaani smiles of happiness. Suddenly she feels having pain once again and screams while Viplav holds her hands tightly not letting her feel the pain.
Dhaani : Viplav I am … really scared.
Viplav : Nothing will happen to you, don’t worry.
Dhaani : I dont fear .. for me. But I … I want our children … to be safe. Even if I die, I won’t m…
She gets interrupted with Viplav putting his finger on her lips.
Viplav : Don’t you dare say this again.
Dhaani : (takes off the finger) Viplav, thank you … for having given me that happiness … I have lost once. Thanks to you… I got … my colours once again.. and… I have got the chance … to be … a mother.
Viplav looks at her upset and teary-eyed.
Dhaani : Now … I can … happily reach … the skies with … some happy memories.
Viplav : Dhaani, I told you not to say such things. If you keep talking so, then I will be forced to slap you again.
Dhaani laughs.
Dhaani : I will happily accept it … as it will be full of love.
She again gets pain and holds tightly his hand and he pats on her hand to console her. She screams loud which makes Viplav get tensed. Suddenly, she gets interrupted because of some crying noises, which attracted Viplav’s attention. He turns his head towards that sound and sees happiness in the doctor’s hands. He couldn’t express his feelings but a big smile and a speechless emotion. The doctor shows them the child while Viplav stands up on his feet. The doctor then looks at Dhaani who was feeling quite better than before, and was happy nothing wrong happened.
Doctor : (smiles at them relieved) Congratulations Mr & Mrs Viplav, the first one is a boy.
Precap – Dhaani gets pain again and Viplav holds her hand.
