Imlie 7th September 2022 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Malini calls a magician to entertain Cheeni. Magician emerges a doll. Cheeni asks who is it. Malini says Imlie’s future. Magician disappears doll and turns it into an ash. Cheeni to her rudest self shouts what did Khali Mali/Malini do with Imlie. Malini says not yet, but if Cheeni doesn’t obey her, she will see her mother’s wrath. Narmada tells aryan that she doens’t have any strength to handle the issues at home and hence Aryan should handle it. Aryan says if it was a storm, he would have changed its direction; if it was a thunder, he would have held it in his hands; if it was a famine, he would have torn the earth and got water out of it; but its life where Imlie enters his life repeatedly and breaks his trust repeatedly and he feels helpless. Arpita says he let Imlie go this time without realizing that Imlie must be doing all this under pressure.
Aryan says he is just treated like a character in Imlie’s play, he feels suffocated and wants to breathe free now. He wipes his tears and says he would write his own story now and erase Imlie’s name forever from it. He lifts Cheeni and says Imlie even hurt Cheeni this time, he is done with her now. He looks at Imliefrom balcony. Cheeni thinks she is not a bad girl and cannot betray Imlie at all. Imlie sits at a roadside and recalls Cheeni refusing to accompany her. Meethi calls her and asks how is Cheeni. Imlie cries and describes whole incident. She says Imlie is everything to her and she will die without Imlie. Meethi says Cheeni would know the truth some day, the day came early. She suggests her to handle Cheeni with a different perspective and realize that Cheeni can never betray her.
Anu feels happy and praises Malini when she hears how Malini ousted Imlie for Rathore mansion. Imlie recalls Cheeni trying to tell something while she was in the hospital. She determines to reconcile with Cheeni and picks her phone to call and finds it switched off. Cheeni cries for Imlie. Arpita says she will take her to meet Imlie in the evening. Cheeni calms down. Aryan says nobody will meet Imlie. Arpita asks him not to say that in front of Cheeni. Aryan says Imlie kept Cheeni away from Malini for years, let him handle Cheeni. Arpita and others walk away. Cheeni tells Aryan that she will not listen anything against Imlie. Aryan comforts her and asks if she was ever hurt before. She says her friend Pinto pushed her once and ran away. Aryan says her pain was gone after a few days, similarly even the pain of separating from Imlie will go away soon. He pampers her and goes to get food for her. Cheeni cries missing Cheeni.
Cheeni requests a man to give his phone to speak to her daughter. Man’s wife warns him not to give phone to a stranger who may run away stealing it. Imlie says she is not a thief, she is an independent reporter from Pagdandiya. Man ignores her and leaves. She requests many passerbys who refuse to give their phone. An old lady watches everything and offers phone to her. Imlie calls Rahore house landline and hopes Cheeni will pick it. Cheeni walks towards landline while Aryan walks towards Cheeni’s room with food.
Precap: Imlie thinks she doesnβt know if she fears losing everything or an upcoming trouble, she will not back off if trouble or even Yamraj arrives.

With so little amount of episodes left, why the hell are they depressing us with these nonsense. In my view they have given so much importance to Malini more than necessary. In the beginning to show what a good person she is, in the middle what a bad person she’s turning and now in the end how beyond help she is. I’m pretty sure they will put her in jail or something only the day before the last episode.
Just give us some happy and light moments with everyone. What is this nonsense with a stolen child!! She was abandoned to die!! Like a used tissue paper, the child who was 3 months old was used and thrown away.
And yeah Aryan, I’m so disappointed in you. No matter his issues with Imlie letting Malini throw her out of his house in front of him is too much.
@Ru same……..Kuch logic hi nhi hain…they are just dragging
The show is affecting our nerves, so painful to watch now. Makers are going to let Imlie live until she give birth another child of without proper identity. They showed no growth to the ckt only made her victim one after one and going to kill at a very young age. Worst story.
Honesty speaking, I didnβt like the part that Malini was throwing Imlie from her own house though Imlie never value.
.
For Imlie only Cheeni matters, Whole rathole family arenβt nothings for her.
.
But still..anyway, I wish they way Imlie loves cheeni, she would also love Aryan and his family. She never felt for them like this way. She never wanted to reunite with Aryan like this way.
.
Aryan said, “go”
She went and never looked back.
.
Cheeni said, “go”
She started to cry and said she can’t live without her.
.
I wish she also did this with aryan also. I felt pity for Imlie but I’m now sure she doesnβt love aryan. She doesnβt wish to live with him. She wanted to grab cheeni and ready to leave everyone.
.
Whatever Aryan said to Imlie 5years ago, it was true. Neither Aryan nor his child was matter to her and still they arenβt.
.
Maybe she is really still attached with Adi. She just wants his daughter not her husband.
But Aryan forgot everything Hut romance nd apologies… Both are same they don’t want to force
But love for a child and love for a life partner are two very different things.
There are many mothers out there who live with their husband just for children’s sake and there are many mothers who walk out of the house for securing their children’s future.
So the ultimate truth is : Mother’s can even die for saving their children but won’t do that for saving husband.
So Imlie prioritising Cheeni over Aryan is not wrong because even though she didn’t give birth to her, she is her mother.
But the wrong thing here is how can Imlie be so insensitive and emotionless in the case of leaving Aryan ? For any couple in the world who know they love each other, they won’t stay separated for 5 years until there is some damn ‘majboori’. Life partner is the second most important relation for a woman after her child.
But the way her ’emotional quotient (EQ)’ varies greatly for different people is a very questionable aspect.
At the end of the day, we are to remind ourselves that this is a commercial show launched for commercial purpose and there is nothing like the production team follows ‘give and take policy’. It’s more of a take than give policy for them. So serials are ought to be a nonsense…and a waste of our time and emotions both. And besides the biggest waste of time for a person must be describing about the waste inspite of knowing that it is a waste and still following it…which is ‘me’ π
Are yr kya….bure bure episode de rahe ho……Does this show wants to prove….A smart male lead in ITV is a myth…………..hadh hai………….jab dekho rona
Just saying everyone in this serial is a kind of bad character.
Imlie herself she got married forcefully to aditya but when aditya brought her home like a maid in front of his family members she didn’t oppose it ok its fine for 18 year old to not have so much maturity. But when aditya got married to Malini legally she could have broken her marriage relation she got an opportunity to study in a cllg and should have gone away from aditya’s life but no she was loving him. It’s just that she is the main character of the series her role is portrayed as positive otherwise she is also no less than Malini’s mother. Aryan he is the main lead but he threw his wife outside the house. Who in this world is going to praise a husband like him.
Aditya was the most toxic man his character is even more toxic than that of malini and anu. He kept two wives at his home. He betrayed both mailini and imli. He left his child alone.
Tripathi family threw Malini out of the house bcoz she did wrong but what about their own son after all aditya was responsible for all the mess but bcoz he is their son they never threw him out of the house for his wrongdoings.
Dev had an extra marital affair but not even once he said sorry to anu for cheating her. He is also a negative character.
Totally biased and irrational comment. Lacks both – knowledge as well as understanding of the serial.
@Riki, whatever you said is right. One needs to brain to understand Your point.
@Riki
Perfect Analysis. Dev’s one heartfelt apology would have stopped Anu from becoming so negative and inturn Malini would be spared from such negative environment.
Aditya and Imlie could have shown little courtesy and wait for celebrating post wedding rituals till the divorce proceedings of Aditya and Malini are done instead of shamelessly doing them infront of Malini.
This T family is worst. Especially Rupali, Nishant and his looser wife. Glad that they are out of show. I hated Rupali more than Imlie and Aditya. Being a women, she never once tried to understand what Malini was going through.
If only Aditya would have cooperated with Malini during divorce proceedings instead of postponing them for a stupid, road-side best bahu contest, Malini would have been soo happy in her life by moving on.
@Mishti…this is the most sensible comment I ever read here… Riki did a very perfect analysis.
And the ones who started following the serial very late would just believe that Imlie is goddess and Malini is an evil character.
But there was a time back then…when Imlie’s deeds and her ideologies didn’t match. She never took a stand for herself and how do we believe that one day all of a sudden, she realises Aditya doesn’t keep faith in her. The process should be always gradual, right ?
Also back then whosoever saw Malini’s character would only praise her…for the person she was. At one point of time, though Imlie was a male lead, she appeared more worth of being called a lead.
When Adi came into Imlie’s life…she didn’t lose anything.
But Malini lost an entire future…her dreams of having a happy family.
Imlie knew Malini loved Adi.. Imlie should have dissolved her marriage with Adi since she didn’t really develop love for Adi by then, right ? But she was adamant about her culture, rituals and nonsense. What importance do rituals have when you are called a maid at your husband’s house ? What importance do rituals have when the person you are married to with all rituals… is infact loved by someone else who is like…can die for him ?
Agreed Malini is wrong. But Imlie isn’t right either. Infact the serial must have been narrated in a third person frame… then it would provide justice for all characters. Perhaps the first run of this serial in Bengali was shown in third person context only…hence it’s more meaningful that this nonsense character designing !
One simple question. How can you blame a man sandwiched between two women, bigamy and forced marriage thrust upon him, fete cruel to him, his one wife turned em and colluding with his avowed enemy in humiliating and physically beating him, while the other drugging and raping him? Even legally he cannot be prosecuted for bigamy ( don’t ask why because it has been answered at this forum adequately. Doubt’s if any google it out). It’s here that I say that this forum being totally female oriented presents one dimensional perspective only. The male perspective looking at Adi as a helpless man caught between two devil wives and the deep sea of fete is conspicuous by its absence. Hence I find that Mishti, despite being a woman, is balanced while Riki, like most others, is not.
@Royce…our views are not about Aditya for now.
It’s about Imlie’s inconsistent character graph. Is there really any meaning when Imlie who loved to be treated as a door mat suddenly realised that I am a human and hence deserve respect ? No head and a no tail logic this is.
Agreed Aditya was sandwiched π. Also agreed his exploitation was nowhere se*ual so that doesn’t count as one too. But then informing his own family that his wife is a house help…how inhumane ? Forced or anything if Aditya brought her to home…that means he has to respect it. Or else he can go…consult the lawyer and annul their wedding the same day they returned to Delhi from Pagdandiya. He is not an outstanding person. But yeah…compared to Malini and Imlie, he is a real diamond π.
If it wasn’t enough marrying Malini… didn’t make sense too.
For Malini it was hard to digest the fact. But if Adi informed Anu about his situation and about how he had got married to someone else…perhaps Anu would have cleverly cut off the wedding without even letting Malini know about the matter…also as Anu never liked Adi’s family. Maybe Anu could have ensued fights between the families and maybe Adi can act as if he is angry with Malini as if his family to insulted.
But the fact is he wasn’t sure if he loved her or not and he wanted to keep his two options alive π.
He made bad decisions, in simple words.
And biggest blunder he did was loving Imlie later…he made an even bigger mess by choosing one options from the MCQs in a question booklet and marking one answer (Imlie). And then thought this is not the answer and ticked one more option (Malini) and then he realised first option is correct and he is repenting why did he mark one more option for the question and in OMR sheet ππ€£…(inspiration from today’s test π)
Making bad decisions or decisions, unless in an official position of high authority and responsibility, is not an offense, or a character attribute, could be a managerial attribute. So why put this man in the dock all the time, specially when fingers of accusations are only females having very high expectations from the husbands and near- zero from wives. Anyway,Shri Ji, I’m sorry for my curt, rsther impolite and rude reply. I have no rights to ask you questions because I’m yet to answer your question. I would endeavor to answer to the best of my ability by 12 pm, Sat. But then you know that my abilities are very limited. I will call you Swami again only after answering, correctly or wrongly. Gussa nahi kijiye!
Aditya never , never, never called or treated Imlie as maid, nor did his family. Imlie herself usurped that role, and it was Anu who called her maid. So plz don’t contrive just to find an escape goat in Aditya. That’s the fashion and trend here at this female forum to flog males here, especially, making Aditya a punching bag. Defog your female outlook, and show due consideration and respect to the male. Also, reform yourselves, and stop expecting too much from males and doing too little for them.
@Ukhaadlo…I never said Adi or his family treated Imlie as a maid. But Adi introduced her to family as a maid, right ? That’s what I mean to say.
Suppose you are Imlie and you are forced married like her under the same circumstances. And your husband brings you into his house and introduces you as a house help to the family…how would you feel ? Will you agree to it ? No, right !
Why didn’t Imlie resent the idea then ?
And facts here… I liked the storylines really really during Adilie’s time only. I still feel wrong about the current pair change done for Gashmeer exit. He isn’t a punching bag for me again. If you would have read about my comment above carefully…then u would have understood what I mean to say. For me Imlie, Malini and Aditya and also Aryan is wrong. And the best one out of them is Aditya of course…like after comparing everyone π. But as you say…if not consider Adi a punching bag… I can’t even considered a god figure, right ! He did mistakes, and he suffered. Well that is miraculous how Imlie suddenly remembered she has self respect…but then he was wrong. He was not an innocent baby. Seedha jawab de deta ghar mein sabh ko…aisi naubat aati hi na thi. Slowly hi sahi Malini se shaadi karne se pehle bata deta. Kyun nahi ki usne ?
And second thing.. I spoke very politely. I atleast tried of not entirely. But sorry to say…your approach was immature. You may find me rude here… I am, I agree…but I speak out what is in my mind and don’t bother about it thinking within. Whatever…but if this is the way you speak.. I have no interest in replying you. And for saying this, I had to reply. Hope you would consider what I said now and perhaps reform.
….
@Royce…you didn’t seem rude to me here. You just put your point and stood with it like all the others. Where’s the issue ?
Agreed making bad decisions are not an offense but taking bad decisions about others as well as for himself is an offense…because the consequences will be on everyone and not just him. Rather than calling it an offense… I would say he damaged everyone’s lives including his because of his feeling of not hurting others and because he was confused about the notion of love. He was worried about Malini getting a shock after knowing truth…nothing wrong. But if he had the same worry about not spoiling her future due to the mess his life has become at the end of the moment by marrying Imlie…perhaps Malini would have been the same sweetest person she was.
Sometimes bad decisions may not be an offense but it’s consequences maybe greater than a sin. And when consequences are already so bigger… Some new life shocking truths can also make it more worse…and that is Dev’s children from two women.
You may have heard about P.Hughes, a cricketer whose reason of death itself is very very rare. He wore a helmet and a ball hit him at an unprotected area just below his left ear. And he collapsed there and then and he died due to a rare type of sudden ailment.
Reason was simple and some injuries are quite normal in sports. Also being hit on face by the ball…breaking arms, legs, etc.
But the ball just hit him below the ear and he simply perished. Why ? Because sometimes consequences of a small accidental deed can be irreparable. It cost him his lives. Mistakes are just never bigger or smaller. But consequences can be. Prevention is better than cure !
No. Never. Adi never introduced Imlie as maid. Please recollect. He said that while in PGD, Imlie’s family looked after him, Imlie was a good student, and so, at the behest of her family, and in his own good wisdom, he brought her here to facilitate her education.
I agree. He never introduced Imlie as a maid, she herself took that job as payment towards her education.
In doing so, she ensured she lived in the same house as her “husband” and thus ruined Malini’s dreams and set Malini on the road to self destruction.
Her and Aditya, doing all sorts behind Malini’s back and then best bahu and marriage rituals right in her face before divorce was ever finalised.
Any woman would turn to revenge on that situation.
But writers went too far!
So would you accuse Hughes for wrong decision. For god sake, sympathize, empathize, mourn, or simply forget it, but never accuse him. Similarly, Adi is to be sympathized, not accused, and never to be tried. Sorry, I’m getting into discussion when I shouldn’t.
Disappointed with the writer’s…..its them that have played with the characters lives and so fault lies with them how the characters have behaved throught out the show….
There have been good bad and terrible times with lots of twist and turns due to misunderstanding but still I can’t help but watch this show….Farhmaan and Sumbul have done some fantastic acting and so will remain my favourite…
Going to support and watch till the last episode…then…wait for their next project….don’t feel we will see them together again.. Imlie will be in our thoughts… I’ll always have flash back specially their joking and romantic moments.
LIFE GOES ON AND WE WILL MOVE ON HOPEFULLY !
Yes Yes Yes………….Big Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
I remember the movie “Sanjog” (1985 Jitendra, Jaya Prada) where FL had an affectionate bonding with the child of her husband’s elder brother. Child’s
working mother had little time to spend with her son, so he used to roam around the FL. The child died accidentally during a festival under chariot in front of her eye. She was pregnant on thst time. After the incident she was so shocked that never recovered. She gave birth a girl child but remained indifferent to her, the child was raised by the couple who lost their own child. She remained in mental asylum.
Bondage with a child does not depend on who’s child he/she is. Who has a very loving and caring heart for children only they can feel it. Others can not.
Those who have pets in their house and share adorable bond they feel the loveing emotions for them. Others can not realise instead get rude and irritated.
So far so good. Why bring pets? There are pet lovers and pet haters. In any case, how so ever great pet liver you might be, plz don’t compare pets with human beings, specially children. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
Love her or hate her imlie is the central character and others will just be puppets around her just like aryan said.
True ππππ
2 din se Yamraj wala precap dikha rahein hain……abb To main chahti hun…….Sach main Yamraj Aa
jaye….aur Ye show Khatm ho jaye ππππ
Lol sim π€£π€£π€£ come let’s give him a call
Finally wrap up for Mayuri as Malini. She supported the show from her heart. Positive or negative whatever ckt she was offered she played it. Whenever she was asked to take break, she took, whenever she was called, she came back. A very good human being, wrote a sweet note saying good buy to her ckt.
All the good wishes for her.
Agreed Shireen the writers have lost it some where down the line love both lead actors soon the series will end its been a long journey let see the way forward. By the way Rajjo is going just great
I will not go into details as all you guys as I had stopped watching because of Adi and his illiterate family, only recently started watching after seeing Imlie and Aryan on RWSP.
Now I give π― wrong to Imlie for racing up the stairs while pregnant because Aryan had already stopped the child from rolling down the stairs when she started running up, she was totally wrong because also, that child was not hers.
She found Cheni abandoned, she did not steal the child, as now Malini realizes it’s hers, want all to think, but what I cant understand is why all those people just move into someone’s home and become boss?
Neela and miss#hashtag has been there since before Imlie left and is still there, doesn’t she have a husband? Anyways, now Malini and Anu just moved in even though they have money and a house, how? Why? And how can Aryan and his family just ALLOW the freeloaders to throw the wife and d.i.l of the house out like that? Only Sundar and Arpita actually stands up for her.
Writers seem to have mental issues.
