Tripathi family decorates house for Aditya’s engagement. Aparna guides maids. Aditya asks her to give him also some work. She asks him to go and meet Malini’s daadi. Nidhi says she will help Aparna, so he Aditya can go and impress Malini’s daadi. Aditya leaves. Imlie goes to paan shop. Shopkeeper asks if she came to spoil his business again. She takes bhang seeds from him to make bhang prasad for Shiv pooja and walks away asking him to note down in Bade papa’s account. She returns home and performs Shivling’s pooja in lawn. Aaprna and her team walk in and look at her. She asks why are they staring at her. They say she can perform pooja in home temple. She says this pooja should be performed in lawn and they all should join her. They all agree. She dances and offers
Aditya reaches Malini’s house. Daadi performs his and Malini’s aarti. Anu walks in, and Aditya touches her feet. She stops him and says she already told him to touch her feet only after marriage. He says he forgot that she blesses seeing a person’s status, he means marital status. Daadi asks Aditya to sit and tells Malini that she doesn’t know how Aditya behaves wit her, but he is perfect to become Anu’a damad/son-in-law. Anu starts insulting Aditya and asks about his education, in which convent did he study. Aditya says government school. She says that is why he didn’t become doctor or engineer. He says one studies for years to become a doctor, he dreamt of becoming a journalist and after 7 years of hard work is becoming Anu’s damad, so both his goals are met. She asks about his salary and increments. He says elders discuss about financial issues in his family, so she should ask his parents. Malini says when she didn’t question Aditya in 7 years, then why is she questiioning. Anu says he is diverting the question as his salary is not high, she will transfer money in his account every month. Daadi stops her. Anu says Aditya’s family is so middle class that they denied performing engagement in a 5 star banquet hall and kept it at their home, she called very few guests as they cannot handle her guests. Aditya says if she has doubt about arrangements, she can accompany him to his house and check herself. Anu agrees.
Tripathi family gets inebriated after drinking bhang prasad and dance with Imlie on Jai Jai Shiva Shankar..song. Aditya walks in with Anu, Malini, and Dev and stands fuming in anger. Malini frowns seeing Tripathi family’s buffoonery. Aparna greets her and asks how did they come to her house. Rupali says its their house. Aparna greets Anu in their house. Anu asks Aditya if her family makes arrangements in this way, but her guests are not habituated to it, so she wants engagement function at her house and that is final as she doesn’t want to be embarrassed in front of her guests; this house and family doesn’t look to be fit for engagement, she will leave as she has to make arrangements in short notice and walks away with Dev. Adity asks Malini to go and angrily looks at family.
Satyakam walks to Dulari mausi who is in temple and pointing at her saying god will also not forgive her for her sins. Dulari cries that she is his aunt and like her mother. Satyakam says he will kill her for ruining Imlie’s life and shoots, but Mithi pushes his hand away and protects Dulari saying she will not let him kill her amma, gives god’s and village’s promise. Satyakam doesn’t agree. She gives Imlie’s promise. He stops and tells Dulari that she ruined Imlie’s life, but Imlie’s promise saved her. Dulari runs away from there. Tripathi gets into their senses and asks Aditya when did he come. Aditya informs that his engagement is in Malini’s house. Family asks how is it possible. Aditya says Anu saw all their drama and insulted him because of them. Imlie hides behind family. Aditya calls her and says because of her, he lost his hard earned dignity and asks her to pack her bags and return to Pagdandiya. Imlie gets tensed. Satyakam tells Mithi that he can see her worried for Imlie, so he will take her to Delhi to meet Imlie.
Precap: Aditya tells family that he is correcting his mistake and nobody will stop him, he will send Imlie back to Pagdandiya. Aparna says Imlie is a kid and did mistake. Aditya says Imlie spoilt because of her pampering, she can give Imlie some money, but he will not let her stay in his house.
