One of the popular contestants of the musical reality show Indian Idol 12, Pawandeep Rajan has recently shared that he has tested Covid positive. The actor was tested immediately after he showed mild symptoms. Other contestants are also being tested as a precautionary measure.
The upcoming week of Indian Idol 12 is dedicated to legendary music composers, Kalyan Ji- Anand Ji. Pawandeep will be performing through a video call as he is quarantined. All the other contestants will perform as usual. The episode will be hosted by Rithvik Dhanjani as Aditya Narayan is also under home quarantine.
Owing to the increasing cases the Maharashtra government has already imposed a lockdown for a weekend. The shooting is instructed to be done only on weekdays that too with a limited cast and crew members.
