Intertwined love IMMJ2 Fanfic  Chapter 1

So I am here with the first chapter of the Intertwined love, I really hope you like this chapter and let me know about your views in the comments section. I know some may be thinking that this is similar to Qubool hai 2.0 well it is, I’m not denying it but I will be adding things of my own and my own descriptions. I am following the same storyline with my own touches.

Chapter 1

A guys is seen entering a shooting arena. He is wearing a black high neck sweatshirt and a pair of grey bottoms. Black boots covering his feet while he walked towards his designated area. He held his gun kit with extreme care and put it down on the table. He unlocked his kit to reveal 3 guns of different sizes with different equipment for each. He picked the one of the rifle up and practiced to aim it at the board kept in front of him. He was none other than Vansh Rai Singhania, a sharp shooter ready to present India in Belgrade for the World Championship tournament.

A guy from the sitting arena called out to him and shifted his focus. He was his coach, the one who had trained him to become one of the best shooters in the whole of India. The coach wished him luck and he returned back to his form, ready to strike at the board. The competition had officially started and the other participants had made their entry, also ready to take the strike. The commentator then commenced the tournament by calling out the names and shooting.

Vansh waited for his turn, not looking anywhere around but just at his aim. He had an inner voice that told him that he would win without any fail. He had been winning all the tournaments he had played so far. It was finally his turn and he took an aim. His shot was done leaving the next three remaining to finish their so that the results could be announced. After a few minutes, the judges were ready with their final vote on to who won and as expected it was Vansh who took the championship title and trophy away. He walked with utmost pride, to the podium and was presented the trophy along with the title.

His head was held high when the national anthem of India played in the background, it had always been his dream to carry forward India’s name in all sort of things possible, whether sports or other careers. He stood there amongst the other winners while a pair of eyes watched him. He felt as if someone had been focusing on him and looked around in that direction but found no one. He brushed off the matter aside and prepared his closing speech. On the other hand in India, his whole family watched his tournament live on the television. Their faces beamed with pride and happiness. They were extremely proud of Vansh after all he had represented India in almost all the parts of the world and always emerged as the winner. They eagerly waited for his closing speech to start.

Vansh: I would firstly like to start by acknowledging my coach, my parents and family and of course my country, my Bharat; these have been my greatest support and the reason as to why I am here standing, holding the trophy in one hand. Without them I was possibly nothing but just an ordinary man with no respect in the society and no pride in his chest. This trophy is dedicated to my country. I’m able to fulfil my dream of presenting India around the world because of my family’s support, my mom, my day, my sister and my brother. They have been my greatest support, they held me when I fell down and they encouraged me to go ahead every time. And of course not forgetting my extremely talented and genius (he let out a laugh) coach who helped me recognize my talent and put all the hard work behind me. Whatever I am today, whatever I have today; be it all the riches, be it all the respect or be it all the medals, it’s all because of them. Thank you, see you in the next tournament!

Everyone applauded for him and his speech. He had his own aura that he would spread all over by his enchanting and understanding speeches. Back in India, everyone was proud at what he said, they always knew that whenever he had a speech he would never leave out any chance of including the family, they knew what a family meant for him after all he was an orphan. He was adopted by Uma and Ajay as their first child. He had always known that and was always grateful for accepting him in the family and helping him reach the level he was at right now.

On the other side in Belgrade, there was a beautiful woman who was dressed in a dark marron lehenga, with delicate and wonderful gold embroidery done. She had a velvet marron veil that ran along on the front. She had small and light jewelry worn. Mahira she was. She was running up and down in the room finding for some jewelry to adorn her ravishing daughter Riddhima. Riddhima was seating calmly at the dressing table, with a baby pink lehenga with silver designs bordering around. She had her veil above her head too which stretched for at least 1 and a half meters behind her. She had some diamond and ruby stone necklaces bordering her neck while pretty silver and red ruby earrings dangling from her ears. Her face was glowing with light touches of make-up.

Riddhima: Ma, stop it now, how much more do you want me to wear?

Mahira: Dear (coming to her, and cupped her face) you’re a bride today, you have all the rights to be dressed. (Smiling and then frowned) But what happened to you? You don’t have any bride’s glow on your face….are you not happy?

Riddhima: I don’t know ma, it’s not something I’m liking. All this just seems a play to me, I agree Kabir is a nice guy, he respects me but don’t you feel his a bit to childish? He’s always hanging and loitering around in the gym. He can easily open flirt with some girl not even noticing the surroundings.

Mahira: Come one dear, you’ve known him since childhood and the thing that matters most is that he loves you. Now come on do your final touches and I will send Sejal to get you. And yes (serious) If you are thinking about your dad, leave him….don’t stress yourself upon his words. Now smile! Enjoy the view of this beautiful and phenomenal environment, the mountains and the cold.

She left the room while Riddhima sulked upon remembering her dad’s words. She wanted to meet him before her wedding. Her thoughts were interrupted by Sejal, her best friend and more like a sister. She understood everything that Riddhima never told anyone just by her facial expressions. Sejal knew the reason why she wasn’t sure of this wedding, she wanted to go to her dad once at least before she took the decision that her life depended on. Riddhima told her everything and Sejal supported her, she wanted her best friend to stay happy so she gave in to her plan and helped her.

After half an hour, Mahira brought Riddhima down to the dais where Kabir and his family were waiting. The dais was decorated magnificently, with lots of flowers and lights. She had a long veil covering her face. Kabir’s mom; a sharp and cunning lady sensed something wasn’t right and told her to uplift her veil. Inside it wasn’t Riddhima, but it was Sejal. Sejal having no other choice spoke the truth and told Mahira and the rest that Riddhima had run away from the wedding because she wasn’t satisfied with this decision as well as she needed to meet her dad in India before she took such a decision. Riddhima by then had changed into a pair of jeans and a tee-shirt with a jacket while wearing trainers. She was all comfortable to leave, she picked up her back pack which consisted of her documents and a pair of some clothes, her phone and a few cosmetics.

She ran away leaving everything behind hoping she did the right thing. She knew her mother would be extremely upset but this time the decision she took was for herself and her parent’s relationship, she needed answers to her questions. On the other hand Vansh left the centre as soon he finished his speech. He was in desire of relaxation and peace of mind before he boarded the plane back to India. His coach came to inquire about him while he wanted to just leave from all the commotion there. He took his car and left for a drive. He drove off at a high speed and didn’t notice a girl passing by till the end moment and applied the brakes, directing the car to motion in circles to prevent from the accident. As the car motioned in circles he took a look at the girl who had fallen down on the ground due to the force. She looked up to see an unknown man in a car that was moving in circles staring at her. They both shared an intense eye lock, they were both lost in each other’s orbs as if they found paradise in them.

Naino Se Naina Takraaye,
When our eyes come across;
Na Jaane Kya Dhoonde Akhiyaan,
Don’t know what these eyes look for.
Dhoonde Akhiyaan,
what eyes look for…

Kaise Tumhe Ye Samjhaaye,
How to explain you;
Na Jaane Kya Doondhe Akhiyaan,
What these eyes are looking for.
Dhoonde Akhiyaan
what eyes look for…
