CHAPTER 67
RAICHAND MANSION
ArRanRaDuKaMaKar reached there after Omkara left… They sent Priyanka to Oberoi Mansion first before coming here.. They are shocked and confused to know about Omkara stayed with Ishana… Siddharth still not arrived yet… They freshen up themselves while their wives are preparing breakfast… All come to the dining for breakfast… SweNiTiMi serve the breakfast… Savitri too joins them… They started to have their breakfast…
Savi: Where is Ishu??
Swet: She is still in her room… I’ll go and bring her…
Ranveer: No… Don’t disturb her, Swetlana… Let her sleep… She needs some rest…
Savi: Did you find anything??
Arjun: We found few things but we can’t make it as strong evidence… We need to investigate more, daadima…
Nivi: What are you planning to do??
Raghav: We want to go to the accident spot to see if we can get any clue there…
Tia: When are you going?? We also will come with you…
Dush: No, Tia… We will leave after our breakfast… You all stay here… Or, Ishu will feel alone…

Shivaay finished narrating to Annika and Jhanvi… Both of them are shocked…
Annika: Ishana is married??
Jhanvi: And she lost her husband on the day of her wedding??
Shivaay: (nods his head) She never lived one hour with her husband, she lost him in front of her eyes… (He cries… Annika and Jhanvi console him) She hides about her marriage from her family for their happiness… They can’t even stand a single scratch on her, how they will react knowing this truth?? That their Ishu is a widow…
Annika: Now I understood why she always pale colours… Poor girl… How much she has dreamed about her wedding?? Everything was shattered in a second…
Jhanvi: I scolded her badly yesterday… I feel bad for that… No wonder Rudra and Prinku stood for her… They knew well about their Ishana bhabhi…
Annika: Shivaay, I want to meet her… Please take me to her… I need to apologize from her… Please, Shivaay…

Om: (confused) Like what??

Om: What happened yesterday?? (ShivRu looking at him in confused) Owh!! About Ishana causing Gauri’s death?? Of course I remember it… (ShivRu are shocked)
Shivaay: Then, why you didn’t ask anything about that?? You were keeping quiet when Annika and badi maa scolding Ishana… You didn’t say anything to her…
Rudra: You just sent her away with her family…
Shivaay: (holds Omkara’s shoulder) Om, are you angry with her?? Do you think she did the accident purposely??
Om: (smiles) What you were expecting me to say that time when Rudra was standing for her?? (ShivRu look at each other) Why should I angry with her (stops a while) when I already knew about it earlier itself?? (ShivRu are shocked)
Rudra: What?? You know it earlier?? But, you never tell us about this…
Shivaay: How you got to know about it, Om??
Om: Actually, I was having some doubt and yesterday I confirmed after she told me…
Rudra: She told you??
Om: (nods) She said she killed my wife… Before she continue, Annika bhabhi came and after that you know what happened…
Shivaay: Om, tell me one thing… You knew it after Ishana told you or before that??
Om: (smiles) Before that, Shivaay… I was having some doubts after I saw something… But, I won’t tell this to you first… I need to talk with Ishana first… (Shivaay is about to say something but his mobile rings that time)
Shivaay: (answers the call) Hello… (Shocked) What?? Ok… I’m coming now… (Ends the call and looks at them in worried)
Om: What happened, Shivaay?? Any problem??
Shivaay: Ishana…
Om: What happened to Ishana?? (Shivaay says something making him shock… Omkara runs from there leaving ShivRu… The Oberois who are in the living room are shocked to see Omkara leaves Oberoi Mansion in hurry… ShivRu try to stop him but he just left with his car…)
Kalyani: Billu, what happened to Om?? Why he ran like that??
Tej: Any problem, Shivaay?? He is already very disturbed… (Priyanka coming from upstairs in tensed)
Prinku: Bhaiya, Ishana bhabhi is missing… She is not in Raichand Mansion… (All are shocked except ShivRu)
Shivaay: I know that, Prinku… That’s why Omkara went now…
Annika: Do you know where is she now?? (Shivaay nods)
COMMISSIONER OFFICE
Com: We already closed that case, Miss Ishana… There is no evidence saying that you are the one caused the accident…
Ishu: What?? I’m saying that I killed someone but you are not listening to it and keep on repeating the same line…
Com: Fine… I will ask you few questions… You said that you did the accident, then why are you surrendering now?? After the case closed?? Why you didn’t surrender earlier?? This accident happened three years ago but now only you are realising that you killed someone?? Why don’t you realise it before?? (Ishana is dumbstruck with his questions)
Ishu: (stammers) Wohh… Actually, I don’t remember anything about the accident… I have been told that I did an accident and the girl died… But, I don’t know who… I just got to know few days before… I don’t know what to do… That’s why I came here to surrender myself… Please, sir… Arrest me… (The commissioner is shocked with her request)
Com: But, I’m really sorry, Miss Ishana… As I said before, the case has to be reopen again if we want to arrest you… If anyone from the girl’s family request us to reopen this case again, we might can do something… (Ishana thinks something)
Voice: It’s not necessary to do that, sir… (Both of them turn towards the voice and Ishana is shocked to see Omkara)
Com: Mr Oberoi, please come inside…
Om: (walks towards them) Sir, we are sorry for troubling you… Actually, she is very much disturbed with all the happenings… That’s why she is doing like this… Don’t bother with what she said just now…
Ishu: (shocked and confused) What are you saying?? I’m the one did the accident… (Looks at the commissioner) Commissioner sir, please arrest me…(extends her both hands while the commissioner shakes his head)
Om: (pulls her hand) Just stop it, Ishana… Come with me, now…
Ishu: (tries to take her hand) I’m not coming with you… Leave my hand…
Omkara leaves her hand and stares at her… She turns her face from him and about to say something to the Commissioner… Before she could say something, Omkara lifts her in his arms making her stunned…
Om: (towards Commissioner) Sorry, sir… (Leaves from there)
The commissioner shakes his head and sighs in relief… Siddharth comes from behind of the cupboard where he was hiding…
Sid: I’m sorry, sir… And thanks a lot for not listening to my sister…
Com: It’s ok, Mr Siddharth… I can understand your concern for your sister… I think she is guilty for causing a death… We don’t have any evidence to prove she is the one did the accident… We can’t simply arrest her just because she is saying that she did the accident…
Sid: I know it, sir… I was shocked to see her here… But, I understand why she is here… That’s why I asked you to not to agree for whatever she asked… (The Commissioner nods) But, sir, the case have to reopen again… We have to find what really happened that day… Is Ishu is the one did the accident or someone else??
Com: We can do it… You talk with the family and ask them to send a request for the police department to reopen the case… I will personally recommend you to handle this case…
Sid: Sure, sir… (Salutes and leaves from the station)
OBEROI MANSION
The Raichands reached there after Shivaay informed them that Omkara is bringing Ishana with him… All are waiting for both of them…
Jhanvi: (goes towards Savitri and holds her hand) I’m sorry, aunty ji… I hurt all of you yesterday…
Annika: I’m sorry too, daadima… I spoke without thinking… You must be very hurt…
Savitri: Don’t say sorry, beta… Anyone will speak like that in that situation… It shows your love for your sister… You must suffered a lot after losing your sister… Whatever came from your mouth yesterday was the pain you were hiding inside your heart… So, that’s not wrong… Ishu too never felt bad with what you spoke yesterday… She felt bad for becoming the reason for your sorrow… You both don’t have to feel guilty… (Holds Annika’s and Jhanvi’s cheek… They hug her while others smile at them…)
Omkara walk inside the house with Ishana in his arms… All are shocked to look at the scene… Ishana is struggling hard to get down from him but he tightened his grip on her…
Ishu: Leave me… I said leave me…
Om: Just shut up and stop swimming in the air… (All widen their eyes looking at them but Omkara just walk to his room without bothering about them…)
Shivaay: Om!! (Omkara shuts the door) What he is doing??
Ranveer: Shivaay, I think he is very angry with her… Please do something…
Annika: Yes, Shivaay… Please do something… Ishana can’t bear his anger…
Shivaay: No, Annika… He is not angry with her… Actually, he knew it earlier…
All: (shocked) What??
Rudra: Yes… He knew it earlier but he didn’t tell how… He said he will tell bhabhi first… (All are tensed looking at Omkara’s room which is closed)
Omkara’s Room
Omkara throws Ishana on the bed and stares at her angrily… Ishana just looks at him questioningly… She doesn’t know why he brought her here…
Om: What are you thinking of yourself?? What is the need for you to go there??
Ishu: I did what I felt right… Why did you bring me back?? I have to be punished… You are the one told that whoever did mistake have to be punished… So, I also need to be punished… What I did was not a mistake!!! It’s a sin!!! Unforgivable sin!!! (Gets up from the bed and moves to go… Omkara holds her hand and takes her to his cupboard… He takes a pair of dress and hand it to her… She takes her dress and looks at it… She looks back at him…) This is my dress… If I’m not mistaken I wore this during the party we had after we came to Mumbai…
Om: (nods) Rudra’s fruit punch party… You fell inside the pool and I saved you… I changed your dress… (Ishana slightly feels embarrassed when he said it) What is this?? (Pointing towards the edge of the duppata)
Ishu: (looks at it) IshDev… I told you before that Mithra ka embroidered this name… Most of my duppatas are having this… Why are you showing this to me??
Om: I’ll tell you… (Takes another duppata from the cupboard and gives to her…)
Ishu: (looks at the duppata and looks at him shockingly) This is mine… I lost it few years ago but where?? (Tries to remember) I can’t remember… But, how this duppata is with you??
Om: Do you know where I get this duppata?? (Ishana shakes her head) From Gauri…
Ishu: (shocked) What?? With Gauri??
Om: It was wrapped on her shoulder shoulder when she admitted in the hospital… I thought it’s belong to her and I kept it with me… (Ishana listens to him carefully) After that only, I realised that it’s not her but yours… Do you still remember during Prinku’s function, I yelled on you?? (Ishana recalls it and nods her head) That day I found that this duppata belong to you… I came to my room to take Prinku’s gift which I kept in the cupboard… That time some clothes fell down… I was arranging them back and that time I saw both of these duppatas are having IshDev embroidered at the edge of them… I realised you are somehow related with the accident… I was broken and confused that time… One side of my heart told me to not to believe it… Another side was telling me to believe it… I was totally confused… I thought that I need some time to think about that… So, I thought to ignore you for some days… Already we are ignoring each other… So, it won’t be hard for me to continue, I thought… But, suddenly you came to me and said that you want to talk to me… Images of Gauri’s death came in front of my eyes… That time I felt very much angry on you… That’s why I yelled on you… But, you saved me from the chandelier… You bear the heavy chandelier on you because of saving me… That time my anger was totally vanished… I was scared that I will lose you… I don’t want that to happen… (Ishana listens to him with teary eyes… Her tears are flowing nonstop drenching her face)
Ishu: You hide all these inside your heart and pretends that nothing happened… (Takes both of the duppatas) Here are the evidence for the crime I did… No one can save me now… (Ishana leaves from the room and Omkara follows her from behind)
Om: What are you doing, Ishana?? Don’t do anything stupid… Listen to me… (Ishana ignores him and just walks quickly… They reach living room where their families are waiting… All are looking at them in confused… Omkara snatches the duppata from her and throws it at Priyanka) Prinku, go and burn those duppatas!! Quick!! (Priyanka runs from there)
Ishu: (cries holding his collar and shakes him) Why you did like this?? I’m your wife’s murderer… You told me that only you can punish me… So, this is your punishment?? You want me to die in guilt everyday?? (Leaves his collar) Fine!! If you will be happy by seeing me like that, then I don’t have any problem…
Om: (holds both of her arms tightly) How could you say like this?? Do you think that I’m a such a heartless person to feel happy seeing someone in misery?? Do you have this kind of thought on me?? (Tears are filled in his eyes… He leaves her arms…)
Ishu: (loudly) Then, why?? You know it earlier but you didn’t say anything to anyone… Why you didn’t tell to anyone that I’m the one killed your wife and your baby??
Om: (shouts angrily) Because I LOVE YOU!!!
Ishana is shocked as well as all of them… The Oberois cup their mouths… Siddharth who just enters inside are also shocked hearing his confession…
