CHAPTER 69
OBEROI MANSION
SidArRanRaDuKaKar reached there and waiting at the living room for ShiOmRuPri… AniSou and senior Oberois are there as well… Priyanka came to living room bringing a box followed by ShiOmRu from behind her… Priyanka puts the box on the small table at the living room…
Shivaay: Siddharth, you told me that you want to talk something to all of us…
Sid: Shivaay, actually, this morning I discussed with Commissioner regarding Gauri’s accident… He asked one of your family member to request the police department to reopen Gauri’s case… (The Oberois except Priyanka look at them in shock)
Shivaay: What?? Reopen Gauri’s case?? But, why??
Ranveer: Because we are having some doubts regarding Gauri’s accident…
Tej: What doubt??
Ranveer: That maybe Ishu never done the accident…
Annika: But, we know that she didn’t do the accident intentionally… You don’t have to prove us… I know you felt bad with what I spoke yesterday… But, I spoke in anger… I’m really sorry for that… Please forget whatever happened yesterday…
Raghav: Annika, we didn’t mean like that… We understood your situation for yesterday… It’s not because of that… We are saying that we are having doubt that Ishu never did the accident…
Dush: In fact, we are having this doubt since three years… But, we can’t find any evidence regarding that…
Karan: And, the main purpose we came to Mumbai is to search for any clues or evidence to prove her innocence…
Ranveer: No one knows about it except five… ArSid too didn’t aware of this… But, Priyanka and Madhu know about it…
Jhanvi: What are you saying?? That means Ishana never done the accident??
Sid: Maybe… That’s why we want to reopen the case again.
Shivaay: I don’t understand… Why are you saying that Ishana might not done the accident??
Ranveer: There are few reasons, Shivaay. First, the accident happened after she met Kamini in jail… The gap of the timing she left the jail and the accident happened made me to doubt… Second, she supposed to go back to Dev’s house… But, the accident happened in an isolated place which is not on the way to Dev’s house… There is no possible for Ishu to know about that place…
Rudra: Maybe, bhabhi went to some other place before going to Dev’s house…
Arjun: Maybe, Rudra… But, we can’t confirm it…
Pinky: Why don’t you ask that diamond girls why she went to that place??
Karthik: Actually, Ishu maa doesn’t remember anything about the accident… She only remembers till she met Kamini in the jail… After that, she can’t remember anything… That is the main reason for her guilt…
Shakti: What?? She didn’t remember about the accident??
Raghav: Yes, uncle… She is having Post Traumatic Amnesia where she forgets few of hours of that day…
Jhanvi: (feels bad) Oh, God!! She doesn’t remember the accident but we scolded her badly yesterday… Why she didn’t tell us that she doesn’t remember it??
Prinku: That’s not a big matter for her, mom… She caused someone’s death… That is the biggest issue for her…
Sid: Priyanka is right… She did the accident intentionally or not is not important for her… Two lives lost because of her are biggest matter for her…
Shivaay: But, what is the need to reopen the case??
Ranveer: We are suspecting that might be someone else involved in that accident which we don’t aware…
Tej: How are you sure about that??
Raghav: The accident happened in an isolated place… What’s the need for Gauri to go to that place that day?? Maybe we can say Ishu lost her way and she landed on that place… But, Gauri?? (The Oberois look each other in confused)
Dush: Maybe, Ishu and Gauri have met before the accident… (The Oberois are shocked)
Shivaay: What?? Both of them know each other?? It’s impossible… How come you are saying this??
Ranveer: I’ll tell you… (Looks at Priyanka) Priyanka….. (Signs through his eyes… Priyanka nods her head and opens the box given by Omkara just now… She takes out something from the box and gives to Ranveer… He shows it to them…) Do you still remember this earring??
Om: This is Gauri’s earring… Prinku too shows the same… I kept it with me… But, why are you showing this??
Prinku: No, bhaiya… I didn’t show that earring to you… (Shows him another earring) I show this one to you…
Om: (takes the earring from her) This one is….. (Looks at the earring which Ranveer is holding)
Ranveer: Pair of this earring…
Om: How did you get this?? I was having one only with me…
Prinku: We found this inside Ishana bhabhi’s car which she drove three years ago… Or we can say the car that involved in Gauri bhabhi’s accident… (The Oberois are shocked to hear this)
Sid: That is why we are saying that we need to reopen the case if we want to know what really happened that day…
Ranveer: The case only can be reopened if one of you talk to the department…
Om: No… We don’t have to reopen the case… (All are shocked)
Sid: What are you saying, Om?? Ishu’s innocence only can be proved if we reopen the case…
Om: She is already innocent… She did the accident or not is not a matter for me… I know that she didn’t do it intentionally… That’s enough for me… If I reopen the case, that means my love for her is not true… She might think that I love her because I found her innocent…
Arjun: What are you saying, Om?? You already confessed your love before we tell you about this… How do you think that she will think like this about your love??
Ranveer: Om, this is not only to prove her innocence but to remove her guilt which becomes burden in her heart…
Om: Fine… How if we can’t prove that she never did the accident?? Or, how if it’s still proved that she is the one did the accident?? It will be like we gave her hope and then break it… It will be hurting her more… And I can’t see her like that…
Arjun: But, Om…. (Omkara stops him)
Om: No means no!!! It’s my final decision… The case don’t have to reopen… (Leaves to his room)
Shivaay: I think he is right… We don’t have to reopen the case…
Sid: Shivaay, I can’t believe you are the one saying this… Don’t you want to know what really happened that day?? I’m not talking because I want to save Ishu… But, we have to know what is the reason behind Gauri’s death… There is a possible that Gauri is murdered that day…
Karan: Exactly!! Don’t you want to know who is the murderer?? What enmity he had with Gauri that he have to kill her??
Ranveer: A lot of questions, Shivaay… We only can get the answers if we reopen the case… Please think again… We are leaving now… (They leave from there…)
RAICHAND MANSION
The ladies are surprised to see the guys are back…
Swet: Why you all come back early?? I thought you said that you want to go to the accident spot…
Sid: We only can go to find anything if they agreed to reopen the case… No use to go now… (Sighs in anger)
Savi: Why?? They don’t want to reopen the case?? (The guys shake their heads) But, why??
Karthik: Om refused to reopen it… He is worried that it might hurt Ishu maa again if we failed to prove her innocence…
Arjun: Shivaay can’t do anything against Om… So, he too don’t want to reopen the case…
Raghav: We only can know what really happened that day if we reopen the case… But, they don’t want to do it…
Voice: I’ll talk to him… (All turn and surprised to see Ishana)
Arjun: Ishu, when did you come??
Ishu: Just only, bhaiya… I heard what you all were talking… Don’t worry, bhaiya… I’ll talk to him and will make him agree to reopen the case…
Dush: Ishu, are you sure that he will listen to you??
Ishu: He will, jiju… I know how to make him to agree…
Ranveer: Then, what are we waiting for… Let’s go now… (The guys again leave to Oberoi Mansion with Ishana)
OBEROI MANSION
The Oberois are shocked to see SidArRanRaDuKaKar again…
Tej: You all are here again?? Om already told his decision… Sorry, beta… We can’t go against him in this matter…
Sid: We know that, uncle… But, someone wants to meet him regarding this matter…
Jhanvi: Someone?? Who??
Arjun: (pulls Ishana from behind Siddharth) She is the one… (The Oberois smile happily seeing Ishana)
Annika: (hugs Ishana) I’m sorry, Ishana… I hurt you yesterday…
Ishu: Don’t say like that, Annika… I can understand your pain… It shows your love towards Gauri… (Annika kisses her forehead and hugs her again… Jhanvi too hugs Ishana…)
Rudra: (hugs her) Bhabhi, I’m happy to see you here again…
Karthik: Rudra, she came here in the morning… Have you forgotten??
Rudra: I know but I can’t talk to her that time…
Shivaay: How are you now, Ishana?? (Ishana smiles nodding her head) Om is in his room… Prinku, take her to his room…
Ishu: No… It’s ok… I’ll go myself… (Shivaay nods his head and Ishana walks towards Omkara’s room)
Shivaay: Guys, you all can leave now… I’ll send Ishana back…
Raghav: Why??
Shivaay: I want to cook for her… Tell me what is her favourite and leave from here… (They look at him shockingly and smile after a while)
Omkara’s Room
Omkara is busy with his painting… He feels something in heart and smiles to himself… Ishana stands in front of Omkara’s door which is closed… She is about to knock the door but the door opened from inside… Omkara smiles looking at her…
Om: I already told you that you don’t need my permission to enter my room… Come inside… (Ishana walks inside the room and Omkara closed the door…) Do you want to say something to me??
Ishana nods her head and looks at his eyes which are looking intensely at her… She turns away avoiding his gaze… Omkara smiles seeing the affect he has on her…
Ishu: Please reopen Gauri’s accident case… (Omkara is shocked with her request)
Om: Sorry, Ishana… I won’t… I don’t want to reopen the case…
Ishu: (turns towards him) Don’t you want to know what really happened that day?? What really happened to your wife?? Don’t you want to know that??
Om: Why do you want to reopen the case??
Ishu: Because I want to know what really happened that day… I can’t remember anything about the accident… Maybe I can get my memory back if the case is reopen again…
Om: (holds her arms gently) No need for you to get your memory back, Ishana… It’s not important for me… (Ishana moves slightly tried to escape from his hold… Omkara realised it and leaves her arms… He feels hurt with her behaviour)
Ishu: But, it’s important for me… Please agree for me… (With tear filled eyes which melts Omkara’s heart)
Om: Ok, Ishana… If you really want to reopen the case, then I agree to reopen the case…
Ishu: (smiles) Thank you… I’m leaving now… (Walks from there)
Om: Ishana, I agree to reopen this case only for you… Whatever will be the result, it won’t change my love for you… I love you the way you are and will love you till eternity… (Turns towards the window)
Ishana almost opens the door to go out from the room but stops hearing him… Her heart feels overwhelmed listening to his words but she controls her emotions…
Ishu: (cries) Please don’t say like that… I beg you… I don’t deserve it… (Omkara goes towards her and feels bad looking at her)
Om: (thinks) I know why are you asking me to reopen the case… You want to get punished legally for the accident… I won’t let that happen… I don’t want to reopen the case because I don’t want you to doubt on my love… After Ranveer told that Gauri’s earring was in your car, I felt something else happened that day… But, I don’t want you to land in any trouble again… That’s why I refused to reopen this case… But, now, I’ll reopen this case and will prove your innocence to this world… And I will protect you from the real killer… It’s my promise, Ishana… (Hugs her and she hugs him back)
Ishu: (realised she is hugging him and breaks the hug) Can I leave now?? (Omkara feels hurt but he understands why she is doing like that… He doesn’t show his hurt towards her but she knows that he is hurt with her)
Om: (shakes his head) Stay with me for a while… Please… (Ishana smiles lightly and nods her head) I want to show you something… (She looks at him questioningly… He takes her towards his painting which he finished just now… She is surprised to see her painting there…)
Ishu: My picture??
Om: (nods) Not only this… I have done many paintings of yours… This is just a sample…
Ishu: (looks at him) Why??
Om: You know the reason… Should I tell you again??
Ishu: You love me this much??
Om: More than everything…
Ishu: Please don’t do like this… I don’t deserve you…
Om: Why?? Am I don’t deserve to be loved??
Ishu: I don’t mean that… You deserve to be loved but I’m not the one… You deserve better than me…
Om: I don’t want anyone than you…
Ishu: But, I can’t love you… Please understand… I’m the reason for your pain…
Om: Then, be my healer… (Ishana looks at him surprisingly) You said that you are the reason for my pain right?? So, you have to heal my pain (pulls her closer making her to breath heavily) with your love…
Ishu: (controls her emotions) I killed your wife…
Om: (thinks: She is starting again… I need to stop her from saying this again…) Then, you be my wife… (Caresses her face lovingly)
Ishu: (shocked) I killed your baby…
Om: We will make a lot of babies… (Ishana’s eyes popped out in shock listening to his statement) Why you are not saying anything, Ishana?? You can’t answer me, right?? If you continue saying like this again, you will hear these only from me… (Kisses her cheek deeply)
Ishu: But, my answer will be the same… I can’t love you…
Om: (holds her face) Only your lips are saying like this, but your eyes are saying how much you love me… (Kisses both of her eyes)
Ishu: (pushes him) No… You are mistaken… It’s not saying like that… I need to leave now… All are waiting for me… (Turns to leave but Omkara holds her hand)
Om: (goes closer to her) I’m also coming with you… (Ishana sighs in relief and they both move to leave…)
Omkara opens the door and surprised to see his family outside the room…
Om: What the?? What you all are doing here??
Rudra: We are waiting for you to open the door… You know how long we are waiting for you?? What are you doing inside without opening the door?? (Ishana feels embarrassed looking at them…)
Shivaay: Shut up, Rudra!! Ishana, I made some food for you… Come and have them…
Ishu: Why troubled yourself to cook for me??
Shivaay: It’s not trouble, Ishana… Cooking is my passion… (Ishana smiles) So, shall we?? (Ishana nods… Shivaay hugs her arm and takes her with him… All follow them from behind)
