CITY HOSPITAL
Both of the families visit Omkara in his ward… They asked ShivRu to and join NiTiMi and have the food… ShivRu agrees and leave from there… Others stay with Omkara for some time… ShivRu return with NiTiMi after having their food… They too spend some time together with Omkara and leave after a while leaving Ishana with Omkara… Karthik wanted to stay with Madhu tonight but Ranveer ask him to go back saying he will stay with Madhu tonight… Karthik hesitatingly agrees with Ranveer…
Omkara’s Ward
Ishana is sitting beside him holding his hand…
Om: Thank you…
Ishu: Hmm?? For what…
Om: For saving my life… Rudra is right… Your love only saved me… (Ishana recalls her confession last night) I never expect you will confess like that to me… I hope I was conscious that time…

Nurse: Sir, it’s time for dinner… (Omkara nods)
Ishu: Sister, you can leave… I’ll take care… (The nurse nods and leaves… Ishana takes the bowl and brings towards Omkara… He looks at it and makes a weird face… Ishana chuckles looking at his reaction)
Om: Only this??
Ishu: Should I order pizza or pasta for you?? (Sarcastically)
Om: Aww!! You are giving back to me?? (Ishana chuckles again…) Don’t laugh… Since morning I’m having this type of porridge only…
Ishu: You need to adjust with this for some days… They have done surgery in your heart… You have to eat this type of food for your digestion… You cannot eat solid food in this condition… Please understand…
Om: Ok… But one condition… You have to feed me… Then only I will have this…
Ishu: (laughs) You don’t have to tell me… I’m going to feed you only… (Omkara grins at her… Ishana feeds him the porridge…)
Om: This tasteless porridge is tasting good when having it from your hand… (Ishana smiles and continue feeding him till he finishes it… She gives him water and wipes his mouth with a cloth… They are chatting for some time till the nurse comes again…)
Nurse: Mam, I need to do dressing for him… (Ishana nods and gets up from her place… The nurse does the dressing and gives him medicines… She leaves after that… Ishana goes towards him)
Ishu: It’s getting late… You need to sleep now… You should not stay awake for long time… (She makes him to lie and covers him with blanket…) I will be here only… Good night… (About to go but he holds her)
Om: This is not the way saying good night, Ishana… (She looks at him in confuse… He pulls her closer and pecks her lips slightly…) Good night… (Ishana blushes and goes towards the couch… She lies on the couch and looks at Omkara… He also looking at her… Both smiles looking at each other and dozed off after a while…)
Next morning

Ishana wakes up first and looks at Omkara who is still sleeping… She smiles admiringly looking at his sleeping face… Some strands of hair fall on his face… He moves his face a little and continue sleeping…
Ishu: Hey, Zulfi Singh Oberoi… You made me to go crazy with your love… Once I hate the guys who are having long hair… But, now I fell for the long haired guy only… (Thinks a while) Dev, whatever you said to me become true now…

Few months after IshDev Engagement
IshDev are spending their time together in a park that they used to come… Ishana lies on Dev’s arm…

Ishu: Do you need any permission for that??

Om: May I know what is the small flashback?? (Ishana tells him what she was thinking just now… Omkara chuckles…) So, you are saying that whatever he said or cursed you has happened?? (Ishana nods) That means you are deeply and crazily in love with me??
Ishu: (nods) Truly, deeply, madly, crazily in love with you… (Omkara smiles)

JhaNky and AniSouPri take aarthi for Omkara… The Raichands are there too… ShivRu hold his hand and bring him carefully inside the house… They make him to sit on the sofa… He looks at Madhu who is still standing beside Ishana…
Om: How are you, Madhu?? How is your wound??
Madhu: I’m good, bhaiya… It is recovering… How are you??
Om: I’m good too…
Shivaay: Om, you can talk later… You need to take rest… Come, we take you to your room…
Om: Shivaay, let me stay here for some time… Already, I was on bed since one week…

Om: Don’t tease me, Ishana… I’m so irritated…
Ishu: With me??
Om: No… No… Not with you… With my condition… (Ishana sits beside him)

Om: (nods) But, you have to stay with me till I sleep… (Ishana smiles and nods her head… She covers him with blanket… Omkara holds her hand and places it on his cheek… Ishana caresses his hair and his face lovingly… She brings her face closer to him and pecks his lip slightly… Omkara is stunned with her act and wanted to deepen the kiss but he knows this is not the time… So, he controls himself…)
Ishu: (breaks the kiss and looks at him) Love you… Sleep now… (He smiles and closes his eyes… He dozed off after a while… Ishana makes sure he is asleep and leaves from the room after kissing his forehead)
After few weeks
Omkara and Madhu are fully recovered now… Both of the families decide to make IshKara get married as soon as possible especially the youngsters… IshKara too agree with them… One day, both families go to temple except Ishana… Ishana is not feeling well, so they leave her alone at Raichand Mansion and they leave to temple… Ishana takes the dried clothes from the terrace and brings them to her room… Suddenly, someone pushes her from behind… She falls on the floor and turn towards the person… She sees a man smirking at her… She feels that she had seen him somewhere but she can’t remember him… Some flashes are coming in her mind… She closes her eyes for a while… She opens her eyes and gets up from her place…
Ishu: You???
Man: Finally, you remembered me?? Good… So, you should not live anymore… (Takes a sword from his behind and goes near her… Ishana walks behind till she reaches the wall) I thought you were dead three years ago but you are still alive… How come you are still alive even we hit you terribly?? What creature are you?? After my men said that you are still alive, I can’t believe it… I was thinking why she didn’t tell anyone about that day… Then only I got to know that you have forgotten what happened that day… You didn’t remember anything about that day… I felt relief knowing about that but when they said you are close with the Oberois especially with Omkara, I was very angry… I wanted him to suffer losing his loved one… That’s why I killed Gauri… But, you came into his life as a healer for his pain… I can’t see that… I don’t want him to be happy again… I thought to kill you but when I saw his love towards you, I want to play something different… (Holds her face harshly) You are the only witness for Gauri’s death… I asked one of my man who is working in police department… He said that it was an accident and the person who hit her has escaped… I got an idea that time… You know what really happened that day but you don’t remember it… I took that as a chance and create a story that you are the one caused Gauri’s death that day… If Omkara got to know about this, he will hate you and break down again… But, that idiot still forgive and accepted you… In fact, he loves you more… So, I have no other chance than kill you like I killed Gauri… I want to break him into pieces… That’s why I thought to kill his beloved brother together with you… But, that Omkara and that girl came in between both of you… I decided that I can’t hope that my men to kill you both… So, I have to do it myself… I saw all of your family went out just now and see you are alone here… (Smirks) Your family love you very much, right??
