Episode 68
Guys, I don’t know when I will able to post the next episode, maybe only after 25th, when I have holidays for Ganesh Chaturthi. So I hope you’ll understand, I really can’t promise anything.
As I read all your reactions about me ending this ff, I was really overwhelmed seeing that all of you don’t want it to end, I am really moved by your love for this ff, I cannot express my gratitude in words, because no words can define the emotions I am feeling at this point of time. Really thanks a lot guys, thanks to all my readers, commenters and also to all my silent readers and to all Ishkara fans, who read this ff regularly, thanks a lot.
I won’t bore you all with long speeches, so coming back to the story.
RECAP: Om-Dadi’s convo……Ishana gives the PD to Shivika and Rumya…….Shivika and Rumya are shocked seeing the video……..AnIshSou and ShivRu decide to find the complete truth
At present, Oberoi Mansion, Ishkara’s room,
Ishana came back after talking to others, she was thinking about the plan they had decided (it will be revealed later), she entered the room and was confused seeing all the lights off, she moved in carefully finding the switch, she switched on the lights and was surprised seeing the room decorated with candles, or to be precise her favorite scented candles, looking at the scenario in front of her, she guessed that all this is done by whom and for what,
Instead of going in, she walked back and started going down towards the garden, she was not angry but upset and she wanted Om to realize how wrong he has behaved not only with her but others too by hiding the truth.
In the garden,
Ishana reached the garden and sat on the empty bench, all day’s event were revolving in her mind, she closed her eyes and was lost in thoughts,
Omkara: I knew you would come here (Ishana opened her eyes and was shocked to see Om sitting near her) Don’t be so surprised Cham Cham, I have known you for quiet long and this much I know, I knew after seeing the room you would definitely come here.
Ishana: If you know me this well, you wouldn’t have lied to me everyday for ten long years and maybe if what happened today, you would have never told also (Her voice clearly showed how hurt she was)
Omkara: I know Ishu, I have hurt you a lot but believe me there is a specific reason for it which I can’t tell you. Please try and understand.
Ishana: You remember Om, when Naina had come to OM, and I was upset, what you had told me, you had promised me that whatever happens you won’t ever hide anything from me (Om remembered his promise) and today, you have broken that promise and my trust. (Ishana left from there leaving Om filled with regret)
Priveer who had come to meet them heard Ishkara’s convo and were shocked and confused,
Priyanka: That means Om Bhaiya has hidden something more from us.
Ranveer: Ishu is so upset, that means its definitely something very serious.
Priyanka (moving towards Om): I’ll talk to Bhaiya, how can he hide anything from us. (Ranveer stops her)
Ranveer: Not now Priyanka, this is not the time, we’ll talk tomorrow, lets go now. (Priveer leave)
The next day,
All were havin breakfast in their respective sides, the kids had gone to school, Anika and Ishana shared few looks gesturing that after bf they’ll start their plan’s execution,
Priyanka: Bhaiya, I have to talk to you, it’s little imp.
Omkara: Haa bol na
Priyanka: Bhaiya, wo….
Before Priyanka could say anything, all heard Shivaay calling them to the hall,
Jhanvi: Why is Shivaay calling everybody?
Ishana: Let’s go and see.
They all walked towards the living room, where Shinky, Rumya and Shivika were present,
Tej: What happened Shivaay, why have you called us?
Pinky: Haa Shivaay what did they do now?
All looked at her in shock,
Tej: Pinky…
Jhanvi: Leave it Tej, there is no use arguing again and again.
Tej kept quiet and gave angry look to Pinky who ignored it.
Shivaay: I have something very imp that you all must know (he said looking at Om which confused him) Rudra, bring it here.
Rudra: abhi laya Bhaiya. (he went in and returned with his laptop, he placed the laptop)
Shivaay inserted a chip and played a video (Dadi’s video in PD), the video started and all looked at the screen, as the video progressed the facial expressions changed for everybody, some were shocked, some taken aback and some were guilty. The video ended and all were quiet.
Om looked at Ishana who was also looking at him, they shared an intense eye-lock.
Shivaay broke the never ending silence,
Shivaay: Om, Do you have anything to say about this? (Om was quiet)
Rudra: O, speak something at least today.
Jhanvi: Om, is this why you did all that?
Pinky: Om, we are asking you something, answer us (Pinky had tears in her eyes, Anika supported her)
Priyanka: Bhaiya, aaj to bol dijiye, please. (Prinku said holding Om’s shoulder) Don’t keep quiet today, say it at least for me, please Bhaiya.
All looked at Om waiting for his answer, he finally broke the silence,
Omkara: Yes, this is why I did all that ten years, I got this video in Dadi’s room, it was meant for me, after watching it I was taken aback, I talked about this to Dadi and after talking to her, I decided that I’ll fulfill her wish no matter how much ever hatred I have to face my entire life.
Shivaay: you didn’t even feel like talking to us, not even once.
Pinky: Who gave you the right to take such a big decision, who gave you, tell me answer me (she said holding om by his shoulder, he bowed his head down while Pinky was crying)
Omkara: I know, I should have talked to you all but I was bound not to tell any of you not even Ishu (Ishkara looked at each other with pain filled eyes) I just couldn’t tell you all. I know I should have but I couldn’t, I am sorry….I am really very sorry…..please forgive me……….please…….
Om sat down crying, ShivRu looked at each other and immediately ran to Om and hugged him from both sides, Om buried his head in Shivaay’s embrace and cried his heart out,
After ten long years Om felt secure and safe, being his brother’s embrace he felt complete, his brothers are his life, how incomplete and hollow he had felt all these years, now he was complete once again, for once and all.
Shivaay caressed Om’s hair as he was crying, how lonely Shivaay had been without his Om by his side, Om wasn’t just a brother to him, but Om was his friend, guide and philosopher, whenever Shivaay needed it the most Om would be there for him, and ten years he had missed that companionship a lot.
Rudra hugged Om tightly and cried, how much had he missed his brother cum best friend, Om was the one who became a part of all his activities with enthusiasm, Shivaay had always been busy with business so only Om was there who was Rudra’s partner for fun and masti, and for ten years he had missed his Om, his talks which were boring to him, his shayaris, his philosophies, his timely advices, even if Shivaay was Rudra’s role model and superman, Om was no less, Rudra had always looked up to Om as he grew up, Om was not just a brother but his life.
No one could understand their pain, only these three hearts knew how hard it was to beat without the each other, they remembered how Dadi had said, Shivaay is the brain, Rudra the heart and Om is the soul of their bond, they complete each other and without even one missing the bond is incomplete, and they had lived with that emptiness for past ten years, they looked at each other from far but couldn’t come near, they talked to each other but only while arguing, they had felt something missing within them and today they had found it, they had found each other, the O’BROS had found each other or you can say they had found their life.
Although Shivaay loved Anika, Om loved Ishana and Rudra had Soumya but no one ever could take the place of their brothers in their lives, not even their own wives, even after marriage, there bond had not changed and Anika, Ishana and Soumya had accepted it whole heartedly, they knew how much these brothers meant for each other and how hard life was for them in the past ten years.
Anika, Ishana and Soumya looked at each other and smiled seeing the O’bros together.
