as per the last one , its a long night before the divorce as everybody is thinking about the divorce at both the houses . at the sandhu’s rupy is sitting and thinking that what would be her fate after this ,how will tejo tolerate everything as from tomorrow jasmine will take all her rights over fateh , he is cursing himself for making her daughter’s life as hell suddenly a box falls he looks up to it ,but before he could pick it up abhiraj picked it up and opens it . the box had some old pictures of jasmine , tejo , abhiraj and navraj they all seemed to be happy .he says ” what happened to her now she was so kind and bubbly no wonder she was selfish from the start but now she is snatching the things which are not her’s ” he sees a diary like object he picks it , it was the burnt passport , he asks about it to rupy ” who burnt it ?”he says don’t know your aunt found it in jasmine’s wardrobe ” abhiraj gets shocked he ask “why didn’t you tell this to tejo , jasmine must have used this to get fateh back , maybe this was the reason of their Reunion ” rupy says “maybe but its of no use now go throw it ” he nods and leaves
at the virk’s house fateh cannot sleep , he went out of the house for a walk , thinking that he may not think about tejo but he couldn’t stop thinking about tejo . he came very far away from his house , he is walking near the sandhu house. suddenly something came under his legs he stops to look on to it , it was the passport that abhiraj threw – ed on the road ,he looks suspiciously at it , he picks it up and recalls jasmine burning her passport to prove her love for fateh . he thought it is of jasmine she must have thrown it here , he opens it and gets extremely shocked seeing that it was of rupy’s .he searches it thoroughly , he recalls that jasmine burnt a passport which was closed and she claimed that she is leaving her dream of Canada but when he promised her that he will take her she again became the old jasmine who was mad behind Canada . ( as a surprise , he 1st time used his brain in case of jasmine , this line is purely from the writer, apart from the story line ) he then slowly recall everything , like how she refused for the tatkal (urgent,emergency)passport . about the rat in tejo’s room as why would tejo catch a dead rat with a rattrap .he joins every incident and gets a clear picture that why is she with him
its 4 in the morning he went to sweety’s home and asked her everything he threatens her if she didn’t tell anything he will call the police , she confirms all his doubts and ask her not to tell anything to jasmine and takes her phone with him
he gets a message that their visa has been approved he looks and smiles . its morning he went to home and gets ready he wakes jasmine up and tell her that ” i have packed our bags before any one wakes up lets leave our visa has been approved ” she jumps really “oh my god ! finally! she hugs him and say” but how today is your divorce right ?”he says “after the hearing of court we will leave India you go and wait at the airport because i don’t want any drama at the court , i will come 10 mins before the boarding and if i am not able to come early you go i will come in the next flight you don’t worry i have fixed everything with my friend ” she nods and goes to the washroom he took her phone sim . he drops her at the airport and came back home
