Rudra and Alisha have returned. Kunj informs Rudra whatever happened between Sanjay and him. Rudra also is tensed. But Kunj and Rudra are a bit relaxed as in few hours, Twinkle will be back in senses and they both will be free from this mess.
After few more hours…
Doctor: Twinkle is not responding to the medications…It’s been more than 24 hours…I am sorry…She is in coma.
Kunj: What?
Doctor: It’s a condition, where her brain is functioning at its lowest stage of alertness.
Sanjay: What are her chances to be back to normal life?
Doctor: Majority of such cases wakes up in few weeks or months…Some very rare cases take years too…
Sanjay: Oh…God…
Doctor: Let’s hope for the best. We are doing our maximum to bring her back…
Kunj is just shocked to hear Twinkle’s condition. Sanjay makes an expression to Yuvi to take care of Kunj. Yuvi keeps his hand on Kunj’s shoulder.
Kunj: Abb me kya karun yaar? Sab khatam ho gaya… (What should I do now? I have lost everything…)
Yuvi: Yaar, Kuch nahi hua…Sab tikh ho jayega… (It’s okay…Everything will be fine..)
Yuvi tries to hold him as to control him. Kunj pushes him back.
Kunj (in tears and in angry voice): Kya tikh hoga? Ab kuch bacha hai? Suna nahi Doctor ne kya kaha? (Didn’t you hear what doctor told? Everything is finished…)
Sanjay and Alisha too are trying to calm him down.
Kunj: Maine kya galat kiya hai yaar… jo mere saath ye ho reha hai? (Tell me why is it happening to me…)
Sanjay: Kunj, thoda shanth ho jao… (Kunj, please control yourself…)
Kunj has completely forgotten that Sanjay and Alisha are there too…
Kunj: Tu bata Yuvi, Me kahan galat hun…Kyu ye sab mere saath ho reha hain…Pehle Papa…Phir business…inn sab ke baad jaise taise me khada hone ki khoshish ker reha hun toh ab ye… (Yuvi, you know everything…Tell me where I went wrong…Why is it happening to me…Dad left me….And then business…After all these hurdles, I am trying hard to face life….and now this…)
Yuvi understood that Kunj has completely lost the plot and at any moment he will tell everything about the drama. Yuvi tries hard to stop him.
Yuvi: Tu chal… (You need rest…)
Kunj: Agar isse kuch hogaya toh phir mera kya? Me kya karunga yaar…Kaise….Kaise sab ko…(And what will I do If Twinkle don’t wake up? What will be my life then? How can I….
Kunj was about to say ‘Kaise sabko samjaunga ki maine kuch nahi kiya ta….(How will I convince them that I haven’t done anything)’ . Yuvi understood that and shuts his mouth with one hand and with another wipes Kunj’s tears…
Kunj: Aaj toh muje bolne de…Kabse apne aap ko sambhal reha tha…ye kehke ki bus thoda time aur…Aur tikh ho jayegi Twinkle….Phir sab acha hoga…(Let me speak yaar…You have no idea how hard it was for me to go through this…Was trying to console myself that few more hours…and then Twinkle will be fine…Everything will fall in right place…)
Yuvi understood that emotions had taken him completely and there is no hope of making him understand by talks.
Sanjay: Usse bolne do…Shayad bolne se mann halka ho jaye… (Let him speak…I think he will feel better…)
Yuvi thinks.. ‘ Haan, Tuje bolne me kya jaa reha hain…Iss ka mann halka hote hote kahin hum jail na pohch jaaye…’(He will definitely feel better…But by then we will be behind the bars…)
Kunj: Jab se hospital me aaya hun, bus aisa dikha reha hun ki me tikh hun…Mera kya halat hain bus me janta hun…Har waqt ek darr sa tha ki kahin kuch hogaya Twinkle ko to…Phir kya? Uss ke bare me sochna bhi nahi chahta taa….Bus iss moment tak vahi hope leke baita ta ki vo to vapas aa jayegi aur phir sab tikh…(I have been trying to show that everything is fine and will be alright…I only know what I am going through…What if something happens to Twinkle…What will I do then? I was just being positive that she will be alright and come back soon…)

Kunj was about to say ab kaun batayega inhe ki main uss ka boyfriend nahi hun…(Kunj was about to say who will let them know that I am not her boyfriend… )
Yuvi hugs him tightly and continues..

Kunj pushes him back…

Alisha has left. Yuvi decided to stay back as he didn’t want to take a chance on Kunj making goof ups. Yuvi has left to bring food for everyone. Kunj and Sanjay are sitting near by chairs. They both are not talking. Kunj is afraid that Sanjay is going to inform police as per their earlier discussion. Sanjay wants to talk to Kunj and is afraid about his emotional break down.
Sanjay (keeping hand on Kunj’s shoulder): I know you are going through a lot..I am sorry…I can’t help you…
Kunj: Hmmm..I know you are going to call the police and start investigation. Go ahead…
Sanjay: Till yesterday I had slight doubts on you that you can harm Twinkle..But today…I am sure you can’t even think of hurting her…
Kunj: What?
Sanjay: I saw how hurt you were, when you came to know that Twinkle is in coma. Whatever you spoke at that time, pierced my heart…I could see the helplessness you are going through…You want to bring her back and you are ready to do anything…But you can’t…
Kunj is perplexed to see Sanjay talk like that.
Sanjay: I have been closely watching you from the start. You were hurt when you came to know Twinkle met with an accident and Yuvi was consoling you…I could see your feeling for her at that time too…But I still felt there is a slight chance of you being the reason behind her condition. As a friend, I wanted my friend to get justice.
Kunj: Hmm
Sanjay: As we discussed, I was about to call police after 24 hours. But the way you responded when you came to know about Twinkle’s coma….That moved me man…I am 100% sure, you can’t hurt Twinkle. You love her that much…Doctors and the bystanders of other patients also were moved to see you like that…They felt your genuinty.
Sanjay takes a pause and continues.
Kunj thinks. ‘Ya to me pagal ho gaya hun, ya phir ye puri duniya pagal ho gayi hain… (Either I am crazy or the entire world has gone crazy)’
Sanjay: You just forgot everything…That you are in a hospital and a grown up man…Was crying your heart out…We all were trying to console…But you broke down like anything…You cried your heart out…And I could feel your pain…I understood what you were going through…
Kunj: Thanks for understanding…
Sanjay: I am not going to police. I am sure it was an accident. I trust you. I am sorry I misundersood you man…
Kunj: Oh…That’s fine…
Yuvi has come back and Sanjay leaves to home. Kunj informs Yuvi that everything is sorted.
Yuvi:Wah bhai…Jab tak hum sabko ye jata rehe the ki tum ussse kitna pyaar kertey hain, tab Sanjay tumpe doubt ker reha tha…Aur aaj jab muje laga ki humara pol khul gaya toh…vo humpe bharosa ker reha hain….Sahi hai…
(See the irony man…We have been trying to prove that you are her boyfriend and can’t harm her. At that time Sanjay doubted us…And today I thought we are exposed and caught red hand….Instead you gained his trust and he is not going to complain to police. Wow…)
