Epi starts…
Riddhima was in Vansh’s room feeling a bit sad. She was thinking why Vansh had gone that morning without telling her anything. She knew he was busy but still wanted to spend some time with him. She decided to go near the poolside to sit down. When she walked out, she saw Angad coming from the other direction. She wasn’t comfortable around him so wanted to walk just as far as she could without bumping into him.
Angad (from a distance): Riddhima! Hi!
Riddhima stopped and turned. She smiled forcibily and just waved. She wanted to just go away from there but he was not giving up. He came walking towards her and started to talk continuously.
Angad: I never formely introduced myself. I am Angad.
Riddhima: Yes I know..you said it the other day (rolls her eyes)
Angad could sense she was annoyed. He wanted to make her feel better but it didn’t work.
Angad: Would you like to go for a walk?
Riddhima (rolling her eyes): No I would not actually. If you would excuse me, I have something to do. Bye.
Saying that, she quickly turned and walked away. Angad was angry that Riddhima did not want to talk to him but decided anyway to let it go. He would try again some other time.
Meanwhile outside somewhere..
Vansh stops outside a gift shop and decides to buy a nice present for Riddhima to make her happy. He went in and came out 10 minutes later holding a beautiful snowglobe with a man and a woman dancing in the snow.
Vansh (thinks): I know you would love this Riddhima. I can’t wait to see the smile when you receive this gift. I have to be careful not to break it.
He puts it in a bag and safely wraps it up and then puts it in his car. He drives home.
Back to Riddhima..
Riddhima is waiting for Vansh at the pool side. She suddenly felt a ping on her phone and looked at the message from Vansh
Vansh (on message): Riddhima, I am sorry. I am going to be running late. I need to grab something. You don’t have to wait up for me.
Riddhima was a little sad that Vansh was not coming home that night. She was just about to go back to the room when Angad came up next to her.
Angad: Why the sad face?
Riddhima: Why do you care? And why don’t you leave me alone.
Angad: Hey, I was just trying to help.
Riddhima: Look I appreciate it but I don’t really want to see anyone right now and talking to you is the last option.
She tries to walk away but Angad holds her arm.
Angad: Nice..I like the attitude
Riddhima: Will you let go? I really don’t have time for this.
She pushes him and he falls onto the floor and noticed Vansh was standing on the other side looking at them.
Vansh’s point of view
He walked in and was so happy. He was going towards the poolside holding the gift in his hands but noticed that Riddhima was with Angad. He thought Riddhima enjoyed the company of Angad and dropped the gift on the floor. It broke into pieces and noticed Riddhima turning towards him. He looked at her sadly and walked up to his room.
Back to Riddhima
Riddhima pushed Angad once he got up: Look what you did! I am warning you stay away from me. I don’t even want to know you.
Riddhima runs towards the direction Vansh walked past and shouted: Vansh! Vansh! Wait…
She stopped near the broken pieces on the floor and picked up the toy figures of a man and woman. It was still in one piece and she had an idea. She went towards the room holding the toy to talk to Vansh but it was locked. Vansh was on the other side trying not show any emotions.
Riddhima (from outside the door): Vansh..please open the door. At least let me explain.
Vansh: …
Riddhima: Ok, I will explain from here then. Angad came up to me and told me to tell him what was bothering me. I told him to leave me alone but he didn’t listen. I was just about to walk away but he held my hand..please Vansh, open the door. I am telling the truth, I swear on my mom that you are the only person I love and will always love you in future. I am sorry I didn’t mean to hurt you. Our relationship shouldn’t be based on misunderstandings..please
She starts to sob but Vansh opens the door and she runs to him.
Riddhima crying: I am sorry..
Vansh sat her down on the bed and held her chin to look towards him. She looked into his eyes and noticed the love for her. She didn’t know whether to felt angry that Vansh didn’t trust her after seeing him with Angad or whether to feel happy that he was finally near her again.
Vansh sighs: I know you must be angry at me for just walking off like that. I am sorry Riddhima, I had my heart broken before and I did not want that to happen again. I do trust you. If you say nothing happened, its enough. I will be careful next time I promise.
Riddhima: I understand Vansh..but please never think I do not love you. I love you always and forever.
Riddhima hugs him and after breaking the hug looks at him again.
Riddhima: Here, this is for you.
She pulled out the toy figures from behind her and Vansh noticed that she made it into a music box. She had put them onto a box and tied the figurines on the top to make them spin when the box played music.
Vansh: You fixed it! Its even more prettier than before but you keep it. I got it for you after all. Something is missing something..wait..
Vansh got up and walked towards the table near the window. He pulled another small ring out from his pocket and gave it to Riddhima. Riddhima noticed the initials VR on the ring and was happy.
Riddhima: Wow. Now its perfect.
Riddhima: By the way, have you noticed on this ring, the initials are VR which stands for Vansh and Riddhima. Don’t know if that’s faith but see you had me with you even when you didn’t know me.
Vansh was shocked and for the first time he noticed what she was saying. He smiled and slid the ring onto Riddhima’s finger.
Vansh: Its yours now. I don’t need a token of love. I have you and that’s enough.
Riddhima hugged him again and for the first time felt what she felt was right. She was completely happy.
Precap: Vansh beats up Angad for hurting Riddhima and throws him out. He argues with Anupriya and tells her to go as well. Vansh and Riddhima meanwhile decide to go on a trip but Dadi stops them feeling its not safe.
