Here comes new episode of the FF . I have brought a character from another serial as thought it would match the storyline. Please do give your opinions about it and whether you are liking the twists.
Raichand Mansion.
Roma Raichand gets angry and throws her phone. Dev , Dhruv , Daksh ,?Prithvi , Menaka , Trisha is present there .
Roma Raichand- “ How did this mishap happened? How did pillars of Mr.Bajaj’s building collapsed? Bajaj has also found that there are many fault in construction. He is upset and he told me that he has talked about it to Dev. Dev, what is the matter?”
Dev (tensed) – “ Bajaj has demanded 50% share of Raichand industry or repay 350crore , else he move the case to court“.
Roma Raichand – “ If this happens.. we will be over. Dhruv , we told you not do it but you didn’t listen .. see what happened?“.
Dhruv- “ I haven’t anything new .. It happened before, whenever we were out of money we use do some fraud in raw materials”.
Roma Raichand (furiously)“ When you are into an fraud , it’s your responsibility not be caught !! “
Dev – “ Dhruv Bhaiya, didn’t I told you not to sign the deal with Mr.Bajaj. I warned you that he is like a vulture. Once he sign a deal with any company he will try to get a permanent hold that company”.
Roma Raichand- “ I told you not to make any mistakes if you signing the deal with Mr.Bajaj . Now we won’t get back pending amount, over that we have to repay him and our image has fallen down. If we won’t clear this mess up , other investors will take their money back .. deals will over… then Raichand Industry will sink”.
Dhruv is standing there with head bowed down .
Dev – “ Mom , cool down . Trust me , I will solve it “.
Roma Raichand- “ Dev , But .. “.
Dev holds her hand in assurances.
Dev – “ I have some contacts , I will get the money and we will pay the money back … we won’t lose our company “.
Roma Raichand- “ I trust you … Dev , do something, please!”
Dev – “ I will”.
Dev leaves and Trisha goes behind him.
Dhruv gets agitated. Daksh and Menaka Raichand is just watching the drama. Daksh goes near to Dhruv . He whispers.
Daksh (sarcastically ) – “ You were right , Dev knows where and when to strike .. you are good knowing people but bad at doing fraud “.
Dhruv (angrily) – “ Just stop ! Iam not in a mood to give my ears for your sarcasm. Mind it “.
Daksh moves back and keeps silent. He mocks him from behind.
Dhruv – “ Mom, You need not ask him to do anything.. I can manage this situation “.
Roma Raichand- “ Just shut up! Iam seeing your great management skills these days .. don’t force me to speak more about it . For god sake , now don’t do something that will hinder Dev’s efforts to save our company “.
She leaves . Dhruv gets more angry upon her taunt. Prithvi comes to him.
Prithvi- “ Its better to stay silent for now . I think we all should unitedly work to get back everything normal”.
He leaves.
Dhruv – “ Even our employee started giving me advices.. “.
Menaka Raichand- “ Dear , your time isn’t good now. I would recommend you to get your horoscope to any astrologer and see what should be done to make everything fine”.
She leaves with Daksh. Dhruv angrily pushes a flower vase and it falls down.
Dev is in his room. Trisha is standing near him.
Dev is calling someone and he talks to that person about getting money. But that man declines the call.
Dev gets disappointed.
Dev – “ He just declined the call by saying that he is financially not good. Liar !”
Trisha- “ Dev, Relax . Everything will be okay”.
Dev – “ No .. It won’t… This is just a beginning.. time is changing… I need to do something!”
Next day , Morning.
C Squares Office.
Sameeksha/Samika is in her cabin. She working on her laptop. Dev comes there and knocks on the door.
Sameeksha – “ Come in “.
Dev comes in and takes the seat. He is tensed.
Dev – “ Sameeksha , What’s the matter ?”
Sameeksha – “ You seems to be tensed .. have some water “.
Dev – “ No, thanks. Why did you asked me to meet you urgently?”
Sameeksha – “ Why didn’t you pick my calls yesterday?”
Dev – “ What ?”
Sameeksha – “ Just check your phone.. 18 missed calls.. 10 messages.. are trying to ignore me purposefully?”
Dev – “ Oho.. Sameeksha ! I was busy yesterday, and I didn’t noticed it “.
Sameeksha – “ Really?”
Dev – “ Yes.. So this is the matter!”.
Sameeksha – “ I got a news about your company! That’s reason why you were leaving yesterday being so tensed, am I right? Did you inform me ?“.
Dev – “ Sameeksha … Actually I was busy with that issue .. I.. “.
Sameeksha – “ Dev.. do you think that it is right.. when we have professional and personal relations?”
Dev – “ Sameeksha .. Iam Sorry “.
Sameeksha- “ I have heard we usually share our problems with our dear ones .. but you didn’t just inform about anything… so what should think? What is my place in your life ?”
Dev – “ Please don’t be upset .. I just want to solve it in my own way .. I didn’t want you to take any trouble for me “.
Sameeksha lean forward and keeps her over Dev’s hand.
Sameeksha – “ Life partners should not hesitate to share their problems with each other. Dev, when Iam there with you .. you need not worry about anything. I have a business proposal , which will help you at this situation. But it’s all upto you whether to take it or not “.
Dev – “ What !”
Sameeksha – “ Iam not someone who does such things normally.. but Iam just doing this for you . I will tell you .. what is the proposal .. I think we should have a official meeting.. today itself! Get all the official members of Raichand Industry… “.
Dev – “ But .. What is it about ?”
Sameeksha – “ I will help you with the repay amount … but since Iam doing a favor .. It should not affect my business . Actually this is a deal , I will take care of your compensation but you should do something I ask for !”
Dev gets surprised.
Afternoon, C Squares Office – Conference Room.
Raichands and Mr.Chowdhary is seated. Sameeksha is standing there .
Sameeksha – “ Afternoon, everyone ! No one want to waste their money on sinking ship .. until and unless one gets some benefits from it. So I mean … “.
Roma Raichand- “ What you mean to say Ms.Sameeksha Chowdhary?”
Sameeksha – “ That’s what Iam saying Mrs.Raichand.. So let me make it clear to you … I will pay your compensation to Mr.Bajaj …. There was a deal of a township at Kolkata which C Square secured .. it was Mr.Bajaj’s dream project . He tried to negotiate with us for that deal but we didn’t agreed. We will step back from that deal and Mr.Bajaj will get it . The profit of that deal is more than 350 crore .. I will keep a condition infront of him to cut off all your debts “.
Mr.Chowdhary – “ Sam ! What are saying?”
Sameeksha – “ Dad .. Let me complete. So Raichands .. What is your opinion? “
Dhruv- “ But Why would you take our liability in your head ?”
Sameeksha – “ Iam doing this as I and Dev now has good relation . But don’t think that Iam doing a charity .. it’s business and every help is done for gaining something else “.

He leaves the room. Sameeksha stands there being upset with Mr.Chowdhary’s reaction.
Dev – “ Sameeksha , we can talk after if you want to have a talk with your Dad “.
Sameeksha – “ Dev .. Its Okay . Leave it. I can handle my problems. So what is your decision?”
Roma Raichand- “ We need some time “.
Prithvi – “ How can we hurry up with such an important decision?”.
Sameeksha – “ Okay fine … I hope you would give me a reply by tomorrow.. It’s your discretion whether to accept my proposal or not . Make sure you get out of this mess very soon. But just remember one thing, C Squares will be the first one to step back if Raichand Industry turns out to be a sinking ship . I hope you all remember our conditions . So that’s it . Meeting is over “.
Sameeksha leaves the room. Raichands are confused .
Sameeksha goes to Mr.Chowdhary’s cabin.
Mr.Chowdhary – “ What the hell ? Sam , are you out of your mind ? You will now lose our important deal for this Raichands .. More over you will give them back their shares after one year ! Great !!! I have heard that love can make people blind but to this extend ! I didn’t knew it “.
Sameeksha – “ Dad, Iam not doing anything without thinking. It’s true that Iam doing this to help them .. but Iam not doing anything bad for our company “.
Mr.Chowdhary – “ Really.. is it for Raichands or just for Dev Raichand? “.

Sameeksha comes out his cabin and get to see Dev and Roma Raichand. They heard everything. Dev gives her phone which was left on the conference room table . Sameeksha feels embarrassed.

They leaves . Sameeksha bow her head down.
Then Mr.Chowdhary keeps hand over her shoulders. Sameeksha turns to him and she then smiles.
He smiles back . They start to smile .

She goes to Mr.Chowdhary’s cabin . She waits for Dev. As her secrei informs her that Dev is coming towards the cabin. They start to fight. )

Roma Raichand is sitting in her chair . Dev is standing infront her.
Roma Raichand- “ So that’s your plan … Dev call her and tell her we are okay with the deal “.

Sameeksha is sitting in her study room.
Sameeksha gets a call from Roma Raichand.

Sameeksha – “ Yes… but make sure to have a condition before them that they have to give you the compensation you demand if any mishap happens “.
