Samika (Alisha)feels like someone is following her while she walking but she doesn’t anyone. She reaches her home. Her mother ask her to get ready as they have to attend wedding reception of Mr.Malhotra’s daughter.She tells her that they will leave once her Papa and Samrat arrives home. Samika gets ready . She wears a blue gown . By 7 pm everyone leaves for reception.
They reach the venue . It is really a grand reception. Mr.Malhotra greets them and welcome them in. They all wishes the bride and groom . They takes a snap with them.Her parents talk to other people who they knew already. Chotu( Her younger brother) get into children gang there. Samika and Samrat talk to each other. She talks about meeting Dev. Samrat- “ So you became friends. Haa Haa!” Samika -“ So what ? Why are you teasing me for this?” Samrat-“ Nothing”. By then Dev (Arjun) comes there with a bouquet. He talks to Mr.Malhotra. He gives the bouquet to the couples and wishes them . Samika see him . She call Samrat to show him. Samrat see him. Samrat-“ So . This is your Mr. Smiling bhoot. Fine . Let me talk to him. Hey Samika you stay here & if you wish to hear what we are talking you may come but you should hide”. Samika-“But Why? Don’t tell me you are planning to do ….”. Samrat-“ Yes . Please don’t spoil it”. Dev is looking at his phone. Samika hides behind a pillar near .Samrat goes near him and taps on his shoulder . Dev turns and look him. Samrat-“ You are Dev Raichand? “. Dev – “ Yes . Can I know who are you ?” Samrat- “ You may not know me . But don’t worry you will get to know about me. I hope you would cooperate. You have to come with me to the police station right now “. Dev -“ Excuse me. What did I do? And who are you to take me to police station?” Samrat-“ Really you don’t know what you did ? Iam Inspector Balraj . I came here to arrest you for stalking. What did you thought you will escape after doing such things? “. Dev-“ Sir . I swear. I haven’t done such things . It is for sure a misunderstanding. I came here just 4 days ago . That too for my work purposes”. Samika finds it funny. She is laughing. She is trying to control it. Dev is getting scared.Even though Samrat feels to laugh he controls it. Samrat-“ I came here because I have got complaint against you . That too written complaint”. Samika comes here. Dev looks her and feels relaxed. Dev – “ You please tell him that Iam innocent”. Samrat-“ WOW ! That’s great now you will threaten the victim in front of me?” Dev gets confused & look Samika. Samika- “ Yes Inspector. He is really dangerous. Please help me”. Dev -“ Samika ? It means you complained about me.How could you?Sir Iam telling you this just a misunderstanding….”. Both Samrat and Samika burst into laughter.Dev seems to be confused. Samika-“ Really. You believed this.Seriously! And how can you be so innocent?Listen he is not Inspector Balraj but my elder brother “. Dev is relieved . Samrat forwards his hand towards Dev and they have a hand shake. Samrat-“ Iam sorry.Gentleman . Iam Samrat. Please don’t mind . It was just for fun”. Dev -“ Ok. It’s fine . Nice meeting you . Now I won’t forget this meeting. For a second I could see bars of lock up. Anyway it’s ok.” They talk to each other. Someone in mask is watching it from upstairs .Samika’s father and mother comes there. They introduces Dev to their parents . Samika- “ Papa – Ma , This Dev Raichand, my new friend. Dev meet my backbone my world my parents”. Dev- “ Hai Uncle . Hai Aunty “(he touches their feet ) Samika’ Father / Mr. Kashyap – “ Hello Beta. Do you live here ? Because you don’t seems to be. Dev – “ Iam actually from Delhi . I came here for Mr. Malhotra’s resort project . Iam an architect. I own a construction and design company. We started a branch here too. This is my first project officially.” Mr. Kashyap – “ Ok . That’s great . Feel free to visit our home when you are free”. Dev- “ Thank you for invitation. Sure uncle I will come over whenever possible”. They have food and Samika and Dev exchange their numbers . They go home . Next day, Samika is in the college. Dev is in his office. Dev text her . Dev – “Are you free after college ? “ Samika-“ Yeah . What’s the matter?” Dev. -“ I had to shop for my mother. But I don’t have much knowledge in selecting dresses and jewelry. So can you accompany me to shop”. Samika -“ Ok . Where to meet? “. Dev -“ You suggest”. Samika – “ Park near the coffee shop we visited by 5 .30 pm . Dev. – ” ok”.
Dev reaches park by 5.20pm .He waits for her. Samika is about to leave and some students call her for a help. She tells them that shw have to leave . But they say that it is urgent work ask her to stay. She calls him . Dev – “ Hello. You reached? “. Samika-“ Iam so sorry. I got struck in college. It will take more time. I can reach there by 6pm only . Is that ok? “. Dev -“ It’s fine . If you are ok with that. I will be here . “ Samika-“ok .see you”.
Dev waits for her. Samika messages her father to call her when he comes back home.She tries complete the work. She finishes the work . She comes out and walk . As she reaches a lonely road . She hear some noise.She turn back but she doesn’t see anyone. She feel strange. She continues to walk and she hear footsteps. She turn back and see someone in mask . She gets scared.That person has a knife in the hand .She gets tensed . She see the person coming towards her. She runs and that masked person run behind her. Dev is still waiting. He looks at phone and look around. Dev feels something fishy as it too late and he tries too call her. But it is not received as it is in her bag.Samika is running as that person is behind her. She enters the near forest area in that tension. The person is holding knife up and running behind her. She stumbles over a stone and she falls down.That person comes near her and is about stab her. She close her eyes with her hand in fear.
