Everyone in the auditorium is dazed. A few moments ago the lights were blickering and the doors and the windows were opening and closing. And a lot of them were sure they heard a deadly laugh. But now nobody can guess something like that ever happened. Everything seems perfect. Ruhi looks for Rehan. This time he is among the others, not close to the lockers. Ruhi thinks one can’t get a locker until two weeks, Rehan is here for only one. What were he doing there?
Ruhi goes to Rehan.
Ruhi- What did you do?
Rehan- I didn’t do anything.
Ruhi- You were handeling the lights.
Rehan- Yeah, but I don’t know what happened.
Ruhi- Than find out. Sunny, Sunny.
Sunny – i am here.
Ruhi- What did you do with the sound system?
Sunny – I didn’t…
Ruhi- Just figure out what is wrong and fix it. Everyone back to work. Jai gave me this responsibility and I am going to fulfill it at any cost. Now go back to work.
Everybody starts working again. Ruhi sees Rehan going towards the backstage. Ruhi follows him.
Rehan- Hey, you? Where are you going? Aren’t you going to supervise them back there?
Ruhi- Right now, I need to supervise someone else. I am going to see what’s the trouble.
Rehan- you are going to check?!
Ruhi- I don’t trust you. I think you don’t even know your work properly. You just came here. Before you came, I used to handle Nihal’s work. I can handle now.
Rehan- okay.
They come to a room. It’s dark. They switch on the flashlight of thier phone and start looking for the problem. Rehan checks the wire. He looks at Ruhi while checking. Ruhi’s face is mainly visible in the flashlight’s light. Rehan keeps looking at her. Ruhi suddenly notices this.
Ruhi- What?
Rehan- Ah, nothing. There is no problem here.
Ruhi- I am not seeing any problem here either.
Rehan- Let me see.
Rehan comes close to Ruhi. He starts checking the wire. Ruhi tries step behind but Rehan gives her his phone to hold. Ruhi holds the two phone and Rehan is checking the wire close to her. Ruhi feels awkward and tries to move again but her feet get stucked in the wire and she is about to fall but Rehan turns and catch her by holding her. They stand still, looking at each other eyes. The flaslight’s lights fall on there faces and their shadows are on the wall. Rehan starts talking fast.
Rehan- See, I told you. Ever since we met you kept falling and I am saving you everytime.
Ruhi- We don’t keep the wires lying in the floor like this. It’s must be your doing while you were setting up the lights today.
Rehan- That’s sort of true.
Ruhi- Than even I am right. It’s your mistake I keeps falling.
Someone calls Ruhi from outside. They gets shocked a little and Rehan leaves her. She looks awkwardly, gives his phone back and leaves. Rehan looks at the fuse board worriedly.
The robbers comes inside the dhaba. Akash and Vani are hiding behind dhaba. Goons gets inside and takes sits. A little boy goes to them for orders. Akash is watching everything. The robbers asks the boy something. The boy says something in answer and looks at where Akash and Vani was sitting a little while ago. He stops at seeing the sit empty. He looks here and there and notices Akash hiding. Akash signals him not to tell anything. The robbers tells him something again and the boy replies something. Then he goes inside. It seems he didn’t tell anything about Akash and Vani to the robbers. Akash sighs of relief and looks at Vani. She looks worried.
Akash- Don’t worry. We will get out of this mess.
He takes Vani’s hand and starts moving inside the jungle. Vani looks at him in admire.
Richand Mansion
Lakshya is talking on phone.
Laksya- What! Okay, keeps looking.
Tara- What happened?
Lakshya disconnects the phone.
Lakshya- They are saying Vani’s car was last seen at a checkpost near the jungle. And some car hit her car.
Tara- Is she fine?
Lakshya- Yeah it didn’t damage much cause after that Vani left the place with her car speedily. And the car which hit Vani’s, follows her. I think she is in some trouble.
Tara- I hope she is alright.
Lakshya- This news came earlier but it took time to make sure it was Vani’s car. Bua I am going to find her.
Tara- Keep me updated.
Lakshya leaves. Tara comes to Virat and Aanjali’s photo on the wall
Tara- Bhaiya, bhabi, your children look exactly like you but they are even more dramatic than you two. It’s been only two days since we came here and they made such a ruckus. I am going to sleep otherwise they will ruin that too.
Tara smiles and leaves.
Sunny – Everything is ok with the sound system. I checked, it’s fine.
Ruhi- If it’s ok than what happened earlier?
Sunny – I have no idea.
Sophia – What if it was an act of ghosts. The same ghosts you were talking about, Ruhi.
Rehan- There is no such thing as ghost.
Ruhi- Time is running guys. We will solve this mystery later, first lets complete the work.
Suddenly some windows and doors opens again and air blows. This time they hears the rain. The auditorium’s one side starts to get wet because of the rain. The decorations gets ruined. Ruhi, Rehan and others rushed to the windows and doors to close them. Ruhi and Rehan are trying to close a window but are not able to because of the air. Rehan looks at Ruhi. She keeps trying and trying. Rain drops are weting her. Rehan keeps looking at her. Ruhi notices this
– What? Why aren’t you closing it. I am getting wet.
Rehan comes to senses and closes the window. He looks at Ruhi and says
– Don’t worry, I won’t tell them.
Ruhi- What?
Rehan- That you did it. All the ghost drama.
Ruhi- Are you nuts? Why would I do that?
Rehan- That’s what you love to do, isn’t it? Playing pranks? You did something with the wires so that the light blickers and later went with me to fix it before anyone can notice. Apart from me, you are the one who can handle this work, you said yourself. So isn’t it obvious that you did it?
Ruhi- Mr. Detective, you are a little slow. But you are here so you will catch up later. Let me just inform you that I love playing pranks but what I give priority more is my responsibility. I don’t turn my back on them. Nor I try to ruim them for prank.
Rehan- I see.
Ruhi- You will see when the preparation will be finished at any cost by morning when Jai reach here with his team.
Ruhi turns to leave but the whole room gets darken.
Rehan- It’s not my fault. Did you?
Ruhi turns to him.
Ruhi- You shouldn’t talk next time we meet.
Someone says in the auditorium it’s load shedding. There is no current in the whole area.
Ruhi started to worry about how will she finish her work.
Akash and Vani is moving in the jungle. They hear footsteps of the robbers. Akash pulls Vani behind a big tree.
Vani- It’s dark. They won’t see us.
Akash keeps his hand over Vani’s mouth and signals her not to talk. Then he looks behind the tree to notice the robbers. Vani looks at Akash’s hand over her mouth than at Akash. She keeps looking at him. Akash hears the robbers saying
– They aren’t here. I think they went the other way as the boy said.
– I thought the boy was lying. It was clear in his face.
– But you see he isn’t. They are not here. Otherwise we would have found them.
– You are right. Let’s go back.
The voices and footsteps gets lost in the jungle. Akash looks at Vani and realizes that his hand is still over her mouth and she is looking at him. Akash moves his hand fast and says- Sorry, the robbers would have heard us. Let’s go.
Akash moves fastly. Vani follows him smiling, she keeps her hand at her neck and stops. Akash turns back and sees her standing still, her hands are on her neck. Akash goes back to her. He notices the tension over her face.
Akash- What’s wrong? We need to move fast. The robbers may still come back.
Vani looks at him with worried eyes.
Vani- My pendent. It’s missing.
Akash- You can get a new one. This place isn’t safe.
Vani- You don’t understand. My mother gave it to me. I always wear it. It was in the purse yesterday. I never separate it from me.
The air is blowing fast. Vani starts looking for it here and there. Akash looks for it close to the tree they were standing. He keeps his hand on a branch and suddenly notices the pendent hanging from his hand. He didn’t notice when it got stuck in his hand. He calls Vani but she is still trying to find it. Akash goes to Vani, turns her to him and raises his hand. A lighting strikes in the sky and the whole place is like day for a second. Akash and Vani looks at each other and Akash’s hand is in the air, hanging from it is Vani’s pendent. Everything goes dark again. Vani is about to say something in joy but the sound of the lighting is heard and Vani hugs Akash getting scared and screamed. Akash stands there holding her with no idea what to do. The rain starts falling. The air blows. Vani opens her eyes and let go of Akash. She looks at Akash, her hair is flying. Akash is looking at her. They are getting wet in the rain.
Suddenly they heard the robbers again. The robbers weren’t much far when the lighting striked. They heard Vani’s scream and realized that they are inside.
Akash and Vani looks at the direction from where the sound was coming. They look at each other and start running the opposite direction holding hands. The robbers follows them. They come to a ruin. They hide there. The robbers pass the place without realizing they are in there. They couldn’t find them and leaves the jungle. Akash and Vani waited until the rain stopped. They got sleep while waiting. When they wake up, it’s morning. They come out of the ruin and goes to the road. They hears a police siren coming from very far.
Vani- That’s probably Lakshya. Even if it isn’t, they will help us to go back.
Akash- Vani, can I make a request?
Vani- Yeah.
Akash- Can you please not take my name to your brother or anyone else?
Vani- Why?
Akash- It’s a murder case and you know I have nothing to do with it. But if you take my name I will get stuck in it. I think i have faced trouble of lifetime last night. I don’t wanna get into any mess. I hope you understand.
Vani smiles and says – don’t worry. I won’t take your name.
The police siren is closer now. Vani moves towards the road and Akash backs towards the jungle. Vani looks at him. A police jeep stops in front of Vani. Lakshya comes outside. He hugs her. They both get inside the jeep. Vani lools at Akash from the window. Akash waves at her. Vani smiles. The car goes away.
Next ep- Ruhi says to Akash. I thought the rule says stay away from the Richands. Vani is remembering her moments with Akash.
