Hello dear friends……. KEHKASHA is back with CHAPTER 40 (LAST CHAPTER) of this story O SAATHIYA…. As promised in this part there is a surprise for u all…… First is that in this part….. I’ll show an immense change in the relation of Om and Tej…….so this is to read with proper attention……..as u have to tell me in the end……that was that justified…..or not……. Then there is another surprise for u all……and for that u have to read the part……..as that will be disclosed in the end of this part…….

CHAPTER 40
Tej- Today……as u all know…..is a big day of my life…………….actually of Oberoi’s life……..as today is my son’s birthday……..(saying so he looks towards Om….with hopefull expressions and eyes filled with love)………(he continues…)…… And know what the best part is……..that not just its my son’s birthday but also……of my daughter’s birthday………
All the guests and the media look Tej with shocked faces……..while Tej now starred ishi…….with guilty eyes…….. And ishi bowed her head down…….as she didn’t get what’s actually happening………
Tej continues…..
Tej- U all know that Om is my son…….but today……let me introduce u all to my daughter……..the one….who just came in our life……….making our lives……equal to heaven…….. She actually has some kind of magic…….in her presence……..she is an amazing personality…….and I am sure u all will be glad meeting her too……. So ladies and gentlemen…….plz give a big round of applause for Ishangi…….daughter of Mr. Kushagra Rai…….
At first listening Tej praising ishi……all went lil nervous as how could he mould the situation………about the fact that now ishi is not his daughter……… But as soon as Tej announced Mamu’s name…….everyone’s face lit up like anything………. Om was feeling proud at his statement………while ishi felt a kind of pain again……she passed a pale smile…….but the fact was that deep down her heart she was the most happiest person………..as she got to hear what she wanted……… But this unusual feel was clearly covering all her happiness……….
Jhanvi and pinky looked at each other and smiled……..as if finally everything was sorted out…….abd this oberoi empire……and mansion……is finally turning into oberoi family…….
Tej continued….
Tej- She is like a daughter to me……..or should I say that she is my daughter infact…… But u all must be thinking why am I blowing off riddles……….and why am I not making the announcement for which I came here……..and why I am just wasting ur time giving this weird speech…….. Then let me tell u that my announcement is connected to this feel that I am sharing with u all…….. And before I announce anything……..i want Om and ishi to join me here on the stage………
As soon as Tej said this…… Anika…..and shivaay took Om and Ishi to the stage…….in the same manner…..ie…..anika took Om and shiv took ishi……….while both ishkara were feeling like…….why they r getting such special treatment……..why is this happening……..
Shivika left ishkara on stage……and got down…….holding each other’s hand giving……a secret smile to each other…….
As ishkara was on stage……
So Tej continued…….
Tej- I asked my kids to join me here coz this is the most special day of their lives……….and I….no….actually….WE all decided to make their day more special……….and so I want that today……..(and he moves towards ishkara who were standing at some distance) I should officially make…….ishi……as….(he took Om’s hand…..in his one…..and ishi’s hand in the other) my daughter legally (saying so he kept Om’s hand on ishi’s) by announcing the wedding of my kids……….
Saying so he finally took aside……and got down the stage……..while the hall thundered with the round of applauses…….and ishkara starred each other with shock and surprise on their faces……….but soon ishi turned pale…….and her eyes……..started shedding tears……..
Om saw this…….and now he turned worried……… Before he could say something………or understand ishi said….
Ishi- Om….I wish mamu might also be present here……[kaash ki mamu bhi hote] (she said taking pauses…….and trying hard to control her burst out)
Saying this she immediately ran upwards……..with her face clearly showing pain……and discomfort…….. She was getting pained by each falling step……..but she didn’t cared she just ran towards a room…….entered and shut the door……..
Here all the family members who were happy…… now turned shocked………as they didn’t got what happened……..while Om thought that she is tensed about mamu……..as she didn’t got his whereabouts for a long time……..but soon ishi’s statement clicked his mind,”Om….I wish mamu might also be present here……[kaash ki mamu bhi hote] ”
And he actually replayed this line for about four five times………and then he too rushed towards her room…….. Now everyone were worried more…….and shivaay assured them that everything is fine……and he will just go and check…….but….

As soon as she shut the door……she sat sliding down a wall……in the corner of her room…….and then without any expression on her face…….she recalled a FLASHBACK…
FLASHBACK-
Before sometime…….when ShivOmRu left the place……listening ishi and Anika’s convo………and when Anika and sumo took ishi to her room for resting……..
Then…. ShivOmRu were in shivaay’s room…….and all were tensed as they were now not able to handle the truth and hide it from ishi…….especially after listening ishi……….
Here Anika and sumo too leaves………as prinku ask them to come with her………as shivaay has called them…….. They made ishi lay down on the bed……..and covered her with the blanket……….and left the room……….
All six of them were now in shivika’s room………..all were tensed and were trying hard to tackle the situation without even hurting ishi……..as for her……..mamu is her life………and this news is a danger……..to her life……
Here ishi felt restless…
Ishi’s POV..
Why am I feeling so restless………why am I feeling……that something bad had happened…….why is this feeling haunting me……… I guess I am thinking too much………as my brain is not working properly……… I should give my thoughts a pause……. I think its all happening coz my mind is empty……..and so these weird thoughts r ringing inside it………. I must not stay alone……… I must join others……so that my mind can occupy some pure and good thoughts…….. Yeah….Prinku said that Shivaay bhaiya had called them…….then they might be in his room only………
FLASHBACK PAUSED…
@Party area…
Shivaay was about to leave….but… Tej stopped him….and says….
Tej- Wait Shivaay….. I too want to come and check…..what actually happened……. I need to check whether my children r ok or not….
Shiv nodded in positive…..and freed some space….on the stairs……. And Tej rushed upwards…..followed by ShivRu…..
There om was searching ishi everywhere in her room…..but he didn’t found her…… He shouted her name at the top of his voice but got no response……. He checked everywhere…….but ishi was nowhere….. He wondered where she had gone in such less time……

She was sitting with knees folded and head burried in between…….and both the hands clutching her folded legs…….
Tej and ShivRu come across om….who told them that he don’t know where she is…….actually he told that she isn’t anywhere……..and he had checked every possible place…….which tensed shiv and tej…..
FLASHBACK CONTINUES…
Ishi came out of the room……and headed towards shivaay’s room…

Rudra- I think we should tell her that mamu went away……leaving her here with her family….
Om- Are u mad rudra……at least sometimes try to surprise me using ur peanut sized brain….
Anika- Exactly Rudra…..the matter of fact is…..is we say this to her….then also she won’t believe……even I wouldn’t have believed something like that…..if I was in her place……
Prinku- But we have to tell her something…..
Sumo- Exactly….till when will we hide this from her……its not just a matter of one day…..its matter of whole life…….
Shiv- Then….we r left with just one option…..
Everyone- What..
There ishi approached the room…..completely juggling with her emotions…….all through the way……. Her face was showing worry……tension……stress……pain….restlessness…..all at a time…

Shiv- We have to take the risk…

These words of shivaay were overheard by ishi…..so she peeped inside the room…..in order to quench her…..newly born thirst……to the statement…
FLASHBACK PAUSED….
PRESENT
Tej- Did u checked the study….
Om looked confused……and nodded in negative….
Tej- These days…..study was her corner…..where she spend most of her time…… I know coz I greet her there daily……before all that incidents…
Shiv- Then lets go and check….
All three of them almost rushed towards the study…..
And shiv opened the door with a jerk……
And the scene they saw was depressing…….. The only thing that came out of shivaay’s mouth was….
Shiv- What did she said to u…..
Om looked at him paled…..and said,” She said that (in flashback- Om….I wish mamu might also be present here……[kaash ki mamu bhi hote])”
Shivaay looked at him shocked…..while Tej stepped forward……..and moved toward ishi who was sitting in the same posture……bending her knees…….and buring her head in between…..tightly clutching her folded legs……
Tej bend and placed his hand with full care and affection…….and ishi looked up……her eyes….filled with unstoppable tears……..fully red coz of regular crying…….
FLASHBACK CONTINUED….

Shiv- We have to tell her…….(with great difficulty) that mamu is no more……

Ishi’s heart stopped beating for a second……and she felt loosing her own control over herself……
@shivaay’s room
Shiv- We have to tell her the truth……despite of the fact……that it may harm her…… I believe if she is that strong to handle such a big situation…….then she have to accept the truth too……
@Ishi
This was it…..now not a single word fall in her ear……and she just tried to leave the place as she was unable to stand further…….her eyes moistened…….her breath hardened……her gaze turned blurred……her move got stiffed…….her link between body and brain got broken……her head bleeding inside……while her heart loosing each possible beat……her nerves shivering……and her motion jammed……. Still she dragged ber lifeless appearing body……to some other place…….as she felt……a kind of loneliness……and a kind of betrayal of destiny…..
FLASHBACK ENDS….
ShivOm were shocked seeing her in that condition……. Om was feeling as if someone stabbed him……and the only thing he knew was……ishi cried for the first time…….don’t know why……but this time…..the evil laugh of daksh was ringing in his mind……and those words,” Mom…why u did so…..u gave her good shot….. I was dying to see her tears…..” haunted him like anything……as for the first time he saw his ishi in such a miserable condition…..
Tej too was continuously mentally blaming himself for her condition…….and without wasting a sec…..he just took ishi in his fatherly embrace…….and hugged her as tightly as he can……caressing her hairs…..and trying to lighten the pain she is carrying inside her strong heart……in a delicate cage…… Ishi too responded……as she burst into tears……almost shouting…..at her fate……for this cruel act……she too tightens her grip on her farther…….as she literally wanted someone by her side to support her……..to help her come out of this miserable situation…….. Tej too cried almost….and in his husky tone he said….
Tej- I am sorry beta….. It’s all happening coz of me…. It’s all happening coz of me…….plz forgive me….plz…
This full scenario was witnessed by the whole family……and Shakti asked the guests….to continue with the dinner……..andall the members come following them in worry……
Om was the third one to cry…..he was really in a mood to cry a lot…….he felt….that today….somewhat he felt his father’s presence……here…..although the love he showered at that instance was not for him…….still his heart said…..that it was just for him……
Jhanvi too moved…..to ishi….and sat down…..in order to match the level at which both father daughter were sitting……and ishi slided down in jhanvi’s lap…..crushing her saree completely in her hands……and crying uncontrollably……
Tej and jhanvi too shared a quick eye lock……with a sense of care……and emotional support…….to each other…..and also for their children…..
Jhanvi too took ishi in her embrace……while Tej kept on caressing her back…..in order to provide her the feel of someone around us…….
Every family member were teary eyed……and were unable to control their emotions………
The scenario continued irrespective of time……its been an hour…….ishi had been crying……it felt as if…..she cried all her pain…..and problems….in one go…..the pain that she always buried……under the line,” Till date in my life…..nothing so big happened…..that could make me cry..”
It seemed that the destiny had already written those tears to flow…….that too in one go….. Jhanvi was still sitting in the same posture…. Tej was still caressing her…… While…..ShivOmRu were sitting on one side…….. And rest others just went away……as they couldn’t bear the pain……that the girl had hidden till date……within herself……..
Anika was worried for everyone so she had gone to serve meal to Dadi……as it will cause an adverse effect on her health……
Another Hal hour passed……and her tears started drying…….and somehow…..her brain started……sending some courage to her heart………her eyes started closing……as this (sleep) was the only thing that could help her…….fight with this mental…..physical and emotional pain………
Jhanvi signed Tej…..to go…..as she is there with her…..and moreover he need rest…….as he is now completely exhausted…….but Tej denied…..to leave his daughter in such condition……
But jhanvi forced him again……and finally he agreed…..when om too supported jhanvi……
As soon as tej got up to go……a sudden force pulled him back……though the force was not that strong….. its feel was just heavenly…… He saw down…..and find…..ishi holding his hand…..tightly……as if she didn’t want him to leave……. His eyes again turned moist…..while jhanvi and ShivOmRu smiled…..at this….. Ishi being in sleep…..too was not willing Tej to leave her……
Om somehow then manages to free Tej’s hand…..and jhanvi’s saree end from her either hands…….and he lifted her up…….to take her to her room……… And ShivRu requested TejVi…..to take rest…..
Om took ishi to her room….and sat beside her……in order to take care of her…….ShivRu too joined him…..but he asked them……to go…..as he will handle her……actually he had to learn to handle…..her…. At which both his brothers chuckled……
This is when Anika entered with serving trolley…….and ask the three to have food…… Sumo and prinku too joined them……and due to Anika’s urge….or request….all had their food……
All leave the room….except for Om….. He was about to sit….when Anika came back…..and coming to Om she said….
Anika- My sister is now ur responsibility…..plz help her in healing her pain……as I am not able to her so……and I know…..more than her ……u r in pain…..which pains alot….in my heart……
Saying so and patting his cheeks with sisterly love…..she too left….
Om sat near ishi…..who by now was a bit normal……though those traces of tears were still visible on her face…….making her pale look more dull…..
Om took a cotton cloth….dipped it in water…..and started wiping out her face…..all the while he was doing this……he was talking…..he was saying….that…
Om-(he was saying aloud as if ishi is listening to him) U know what……today I felt…..that all the pain….and the burden that I carried is washed off……from my heart…..mind….and body…… And again….all the credit goes to u….. I was thinking last night…..to say him….what he deserves…..but I had a doubt…..but today…..u cleared that too…..(and he reminiscences ishi holding tej’s hand while sleeping) Today…. I felt his love…..the same love….that I used to feel in my childhood…….though that was for u…..but that was pure…….purest….(he smiled and noticed ishi’s innocent face……which was now cleaned perfectly…..and glowing like before)
He kept that cloth aside…..and took out the first aid box….and started bandaging her wounds…..with a fresh bandage……
Om- U know what….tomorrow is gonna to be the most awaited day…… The day….for which everyone is waiting……coz today…..they…..and especially he surprised me actually…….
Saying so he got up……to dump the old bandage……and moves towards the washroom…… Ishi slightly opened her eyes…..as if she heard him…..and unknowingly her pain….lessened…..as she smiled….a lil….this time not the pale one….but a brighter one……and slowly drifted into a deep slumber……
NEXT MORNING….
All gathered on the breakfast table…..with a hope to see ishi better and well than yesterday……. Ishi came there with help of Anika…..and sumo….
They made her sit….next to Om….who was not there but the seat was reserved for him……….
Dadi- Puttar how r u now….hope that u r well….
And the magic of dadi’s voice worked….. Ishi smiled and nodded in positive…… As she was still trying to come out of the trauma and accept the fact……so she was quiter than before……but since saw all the charming faces……twinkling in order to make her happy……so she didn’t even brought a single wrinkle of being sad……
This is when Tej asked…
Tej- Everyone is here….then where is Om….. Will he not join us for breakfast….
This was the time……when Om came down with an different kind of smile…..and he immediately answered…..
Om- Why do u think I won’t join u all for the breakfast……of course I’ll…. Its just I was fixing…..the time…..for my first meeting…..
All were surprised…..except ishi….
Ishi- Om….did they agreed…
Om- Yes….
Ishi smiled brightly…
Shiv- Did anyone of u will speak…..about what r u talking….
Om- Of course….Shivaay…. We r talking about the meeting……with the first financer…….who is ready to finance in our institute….
All smiled….
Shiv- Great….and when is it….
Om- (he saw his watch…) In next three hours….
Rudra- Congo bhaiya…congo Bhabhi…(bits his tongue) sorry…di..
Shiv- So…r u ready with the presentation work…
Om- Actually….that’s the problem…. Ishi had already prepared an awesome presentation……but I have no idea…..how to actually present the presentation in front of them……

Om- No…coz I have decided…..who is going to help me….
Anika- Arrey wah….and who is that lucky person…
Om- PAPA..
He said this with equal enthusiasm…..leaving everyone shocked……except ishi(again)…. He continued…
Om- Papa will help me….(looking towards Tej) Am I right papa…..u will help me na….
Tej- (with so much joy….and happiness…..and satisfaction) YES…. Is this a matter to ask about….
Om- No…that’s why I announced that u will help me….only…
He was saying all this in such a way as if nothing had happened in past few years……and it was normal for him to call him papa…… But at the same time…..he called him PAPA……as if he is compensating all those years when he called him Mr. Oberoi…..and quenching Tej’s thirst to listen PAPA from him……
ShivRu looked at each other……as if some ninth wonder had happened……and smiled
Anika and sumo joined ishi…
Anika- So….this matter finally ended…..now u tell what’s ur reply…..
Ishi- Reply….for what…
Sumo- For the announcement that tej uncle made yesterday night in the party……
Ishi- Oh… But soumya….that was an announcement right…..then how could I give a reply to an announcement……
Anika and sumo hugged each other……in happiness…..

Ishi- But…. I need time….coz frankly speaking….. I am not in any mood to celebrate anything……not even in getting into any relation…..until and unless….. I feel that I can handle all that….

Ishi- Nothing like that RV……. He just said that…..like…..
Om- I said that seriously…..
RV- Ok…then Mr. Artist…. Ishi will stay here only…… By the way I came here to handover her all the essentials…..that she forgot…..

Jhanvi- After a long time…..everyone is happy……i have seen this kind of shine on their faces……after a long time…

She said this reminiscing her and mamu’s bond…..that faded away……with his death….only to get blossom in her memories…….and seeing forward a new developing bond…..between Tej and Om…..only with the hope to see a growing tree from the seed…..that Om sowed today…..
