Ishqbaaz – Rikara Support Chapter 25

The car arrived at Bareily and it immediately stopped in front of Sharma’s shop.

G: Sahil, what are you doing?

S: Getting food…

G: First, go park the car and then we will get it. We are going to be here for a long time.

Om was sitting in his car but he can still here the entire conversation. His tinted windows allowed him to move close without getting caught.

S: Promise me that you will not start without me.

G: Ha, that is a very difficult promise but since you are a good friend, I promise.

O: So Sahil is just her friend. Good… Very Good! What a second?? Am I jealous? Om, focus on your mission. Your goal is to protect Gauri and that is it. Nothing else.

Gauri turned around and just stared at the glass cabinet that stored all the food.

G(Thinking): Rasgula, jalebis,… GOL Gappas… All down my mouth. Today, I do not care about my diet. Just eat until I am stuffed.

O: What is so great about this junk food? It is either too oily, spicy or sweet. She is cute. Look at her drooling over all that food. I should ask the owner to move the shop to Mumbai. Then, Gauri does not need to come here.

S: Let’s start.

They first eat Gol Gappas and Gauri does her trick.

S: How do you do that?

G: You just throw (throw it in the air) and catch (lands in her mouth).

Sahil does one and it lands on his face. The liquid gets in his eyes and he starts to scream in pain.

S: Gauri, I hate you. Look what happened now.

Gauri quickly takes him to a tap and helps him clean his face.

S: Gauri, it is still hurting.

Gauri goes up close to him and blows into his eyes.

Inside the car, Omkara became Madkara. His face turned red and his hands gripped onto the steering wheel.

O: I AM GOING TO KILL HIM! Wait till he comes to the office I will fire him.

Om presses on the horn and both Gauri and Sahil jumps in surprise.

S: Why did he honk? There is barely any cars on the street.
G: Maybe he was honking at us.

S: But, that does not make sense.

G: That is true, we are not doing anything wrong.

S: Maybe he thought we were romancing. Properly so old man who is living lonely and cannot enjoy live and find true love.

O: What the hell? They just called me an old man, I am just 25 years old. Well, I am living lonely but that is just temporarily until I bring back my true love…. What did I say? … Bring back my true love… Gauri is not my true love, she is just a friend and I am returning the favour.

G: Us, romancing? What a sad creep. He cannot find the difference between friendship and love.

O: Om, you put yourself in this situation. Dad, thank you SO much for your advice. Finally, one thing is clear. They are friends, just good best friends.

Gauri then turns around and looks at that car. It looked like she was directly looking at him.

G(Thinking): This car has been following us ever since we left. Is it following us?

G(To Sahil): Sahil, is this car following us?

S: I have noticed a same black car with us when we were coming but it is high likely to be the same one. It is a common model.

G: I have an idea. (Smiling like Dabang Gauri).

O: I know that smile. She is planning something. But what??

G: Talk to me normally and then I will point at that car. If that car moves, as soon as I point, then it is following us and I am going to chase the car down and rip the hair of the driver. What do you say, Gauri?

S: Dabang Gauri, what a great plan?

Om was just looking at them, eating chips. They were talking to casually and continue eating. All of sudden, Gauri points at me.

O: Why is she pointing at me?

G: Can you see his reactions?

S: Can you?

Gauri turns to him and shakes her head in disapproval.

S: Then, how can you expect me to see his reaction? His windows are tinted.

O: Did they find out that I am here? God, should I move?… No, if she comes to me and knocks on my driver side window, then I will take the car and leave. If I leave now, she will get even suspicious and I will not be able to follow her.

G: He did not move. Maybe we are overthinking it. There is probably no one in the car.
