O(Thinking): I should not have asked that question. Again, I am attacking her character and never learning from my mistake.
Gauri understood her question and she was mad. (Sad Saathiya plays)
G(Thinking): How dares he questions me like this? I just feel like slapping him so hard that he comes down to his knees and asks for forgiveness. Gauri, you cannot show him you are mad. Then, he will tackle that. I do not care what he thinks of me. I am so used to him insulting my character so why does this hurt me so much? He did it before when he said in front of the entire family that it was not my child. Gauri…calm down. Just because you did not carry them for 10 months, that does not mean they are not my kids.
G (Smiling and her head up high): They are my kids no matter.Do not worry about them as you already know that they are not yours.
O(Thinking): So these kids are hers. I did not even consider getting married but she has two kids and a boyfriend.
Om holds her tightly and Gauri unexpectedly steps back
O(Thinking): How can you do this to me?
G( Thinking): How can you say this to me?
Then, she hears two kids screaming for help. Gauri turns around and sees Shrenu and Kunal in the water. (Flashback – When Gauri stepped back, they were behind her and fell in the water.
Gauri quickly jumps in the water and swims toward Kunal. She saves him and takes him to the stairs but Shrenu is also screaming for help.
Om jumps in the water and saves Shrenu. They were both unconscious and does CPR.
G: Shrenu!! Kunal!! (Crying) Please get up! PLEASE!
Thankfully, they both become conscious and hugs Gauri.
Gauri carries Kunal and Om carries Shrenu to Gauri’s bedroom and puts them down on the bed. She quickly takes towels and starts to dry them. Om takes another towel and helps her out. All of suddent, a lone tear fell on Om’s hand. He looks up at Gauri and sees her crying. Her tears falling down on Kunal and Shrenu.
G: I would have died if anything happens to you guys. I am responsible of you guys and should paid full attention to you guys. Instead, I let my past come back and haunt me. I cannot dwell the past and need to focus on you guys.
O(Thinking): Dwell in the past..so all the things we shared before did matter to her?
O(Putting his other hand on her head): Gauri, do not worry. They will be fine. It was all an accident… Please try to understand.
Then she turns to Om and grabs the towel from him. Om can see how she angry is she and steps back. He can see her mother instinct.
G: Just… just SHUT UP! Everything in your life is an accident. Our marriage is an accident… Our separation is an accident and now you attempting to kill my kids is an accident as well…
O: I never… Gauri, you are misunderstanding me…
G: Well, you do not need to clear out because I do not care anymore. You misunderstood me and now it is my turn.
O: Just calm down…
G: Calm down… really Om? My kids are lying there unconsciously and you want me to calm down. Listen Om, do you really think I am the small feeble girl who was always following you like a small puppy. I… sorry WE do not need your help. GET OUT NOW! (She closes the door in his face)
Om walks downstairs and then her door opens again and looks at Om. The entire family was outside, looking at her.
G(Screaming): If you want revenge, then man up and fight with me. Do not target my kids. Next time you do, I will target everything that you love and I do not care if it is your family. You know what happened to Kali and his goons. Do not make me do the same thing to them.
She walks to her room and slams the door. The entire family looks at her, surprised. No one expected this new avatar.
G: What did I just say now? How can I threaten my family like that? I was so angry that… After Om attacked my character and the kids in the water, I just could not bottle up my anger. I hope they understand why I acted like that.
She sees them shivering and run to them to help them out.
O(Thinking): She was just like a mama bear protecting her cubs. So they are her kids. Om, you are so stupid. How can do this and harm her kids like it? It does not matter who their mother is but you should have never done this. They are kids…
S(Thinking): What did Om do now? Gauri and Om, both of you should speak up and just tell someone your problem so we can try solving it for you.
Hey guys, I hated writing the part where Om questioned Gauri’s kids but the reason why I put it in is because of the fake pregnancy track. When Om questioned Gauri in front of the entire family, I expected her to just slap him or even rebel back. So, I put it in here but I promise you that it will be cleared in the next 5-6 chapters.
