Prem tries to bribe him with a golden watch. Batra warns him to get out with his bribe or else he will prosecute him in bribe charges. Prem says he felt good that at least someone is honest and shows Paragi wearing his gifted diamond necklace. Sanjay at home gets busy with engagemnet arrangements and missing Paragi calls her. Paragi is about to pick his call when Batra visits her and says she is out of A1 Clothing’s case. Paragi asks reason. He shows pic wearing Prem’s gifted diamond necklace. Paragi says she hopes he is not alleging of accepting bribe and says a family friend gifted another family friend,
Prem visits Pathaks for Akhay and Ashi’s engagement and asks about Paragi. Sushma says she will not come. Prem asks if she went for a raid even today and then says he was joking. Baby provokes Sushma that Paragi name is enough to spoil the work. Paragi searches Sweety Beauty Parlors and doesn’t find Sheetal. Ashi walks down for engagement. Akshay announces that Ashi likes baking and world’s best baking school is in Paris, so he will take Ashi to Paris and get her complete all the courses she likes. Sanjay praises Akshay’s family and misses Paragi. Akshay takes Paragi on stage for engagement. Sanjay clicks a family selfie.
Paragi gets tensed noticing only 15 minutes left for engagement and continues searching for Sheetal. Sushma asks Akshay and Ashi to exchange rings. Abhay stops them and insists them to play a game. Akshay agrees and asks them to throw ring on ring box and win it. He remembers Paragi requesting him to delay the engagement as much as possible. Prem says engagement muhurat is passing on. Abhay tries his best to delay engagement while family insists him to let engagement finish soon. Sanjay misses Paragi again. Akshay kneeling down proposes Ashi for marriage and thanks her.
Paragi reaches Sheetal and showing him Akshay’s pic asks if she knows him. Sheetal says he is her boyfriend. Parfagi says her boyfriend is betraying her, reveals that Akshay is getting engaged, and requests her to accompany her before the engagement finishes. Chandana calls her, but she disconnects call saying she will call her later. Chandana thinks she will discuss insurance fraud with only Paragi. Kinker and Shiva insist her to discuss her problem with them. Akshay and Ashi exchange rings. Sushma asks them to sit down and let her perform their nazar before someone puts nazar/evil eyes on them. Paragi stops her and says she wants to ward off Akshay’s evil eyes on Ashi. Sushma tongue lashes her for ruining Ashi’s happiness followed by Baby. Sanjay asks what is all this. Paragi requests him to give her 1 minute to prove her words. Sanjay asks what will she do in 1 minute and agrees. Paragi calls Sheetal. Vinod asks who is this girl. Paragi says she is Akshay’s girlfriend.
