Vihaan promises Veena that he will never bring Gauri back. Meanwhile, Gauri and Rekha face taunts from neighbors for taking money to marry a rich man. Determined to save his mother, Vihaan tells Harsh and Arjun that they have only 12 hours left and asks Harsh to show him all the victims’ photos, feeling he is missing something.
Rekha scolds Gauri, calling her a bad daughter and blaming her for ruining her hard work. Hurt by Veena’s taunts and Vihaan canceling the wedding, Gauri finally agrees to dance as Rekha always wanted, but she refuses to marry Vihaan.
Mahesh informs Vihaan that, according to Pratham Vanshi, they have only two hours left before the moon appears in daylight. He advises lighting the Pratham Jot to temporarily protect their home. However, they need a sacred mani for the ritual. Dadi lights the diya, and Vihaan mixes his blood in it before removing his protective bracelet. Despite Arjun’s warnings, Vihaan sacrifices his mani to the diya, and Dadi places it outside.
As thunder rumbles, everyone gathers around Veena. Vihaan notices Gauri outside their house and goes to her, instructing Harsh and Arjun to stay with Veena. Gauri, determined to prove Vihaan’s beliefs wrong, uses a water pipe to extinguish the diya. Vihaan warns her that if anything happens to his mother, he will never forgive her. However, despite the diya being out, Veena remains safe. Feeling guilty, Gauri hugs Vihaan.
Just when everything seems fine, Arjun suddenly gets possessed and lifts into the air. The witch, disguised in another form, reveals her presence, leaving everyone in shock.
