Gauri struggles to walk in Vihaan’s slippers and nearly slips, but Harsh and Arjun catch her just in time, assuring her that they won’t let anything happen to her. Sandhya takes Gauri away, while Baa wonders about Rashmi’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Vihaan promises Rashmi that their family will stay united despite her desire to live separately for safety. He asks for two months to ensure their protection, giving Rashmi hope.
As Sandhya picks a saree, Veena informs her that her mother-in-law has already chosen one for her. Vihaan then brings Rashmi home, delighting everyone. Rashmi insists on selecting the best saree for Sandhya, while Veena presents Gauri with five options. However, Gauri humbly says one saree is enough for her. As she goes for a trial, Sunheri secretly follows her. Sensing something suspicious, Gauri looks around but finds nothing. Sunheri attempts to act again but stops upon seeing Vihaan. Later, when Gauri returns to her room, Vihaan questions why she left without informing anyone.
Baa gifts Gauri an ancestral necklace, offering to exchange it if she dislikes it. Gauri expresses her gratitude, saying no necklace could be more precious than a blessing from elders. However, she hesitates to wear it, considering it too extravagant for a simple ritual. Disappointed, Baa takes it back.
Vihaan confronts Gauri, saying his family is trying to include her, yet she remains distant. Gauri reminds him of the circumstances of their marriage and demands an explanation for his past actions. Vihaan avoids answering and instead tells her to get ready. Defiant, Gauri refuses to go anywhere until she gets her answers.
Later, in the bathroom, Gauri is startled to find Sunheri in the bathtub. Sunheri questions why Gauri is risking staying there, but Gauri warns her to leave, threatening to expose her to the family. In response, Sunheri transforms into a Dayan to scare Gauri. However, before she can act, Sandhya spots her. Panicked, Sandhya rushes to inform Vihaan, but Sunheri intervenes, trying to stop her. Sandhya resists falling under Sunheri’s control but ultimately changes the topic when she reaches Vihaan, now fully under Sunheri’s influence.
Desperate, Gauri attempts to call Charu, but Rekha disconnects it. She then sends Charu a heartfelt voice message, apologizing for hurting her and expressing her longing to see her. Gauri insists she cannot find peace without Charu. Determined to reclaim her independence, Gauri makes up her mind to start driving the cab again, refusing to let anyone stop her.
