Suraj informs Jagriti that Sapna has swapped the engagement rings. Jagriti comments on Sapna’s actions, while Suman warns them to be cautious, joking that Sapna might even swap the bride, leading Suraj to marry Jagriti instead. Suraj dismisses the possibility and makes a remark about it. Jagriti then leaves. Meanwhile, Bhairav notices that a photo is missing from the table. He frantically searches for it, believing it holds the key to his revenge. Spotting a photo on the floor, Jagriti picks it up and questions Bhairav about why he kept it hidden from her. She hugs Bhairav, who realizes the photo is of him, Jagriti, and Malati. Bhairav admits he created the image using Photoshop. Jagriti, unaware of its significance, decides to frame it and leaves.
Suraj later finds an old childhood photo of Bhairav and Jagriti in his jeep. Recognizing Jagriti as Chitta Jaggu, he resolves to inform Kalikant but first decides to confirm her true identity. At the Sangeet, Akash and Jagriti perform a dance. Afterward, Jagriti complains of an ankle sprain, prompting Akash to offer his room for her to rest, which she accepts.
Suraj confronts Jagriti in private, pointing a gun at her and demanding the truth. He accuses her of being Chitta Jaggu and seeking revenge against Kalikant. Jagriti denies it, revealing that Bhairav adopted her at the age of nine but she has no memory of her earlier life. As Akash knocks on the door, Suraj pretends he was mistaken and asks Jagriti not to tell Akash about the incident. Jagriti complies, deciding to keep the truth hidden to avoid further conflict between Akash and Suraj. When Akash checks on her injury, she assures him she is fine, and they leave together. Bhairav, observing Suraj’s strange behavior, suspects he has the photo of Jagriti. He cleverly bumps into Suraj and steals the photo without him noticing.
Later, Suraj privately informs Kalikant that Jagriti Bahl is Chitta Jaggu, but Kalikant dismisses his claim, believing Suraj is lying to gain his inheritance over Akash. When Suraj attempts to present the photo as proof, he realizes it is missing. Kalikant warns him against creating unnecessary drama at the wedding.
Determined to prevent Jagriti from becoming the family’s daughter-in-law, Suraj devises a plan. He hires a struggling actress to pose as Akash’s wife for a month. Gungroo cautions Akash about the risks of swapping the bride again, warning that Kalikant won’t forgive them if the truth comes out. Suraj makes a remark about it, signaling his determination to carry out his plan.
