The episode starts with Gita confronting Amol. She threatens him that their marriage is over and walks away. Amol celebrates and and vows that his actions are merely a drama to gain her trust. He plans to destroy her completely once he uses her against Kalikant Thakur. Inspector Singh questions Amol if he genuinely intends to become a government witness. Singh warns him that even as a witness, punishment awaits. He confides that his plan is to hand over incriminating evidence against Kalikant to Gita, expecting her to act against Kalikant. He intends to kill her easily after that. Inspector Singh commends the plan but questions why Amol doesn’t kill Gita immediately to win Kalikant’s favor. Amol expresses his resentment that Kalikant has never treated him equally, revealing how deeply he is frustrated.

overhears their conversation and realizes that they want to kill Gita after using her against Kalikant. She pots the unattended evidence against Kalikant and silently steals it away from their gaze. However, in a hurry, she knocks over a vase. The noise alerts Inspector Singh, who spots her escaping through a window with the evidence. When he informs Amol, the latter is too drunk and asleep to respond. Disappointed, Singh concludes that Amol lacks the capability to rule Mokshgarh and decides to align with Kalikant instead.

Akash waits at the essay competition, wondering why Jagriti hasn’t shown up. Suraj and Sapna taunt him, suggesting Jagriti is too afraid to participate. Akash reminds them of their past defeats against her. Elsewhere, Kalindi helps Kalikant prepare for the essay competition. Kalikant’s mother questions the decision to hold the event, given Gita’s public accusations against him. Kalindi explains that maintaining a calm and confident demeanor will convince the public that the accusations are baseless. Impressed, Kalikant’s mother praises Kalindi.

After she leaves, Kalindi advises Kalikant to stay composed, but he admits that certain people make him furious. Kalindi suggests removing such people from his life, but Kalikant remains silent. Ganga arrives with coffee for Kalikant but accidentally spills it on him, aggravating his frustration. He vents about Ganga to Kalindi.

Inspector Singh approaches Kalikant, claiming to have crucial information. Before he can elaborate, Ganga overhears and excuses herself. Singh attempts to inform Kalikant that Jagriti has obtained the evidence but is interrupted when he learns that Home Minister Roop Chandan has arrived at Kalikant’s mansion at Kalindi’s invitation. He rushes to welcome Roop Chandan.

Jagriti finally meets Akash and asks him to accompany her to the cowshed. Akash agrees, concerned about the situation. Jagriti reveals Amol’s plan to Akash, leaving him alarmed at how dangerous Amol truly is. Determined, Jagriti decides to deliver the evidence to Gita.

At the essay competition, the judges are called to the stage, and Gita is introduced as one of them. She anxiously wonders about Jagriti’s whereabouts. Suraj asks Sapna what topic she plans to write about, and Sapna responds that she will write about her stepmother. Inspector Singh, unable to meet Kalikant, sends a message to Kalikant about Jagriti stealing the evidence. Kalikant is stunned as he reads it. Gita smiles seeing Jagriti standing far away.

Precap: Akash gives a demeaning essay to Ganga describing how evil her stepmother Gita is and asks her to read it in front of everyone. Jagriti overhears their conversation.
