Jagriti tells Suraj that she can’t stand him and declares that in the morning, she will visit her father to discuss their divorce. Suraj indifferently agrees. Jagriti warns him not to disturb her, choosing to sleep on the floor, and adds that if anyone asks, she will say she slept on the couch of her own will. Suraj, however, insists on taking the couch and makes a remark about it.
Later, Jagriti dreams of Rohan lashing out at home. Suman tells Rohan that if everyone is accusing Jagriti of orchestrating the bridal swap, there must be some truth to it. Rohan, angered by this, tells Suman that if she truly believes such a thing, she never understood Jagriti at all. Suman and Bhairav discuss whether Jagriti will ever accept this marriage. Suraj wakes up to a message from Jagriti informing him that she has gone to her home to speak with her father about the divorce. He finds it odd that she didn’t inform him before leaving. Just then, Kalindi arrives, telling Suraj that Kalikant is calling him. Suraj agrees to get ready and go.
At the meeting, Kalikant questions Suraj about arriving alone and demands to know where Jagriti is. Suraj explains that she has left and informs Kalikant that they both want a divorce because they cannot stay together. Kalikant sternly responds that their marriage must be upheld, as his entire political career revolves around the importance of tradition. A divorce and remarriage would ruin his reputation. He asks Akash and Sapna if they object to his decision, and Akash confirms he has no issue with it. Kalikant then turns to Kalindi, agreeing with her that Jagriti caused this mess and left the house. Declaring that he will bring Jagriti back himself, he dismisses the conversation.
Later, Suraj confronts Akash and Sapna, questioning why they remained silent when Kalikant made his decision. He asks Sapna if she truly wants to be with him. Sapna admits that she does but refuses to go against Kalikant, as she sees him as a parental figure. Suraj then asks Akash if he agreed to Kalikant’s decision to secure his position as his heir. Akash confirms this, and Suraj reacts with disappointment. Akash maintains that Jagriti was responsible for the bridal swap, but Suraj suspects Kalindi, believing she manipulated events to bring Sapna and Akash together. Sapna dismisses this possibility, but Suraj urges her to trust him, vowing to prove Kalindi’s involvement and promising that once the truth is out, he and Sapna can divorce their respective spouses and be together.
Meanwhile, Jagriti arrives at her family home, revealing to Rohan that everyone at Kalikant’s house believes she was behind the bridal swap. She declares she has no desire to stay there and asks Rohan to help arrange her divorce. Bhairav tries to convince her to give her marriage a chance.
Suddenly, Kalikant arrives at Jagriti’s house with his henchmen, who immediately point their guns at Suman. Rohan and Bhairav plead with him to release her. Kalikant coldly states that if Bhairav sends his daughter-in-law back to his house, he will let Suman go. In response, Jagriti fearlessly pushes Kalikant’s men away from Suman, standing her ground.
