Surprised by Bhairav’s decision to arrange his marriage with Jagriti, Suraj remains deeply hurt by Sapna’s betrayal. He warns Trisha to leave and never return if she wants her parents to stay alive before walking away. Meanwhile, Jagriti insists to Ganga that she did not orchestrate the bridal swap. Ganga reassures her, saying a girl who cannot bear to see birds in a cage would never do such a thing. Grateful for her trust, Jagriti laments that Akash does not believe her. Ganga advises her to talk to him alone, and Jagriti agrees.
Sapna tries to convince Akash to eat, pointing out that she has also been fasting since he refused food. She then criticizes Jagriti and apologizes for upsetting Akash. Just as Jagriti arrives to talk to Akash privately, Suraj appears and requests to speak to Sapna alone.
Jagriti pleads with Akash to trust that she did not swap the brides. However, Akash recalls her past revenge against Suraj and doubts her. Jagriti clarifies that she only retaliated against Suraj because he bullied her and reminds Akash that if she truly wanted revenge, she could have exposed his truth to Kalikant. When Akash accuses her of threatening him, Jagriti, frustrated by his lack of trust, gives up and leaves.
Suraj then presents a diamond necklace to Sapna, revealing that he had intended to gift it to her after their marriage. However, recalling Trisha’s accusations, he becomes emotional. Misunderstanding his reaction, Sapna insists she wants to be with him but feels trapped by their circumstances. Suraj tells her about Trisha’s accusations, prompting Sapna to drop the necklace upon hearing Trisha’s name. Suspicious, Suraj questions her about Trisha, but Sapna feigns ignorance before accidentally slipping up and hastily leaving. Heartbroken by her betrayal, Suraj turns to alcohol.
Gungroo urges Suraj to return to college instead of wallowing in his misery, but Suraj remains consumed by unanswered questions—especially why Bhairav wanted him to marry Jagriti.
Later, Jagriti notices Suraj’s messy cupboard and goes to confront him about it, only to find him in tears. As she comforts him, Suraj tells her she has no idea about the depth of his betrayal and insists their situations are not the same.
The episode ends.
