The episode starts with Jagriti questioning Akash if he will wish her luck for the student elections. Akash assures her of his support, even promising her his vote. Bhairav observes this and is pleased that everything is going according to plan. The next day, voting concludes, and the college staff announces that the results will be out at 12:30 PM. Suraj, eager to know the outcome, asks Gungroo to check for updates. Soon after, a friend informs Suraj that the votes have been counted, and he has lost the election by a single vote. However, when the official results are announced, Suraj is declared the winner, leaving Jagriti disappointed.
A flashback reveals that Suraj had secretly instructed Gungroo to tamper with the votes. Later, Suraj celebrates his victory by announcing a Jalsa Night for the students. Jagriti congratulates him, but he responds sarcastically. Akash tries to comfort her, assuring her that she fought well. He then steps away to take a phone call. Jagriti’s friends soon inform her that Suraj won by cheating. They show her a video of him threatening the election staff at gunpoint, forcing them to transfer two of her votes to him. They urge her to take the video to the Vice Chancellor and have Suraj disqualified.
Meanwhile, Kalikant congratulates Suraj and hugs him, which fills Suraj with joy. Jagriti witnesses this moment and decides to confront him. She shows Suraj the incriminating video and asks if he thinks she will report him. She admits she was planning to, but after seeing him happy with his father, she changes her mind—on one condition. Suraj must take strict action against bullying and ensure that female students have 24/7 access to the library. If he refuses, she will send the video to Kalikant. Left with no choice, Suraj reluctantly agrees.
Elsewhere, Akash appears lost in thought. Bindi and Kachori tease him, suggesting that a new girl might be on his mind. Akash dismisses the idea, saying no one can replace Jagriti. Bindi advises him to give himself a chance to move forward.
The next day, Jagriti arrives at college and notices students holding flowers. Her friends inform her that only couples can attend Jalsa Night. Just then, Akash approaches her with a bouquet, kneels, and asks her to be his dance partner. When she asks if he’s asking as a friend, he replies, “Whatever makes you comfortable.” Jagriti agrees, while Sapna watches jealously.
Suraj, plotting against Akash, decides to invite Kalikant as the chief guest. He hopes that seeing Akash and Jagriti dancing together will turn Kalikant against Akash. However, Kalikant refuses to attend—until Kalindi persuades him, saying he should be there to determine whether Suraj won fairly or not. Suraj is frustrated by this turn of events.
Meanwhile, Suraj blames Ganga for allowing Kalindi into Kalikant’s life, believing she has caused a rift between him and his father. Elsewhere, Akash tells Jagriti that he is considering canceling the suit he ordered for Jalsa Night, as he doesn’t want people to assume they are a couple. Jagriti insists that he should wear it, assuring him he will look great. Sapna, still hopeful, asks Akash to be her date for Jalsa Night. However, he turns her down, making it clear that he is already committed to Jagriti.
