Brij pressures Neel to drink wine, but Neel refuses, citing his culture. Brij takes offense, questioning Neel’s suitability as CEO and accusing him of lecturing. Despite Kanchan’s attempts to diffuse the situation, Brij cancels the deal with the Chotwani company, leaving Neel shocked.
At home, Neel struggles with the loss, while Kanchan criticizes him for jeopardizing the company’s future. She warns him that their business is at risk and accuses him of failing. Neel, however, remains determined, stating he still has one day to fix everything.
Meanwhile, Riddhi questions Kanchan’s decision to make Neel CEO but ultimately trusts her judgment. The next day, Neel seeks guidance and ideas from his employees, determined to find a solution before Brij returns. Kanchan doubts his ability to succeed.
Elsewhere, Pratham confesses his love for Manjari. Riddhi calls Neel, reminding him of his responsibilities and urging him not to fail. Encouraging her, Neel reassures her and surprises her with Sumati’s handmade laddus, giving her a moment of happiness amidst the tension.
