Neel asserts that no one should defy his orders. Addressing an employee as Mr. Goswami’s wife, he publicly shares news of Mr. Goswami’s heart attack and announces that the company will cover his medical expenses. Mrs. Goswami expresses her gratitude. Later, Kanchan criticizes Neel for wasting money and dismissing profits. Neel counters, stating that true profit lies in employee happiness and that this is just the beginning of change. Kanchan reminds him that he is CEO for only two days and claims the office as hers.
In response, Neel replaces an expensive vase on the table with an idol, asserting that with God’s blessings, he can achieve anything in two days. Kanchan sarcastically challenges him to prove himself. Neel advises her to rest while he focuses on work. He then gathers employees, assuring them they can approach him anytime for work-related concerns.
Meanwhile, Manjari notices a bruise on her neck. Sumati, while preparing vegetables, spots it and questions her. Manjari downplays it, attributing it to a holiday accident involving broken glass. Pratham overhears this conversation. Neel organizes a “Chai with CEO” event to engage with employees personally. Kanchan watches via CCTV and remains unfazed. Kamlesh questions her calm demeanor, to which she responds that Neel is foolishly wasting time on such activities instead of strategizing for profits.
Addressing the employees, Neel emphasizes quality over quantity and introduces new company policies. He allows employees to leave once their tasks are completed, assuring them they are not slaves. However, he strictly prohibits social media usage at work, urging them to dedicate themselves fully before heading home. Employees cheer at this change, while Kanchan and Kamlesh are left stunned.
Neel further declares that work should not dictate their lives but be a part of it. He encourages employees to balance work with family time, reinforcing that their lifestyle should not suffer due to work. The employees applaud his vision and resume work with renewed enthusiasm. Kanchan fumes over Neel’s influence, while Kamlesh observes that employees have become his loyal supporters. Kanchan, however, insists that clients drive profits, not employees.
Later, after completing their tasks, employees leave for the day. As a client arrives, Neel welcomes him. Surprised by the empty office, the client asks if the company has shut down. Neel explains that employees leave once their work is done. The client then presents a newly launched wine by Kanchan and Riddhi, asking Neel to taste it and share his thoughts.
