Kanchan asserts her authority over Neel, instructing the employees not to assist him and to leave. However, the employees stand by Neel, pledging their support. Frustrated, Kanchan threatens to fire them, but they challenge her to do so only after she officially becomes CEO. She warns Neel that if he makes any mistakes, she won’t spare him.
Later, Kanchan returns home, and Kamlesh asks if Neel halted the campaign. Without responding, Kanchan walks inside. Parameshwari reassures Kamlesh that Neel will handle everything.
At the office, Neel directs the employees to send the wine bottles within two hours. He heads home to retrieve a file, where Parameshwari invites him to sit with the family. When Neel inquires about the occasion, Parameshwari explains the festival preparations. Sumati mentions making ‘gudi padwa’ and insists Neel will put it outside the house as he always does. Neel confidently declares that goodness will triumph and no one can defeat him. Overhearing this, Kanchan secretly makes a call.
Back at the office, Neel ensures the wine bottles are dispatched on time. The employees confirm that all boxes have been sent.
Meanwhile, Riddhi unexpectedly arrives home, surprising Kanchan, who assumed she was due the next day. When Riddhi asks what’s happening, Kanchan updates her on the situation.
Riddhi then rushes to the office and confronts Neel, questioning his decisions. She reminds him that he had two days to prove himself as a capable CEO, yet he lost a major client. She expresses her frustration, explaining how much effort she put into securing Brij’s deal. Neel assures her he will bring Brij back, but Riddhi doubts him, warning that Brij will see him as unfit for the role.
Spotting a wine bottle, Riddhi scolds Neel for his campaign strategy. Neel defends the idea, insisting it will succeed, but Riddhi warns it could ruin the company. He counters that the campaign could double their profits, but Riddhi demands that he stop it immediately. Neel urges her to trust him, but Riddhi worries about the employees losing their jobs if the plan backfires. Determined, Neel refuses to halt the campaign, asserting that as the current CEO, he will see it through. He asks Riddhi once again to have faith in him.
