Neel assures Riddhi of his support and asks her to trust him. After she leaves, he continues managing the office and refuses to work with influencers for the campaign. However, an employee informs him that a travel agency has canceled their deal, leaving them without drivers. Upon learning that the agency owner knows Kanchan, Neel suspects her involvement. Meanwhile, Kanchan, having orchestrated the deal’s cancellation, smirks, confident in Neel’s downfall. She believes she will witness his destruction the next day and sleeps peacefully.
At the office, Neel quickly arranges alternative drivers and stays overnight to oversee operations. The next morning, an urgent board meeting is called. Riddhi and Kanchan prepare to face the directors, while Sumati, despite her anger at Neel, acknowledges his good intentions.
During the meeting, Kanchan blames Neel for the crisis, but he takes full responsibility for the campaign, defending Riddhi and Kanchan. To everyone’s surprise, Mr. Oberoi praises Neel’s strategy, revealing the campaign’s success and profitability. Brij, the supposed deal-breaker, denies canceling the contract and commends Neel. As a result, Mr. Oberoi announces Neel’s permanent appointment as CEO, shocking Kanchan while employees celebrate his victory.
Later, Neel and Riddhi perform a puja. Kanchan warns Neel that she will reclaim her CEO position, but Neel stands firm, declaring that he has won the challenge and won’t leave. Riddhi advises Kanchan to accept Neel for the company’s benefit, but Kanchan remains determined to regain power.
As Kanchan broods over her loss, Neel sneaks into her room and takes her phone, plotting his next move. Meanwhile, Manjari and Pratham meet secretly outside, only to be teased by a police inspector. Unbeknownst to Kanchan, Neel is already preparing a counterattack in his signature “Jamai No. 1” style.
