Sumati storms out in anger, followed closely by Neel, who thanks her. When she questions whether he is thanking her for exposing the truth, Neel clarifies that he is grateful for her unwavering support. He pleads for forgiveness, reminding her that while he became a ghar jamai of the Chotwani family, he remains her son. Unable to bear her hatred, he begs her to let go of the past.
Meanwhile, Kanchan tries to reason with Riddhi, who expresses her deep respect for her and questions why she involved subordinates to humiliate Neel. Kanchan insists she only wanted to protect the company, arguing that Neel lacks the experience to run it. She claims his past success was sheer luck, with no guarantee of future profits. Riddhi is taken aback as Kanchan asserts that more deserving candidates should lead the Chotwani company and warns that Neel might ruin Riddhi’s hard work.
As Sumati reflects on her past moments with Neel, including the curses she once hurled at him, she feels remorse and apologizes. Neel embraces her, and she takes him inside to feed him. Still puzzled over his decision to become a ghar jamai, she presses for an explanation. Neel admits he cannot lie to her but also cannot reveal the full truth yet. He promises to leave with his family soon and asks for her support until then. Sumati agrees.
Kanchan insists that her actions were only meant to save the company and announces her intention to leave, claiming everything now belongs to Neel. She reassures Riddhi that she wishes her no harm. Riddhi, however, dismisses her concerns, asserting that Neel earned his CEO position through merit and will be removed if he fails. Encouraging Kanchan to take a break and focus on her health, she embraces her, unaware of Kanchan’s smirk.
Later, Kanchan hands a juice to Kamlesh, who soon feels dizzy after drinking it. Growing suspicious, Kamlesh demands to know what was mixed in the drink. Feigning innocence, Kanchan watches as Kamlesh loses control, wrecking the room before throwing a vase at her. Dodging the attack, Kanchan subdues Kamlesh and records the entire incident. Gloating, she plots to use the same pill on Neel to drive him insane, declaring that a mad CEO is of no use to anyone.
Neel, eager to share the news of Sumati’s forgiveness, goes to Riddhi’s room. When she doesn’t respond, he assumes she has had a panic attack and breaks the door, only to find her changing outfits. Embarrassed, he quickly turns around as Riddhi asks him to leave so she can get ready.
Meanwhile, Kamlesh regains consciousness, only for Kanchan to reveal her sinister plan. Kamlesh warns that an overdose of the pill could kill Neel, but Kanchan remains unfazed. “Let Neel die,” she says coldly. She vows to make him lose his sanity and send him to a mental asylum, ensuring that he is completely out of the way.
