Neel notices a wheelchair nearby and asks Parameshwari if everything is alright. Parameshwari explains that she uses the wheelchair to fulfill her wishes. Impressed, Neel praises her talent and her ability to manage Kanchan and Riddhi effectively. Meanwhile, Riddhi confides in Kanchan, expressing confusion about why Parameshwari seems so supportive of Neel. Their conversation is interrupted by Vicky, who informs them of an urgent board meeting scheduled for 4 PM. When Kanchan inquires about the reason, Vicky reveals rumors suggesting that the board members might vote to remove Kanchan and Riddhi. Alarmed, Kanchan asks why, given the company’s good performance. Riddhi lists potential reasons, including the firing of workers, recent protests, and Neel’s incident. Vicky agrees with her assessment. Kanchan, worried, asks what they should do. Riddhi reassures her, promising to protect her position at all costs.
Parameshwari tells Neel she has found a potential match for Riddhi and Lokith Fulwani, a wealthy and handsome man who also happens to be Riddhi’s childhood friend. Neel teases her, recalling how she once said Riddhi had seen plenty of men like Lokith. Parameshwari insists Lokith is different and suggests arranging a meeting between him and Riddhi, stressing that Kanchan must not find out. Neel agrees to check Riddhi’s schedule.
Parameshwari then asks Neel why Kanchan threw water on him. Neel explains he was simply ironing a paper and mentions a letter with “Riddhi Betu” written on it. Shocked, Parameshwari recalls Kanchan’s earlier inquiries about the postman and the letter. She demands more details and then steps aside to call Riya, asking for CCTV footage of Neel’s incident. Neel confirms that Riddhi has no meetings today.
Meanwhile, Sumati tells Manjari she wants to monitor Neel’s activities, but Manjari argues it’s unnecessary. Gangadhar jokes that Sumati is acting like the CID and reminds her she’s Neel’s mother, not a surveillance camera. He defends Riddhi, saying her future marriage will align with Lord Shiv’s will. However, Sumati remains firm, declaring that Riddhi will never become her daughter-in-law.
Back in the office, Vicky informs Riddhi he canceled her meetings. Riddhi requests a five-year report and tells Vicky her plan is to use money to resolve the situation, proving her critics wrong.
Parameshwari reviews the CCTV footage and discovers Kanchan’s attempt to hide the letter from Riddhi. Concerned, she resolves to ensure Riddhi’s marriage happens before her past resurfaces. Later, Kanchan deletes the CCTV footage of Neel’s incident. As Riddhi gets into her car to head to the office, Kanchan notices she missed the meeting and wonders where she is. Meanwhile, Riddhi is startled to find Neel in the driver’s seat.
Precap: Riddhi angrily runs behind Neel when she learns about his and Parameshwari’s plan. Lokith meets her. Kanchan insults Lokith’s father. Lokith reacts. Riddhi slaps Lokith for insulting her mother and says her mother can do anything as she is Kanchan Jotwani and Lokith is nothing.
