Ritik just entered the house.Shesha and Ritik saw each other.
Ritik became nervous.
Shesha:Where did you go?
Ritik stammered:I..I..I went to drink water.Where else I will go?
Shesha was relieved:You know what?Not seeing you around me I got scared.
Shesha moved towards him to hug him,but he walked away leaving her sad.
Shivangi got inside the kitchen.
Shivangi:Shesha aunty…can you give me milk?
Shesha:Why should I give you milk?You are big enough to take it by yourself.
Shivangi became sad.Shesha left.
She thought:If it was my mother she would have given me milk so sweetly.Miss you mumma.
With a sad face Shivangi took a vessel and poured milk into it.She kept it on the gas stove.The milk was getting boiled.Without putting off the gas Shivangi tried to take the vessel with her hands.Suddenly Yamini who reached there saw it and called her loudly:Shivangi…
Shivangi looked at her.
Y:What are you doing Shivangi?
Yamini put the gas off.
Y:Who asked you to take milk on your own?
Shivangi:I wanted milk.So I kept milk for boiling.
Y:What?You did it by yourself?But why?You could have asked me or Shesha.
Shivangi:I did not see you.So I asked Shesha aunty.But she told me to do it by myself.
Yamini was shocked:What?
Shesha came.
Y:Shesha..why did you refuse to give milk to Shivangi?And you made her boil milk on her own?Don’t you know that she is too young to use gas stove?If you can’t give her milk you could have called me.I would have done that for her.I was in the puja room.That’s why I could’nt give attention to Shivangi.It is my fault.I thought you will take care of Shivangi.
Shesha burned with anger and stared at Shivangi.
Shesha: Mummiji..she is lying.She never asked me for milk.
Shivangi:No dadi..I am not saying any lie.
Shesha got angry:Why are you telling lie Shivangi?
Yamini stared at Shesha:My grand daughter does’nt lie.

Y:I did’nt say so.But Shesha…even if its a lie you are at fault.Now you are Shivangi’s mother as you married Ritik.So Shivangi is your responsibility.You are supposed to serve her food even before she asks you for that.
Shesha thought:I just married Ritik and I am forced to take care of Shivangi too.My foot! I can’t refuse it as I need to get into their good books.
Shesha:I am sorry Mummiji.From now onwards I will look after Shivangi.
Shivangi:No need Shesha aunty.Dadi will take care of me.
Shesha got irritated.Yamini felt bad.
Y:Shivangi..you should call her mumma.

Shesha prepared breakfast.Everybody sat for break fast.Shesha served it to Ankush,Yamini and Ritik.
Shesha:Ritik..taste and see how it is.I learnt cooking specially for you.
Ritik tasted it:Good.
Shesha became happy.
Ritik found Shivangi’s plate empty.
Rit:Why have you not served breakfast to Shivangi?
Yamini:Yes.Why are you not serving food to Shivangi.She needs it first as she is a kid.
Shesha thought:I hate to serve food to Shivangi.
Shesha:Because I am going to feed her.So I thought I will serve her separately.
Shesha served breakfast to Shivangi.She started feeding Shivangi.Yamini and Ankush smiled.
Ritik remembered Shivanya feeding Shivangi.He became emotional.
Ritik and Ankush left to office.Yamini got a phone call and so she too left.
Shesha stopped feeding her.
Shesha:Now you eat by yourself.
Shivangi looked at Shesha.
Shesha:Why are you looking at me?You thought i will always feed you?I fed you only to show off.
Shivangi:I know.My mumma feeds me with a lot of affection.But when you feed me I did’nt feel anything.
Shesha got angry:You and your mumma.Do you expect your dead mother to come and feed you?Never.Only i will be there to feed you.
Shesha took food in her hand:Eat it.
Shivangi:You yourself had stopped it.Now why do you want to feed me?I too don’t want you to feed me.
Shesha:This much arrogance?I will feed you and you will eat.
Shesha stuffed food in her mouth forcefully.In anger she overfed her like this.Shivangi cried.
Shesha thought:If mummiji hears her cry she will scold me and will complain to Ritik.Ritik too will hate me.
Shesha scared Shivangi:Stop crying.If you cry and make others know it I will hurt you more and more.
The scared Shivangi stopped crying.
Shesha:Come..I will dress you up to go to school.
Shesha made her wear uniform.She combed her hair paining Shivangi.Shivangi suffered pain silently.
After office hours Ritik went to see Shivanya.She embraced him.
Shivanya:Ritik..I was waiting for you.
Ritik:Are you alright?
Shi:Yes.Samrat has provided everything.
Rit:Did you cook anything?
Shi:Yes.
Rit:Then serve me food.I miss your food.I am longing to eat it.
She smiled.
Shivanya served him food.
Rit:You too sit.We will eat together.
She smiled.They ate food together.
