The Episode begins with Dadi scolding Mrinalini for leaving without informing her. Mrinalini explains that she had informed Anjana about returning late and questions why Tanuja and Bipasha are not held to the same standard. Bipasha, irritated, asks why Mrinalini is so concerned about her. Mrinalini clarifies that she simply wants to know if house rules apply equally to everyone. Dadi insists that when they were newlyweds, everyone followed the same rules. Jhanak intervenes, calling everyone to eat. Mrinalini remarks that despite not being a part of the family, Jhanak still cares for them.
Bipasha notices several shopping bags and questions Mrinalini about them. Mrinalini asks if she has an issue with it. Bipasha expresses surprise, considering Choton’s earnings. Mrinalini gifts an outfit for the
Mrinalini presents a saree to Tanuja, who accepts it despite insisting it was unnecessary. She also gifts outfits to all the men in the house, as well as Mimi and Rumi. Dadi acknowledges her mistake in scolding Mrinalini and expresses regret. Mrinalini urges Dadi to always trust her. She then surprises Bipasha with a saree, noting her preference for them. Bipasha, touched, thanks her.
Turning to Jhanak, Mrinalini hands her a gift and asks her to open it. Jhanak is delighted with the beautiful outfit and expresses gratitude. Mrinalini, aware of Jhanak’s limited wardrobe, gives her another outfit. Jhanak becomes emotional, promising never to forget her. Choton discourages Jhanak from talking about leaving, while Mrinalini urges her to inform them before she does. She considers Jhanak like a daughter and is willing to do anything for her. Overwhelmed, Jhanak hugs Mrinalini and Choton. Mrinalini also gifts an outfit to Arshi.
Later, Bipasha receives a call from an unknown number. She responds harshly, warning the caller that she will report them to the police before disconnecting. Lal arrives and asks what happened. She dismisses it as a wrong number but admits the caller was bothering her and her mother. When Lal reveals he received a similar call, she advises him to block the number and avoid unknown calls.
Jhanak witnesses their exchange. Lal questions Bipasha about the caller’s interaction with her mother. Bipasha suspects a scammer and assures him that she can protect herself. When they notice Jhanak, Lal accuses her of eavesdropping. Jhanak denies it, saying she was only bringing their clothes.
Meanwhile, Appu asks Anuradha to pick a saree for her to wear for Holi. Anuradha urges her to get ready, but Appu insists that Anuradha and Jhimli should also prepare. Anuradha initially refuses to attend, but Kajol persuades her by reminding her that Appu will be singing. Lalon convinces Anuradha, mentioning his new job starting the next day. Appu, reluctant to go alone, is assured by Jhimli’s company. Lalon insists Appu must learn independence.
Bipasha accuses Jhanak of leaking their numbers. Jhanak firmly denies it, asking why she would do such a thing. Lal demands the truth, but Jhanak remains resolute. Bipasha vows to prove Jhanak’s connection to the blackmailer, to which Jhanak challenges her to provide evidence first. She advises Bipasha to lodge a police complaint rather than making baseless allegations.

She was simply using her child to trap Anirudh and keep Jhanak away. I wonder why makers didn't kill that character. She and her mother deserve each other. So evil and stupid.
