The Episode starts with Vihaan bringing Anirudh home, leaving Jhanak shocked at his presence. She quickly veils her face to avoid being recognized. Mahek notices Jhanak trembling and questions her, but Jhanak dismisses her concern, saying she is fine. Anirudh greets Ketki and takes her blessings. Ketki expresses her happiness that Anirudh could attend Vihaan’s wife’s muh dikhai ceremony and asks about his wife. Vihaan explains that Anirudh’s wife is pregnant and resting. Vihaan insists Anirudh meet his wife, prompting him to ask Mahek to bring her.
Jhanak tells Mahek to say she is busy. However, Prachi encourages Jhanak to meet Vihaan’s friend. Reluctantly, Mahek brings Jhanak to Anirudh, who begins sensing her presence. Vihaan then takes Anirudh inside. Appu and Meenu escort Anjana downstairs, who becomes emotional seeing the decorations. She thanks Lalon for remembering her birthday and giving her a bouquet, saying it is more than enough. Mimi downplays the celebration, saying birthdays are common in the family. Lalon asks Laal if he prepared anything special for Anjana, but Laal responds bitterly, stating that loved ones have grown distant. Meenu urges Laal not to spoil the mood. Amitabh blesses Anjana and gives her some money he saved, but she modestly says it isn’t necessary. Anjana expresses gratitude for being part of the family and assures him she won’t leave. Dadi gifts her a necklace, and Lalon captures the moment with a photograph.
Anjana shares that she never imagined experiencing such happiness. Bablu recounts how Anjana prioritized the family over her desires, while Dadi insists she deserves the necklace as a token of appreciation. Jhanak tells Vihaan she had been waiting for him. Vihaan apologizes for arriving late, explaining that he didn’t want her to feel uncomfortable. He offers to sleep on the sofa and insists she take the bed. Jhanak argues she’ll sleep on the sofa instead. Vihaan insists she is a guest and deserves comfort. He acknowledges that she hasn’t been treated well and promises to send her to a safe place once everything is resolved.
Appu suggests cutting the cake, but Dadi reminds Anjana to seek Bablu’s blessings first. Anjana complies and is joined by Arshi, who wishes her a happy birthday. Anjana asks if Anirudh contacted her, and Arshi confirms, assuring her that she is fine. Bipasha criticizes Arshi’s presence at the party, suggesting she could have received photos and videos instead. Arshi defends herself, saying she has attended every celebration and refuses to miss Anjana’s birthday. Meenu urges Anjana to cut the cake, and the family celebrates together.
Choton praises Anjana’s sacrifices for the family, but she downplays them, stating it is her duty. Lalon acknowledges Meenu’s help in preparing Anjana but criticizes Bipasha for her lack of contribution. Bipasha protests, stating she shouldn’t be blamed for others’ mistakes. The conversation escalates as Lalon accuses Laal and Bipasha of neglecting their responsibilities. Anuradha attempts to mediate, but Lalon insists on addressing the issue, while Bipasha retaliates, attributing Tanuja’s struggles to Shubh’s errors. Jhanak asks Vihaan if anyone else knows the truth. Vihaan reassures her that only Akshar and his wife are aware of it.
