The Episode starts with Debashish saying Shrishti lied and left Brij, he thought she will come back, Urvashi knew this won’t happen, she respected Brij a lot, she started taking care of Jhanak, Kul entered the story, Shrishti and Kul made the plan to remove Brij from their way, Brij got saved because of his doctor friend, who kept him in an ashram, Urvashi and Brij had an emotional relationship, but she couldn’t different between real and fake Brij, she asked fake Brij to take Jhanak’s responsibility, he insulted her, but she never told his truth to anyone, she didn’t want Shrishti’s family to break, one day, she ended her life, she left a weapon in Jhanak’s hands, and its still there, I would like Anirudh to come to the witness box. Shubh says Debashish is making stories, but I have proof,
Anirudh says yes. Debashish asks can you give it to the court. Anirudh says of course. He gives the letter. Debashish says I want to ask some questions. He questions Anirudh. The judge says court takes decision on the basis of proof and witness, this letter won’t be accepted. Shubh thanks him. Anirudh holds Jhanak’s hand. Debashish says real Brijbhushan, Jhanak’s father. Shubh says let the judge decide who is real and who is fake. Debashish asks do you have any document ti prove Shrishti’s pregnancy. Brij says yes, I have it, I have records of the nursing home where Jhanak was born. He gives the documents. Debashish thanks him. He says it’s a imp document, Shrishti has given birth to Jhanak in the nursing home, I would like to call the doctor who was incharge of the nursing home that time. He calls the Dr. Ranbir Solanki. Dr. Ranbir comes. Debashish asks is this your signature. Doctor says yes. Shubh asks can you say you had treated Shrishti in the hospital. Doctor says yes, Shrishti Raina. Debashish says Shrishti was married to Vinayak that time, even then she didn’t write her surname Mukherjee in this document, she used her old name, Shrishti Raina.
The judge asks where do you work now. Doctor says same nursing home. The judge asks do you have document to prove that Shrishti was admitted in that nursing home. Doctor says yes, I got this file, I have the proof, this admission form has Brij’s signatures and receipt of discharge. Shubh says this doesn’t prove anything. Debashish says fine, we will believe that Kul signed these papers, it means Kul has to take Jhanak’s responsibility, if he agrees now then tell me why didn’t he take her responsibility before.
