The Episode starts with Arshi blaming Jhanak for taking away her happiness. Jhanak responds that she actually gave Arshi a reason to smile, and it’s up to Arshi to maintain it. She insists she hasn’t taken anything from her and adds that everything she’s doing is for Arshi, Anirudh, and the baby. She urges Anirudh to speak with the doctor. However, Anirudh tells Arshi that Jhanak is merely assuming things and reminds Jhanak that they can’t accuse anyone without proof.
Jhanak pleads with Anirudh to consider her suspicions regarding Nurse Sunita and Sarita’s husband, emphasizing that time is crucial. She insists that he should do it for his child. Choton agrees with Jhanak, saying they shouldn’t overlook the matter. Jhanak suggests checking Arshi’s delivery records with the doctor. Mrinalini
Kul Bhushan calls Shrishti, but she tells him she’s in the middle of a crisis and can’t talk. When he asks what’s wrong, she explains that Arshi’s child is missing and suspects Jhanak’s involvement. She admits that all her attempts to manipulate Jhanak have failed. Kul Bhushan suggests kidnapping Jhanak to interrogate her about the baby. Shrishti hesitates, saying she needs time to think, but he insists on moving forward with his plan. He then hands Jhanak’s photo to a goon, Babu, instructing him to keep a close watch on her.
Anirudh questions the doctor about why Arshi’s family wasn’t informed about her delivery. The doctor states that she had instructed Nurse Sunita to do so. She then calls Nurse Sunita, who arrives and falsely claims that she informed Jhanak about the birth. She even accuses Jhanak of trying to steal another patient’s, Sarita’s, child.
Anirudh then inquires about the baby’s condition at birth. The doctor explains that she had directed Nurse Sunita to place the child in an incubator and that the baby should have stabilized within minutes. She admits she never expected the baby to die. Mrinalini demands a recording of Arshi’s delivery. Anirudh insists on obtaining both the full delivery footage and a picture of the baby. When the doctor asks Nurse Sunita about the recording, she hesitantly says she needs to check.
Meanwhile, Rimi tells Mimi that Jhanak is responsible for Arshi’s missing child. Mimi is shocked and questions how that’s possible, reminding Rimi that Jhanak deeply cares for Arshi and would never do such a thing. Rimi mocks Mimi for defending Jhanak, but Mimi warns her not to be easily influenced by others.
Elsewhere, Appu asks Jhimli to accompany her to meet Mrinalini and Anirudh. Jhimli refuses, saying she doesn’t want to step outside. Kajol and Anuradha try to convince her, but Jhimli insists she can’t face anyone. Anuradha urges her to leave the past behind and move forward. Appu reassures Jhimli that no one will say anything to her. Kajol adds that Appu will protect her. After some hesitation, Jhimli agrees. Anuradha then asks whether they’ll be able to get any money. Kajol explains that it won’t be easy, pointing out that Anindo’s family is deceitful, but she is confident Lalon will manage to secure the money. With that, Appu and Jhimli leave.
Mrinalini warns that if Nurse Sunita has no recording, it will only confirm Jhanak’s suspicions. Choton orders Nurse Sunita to provide both the recording and the baby’s photo. The doctor agrees, saying that if Nurse Sunita failed to take a picture, then it is indeed her mistake. Nurse Sunita becomes defensive, claiming that no one has ever doubted her before.
Jhanak tells the doctor about the suspicious conversation she overheard between Nurse Sunita and Sarita’s husband. Nurse Sunita, however, insists there is no recording or photograph of Arshi’s baby.
Jhanak demands the doctor take action, accusing Nurse Sunita of deliberately not recording the birth. The doctor, however, refuses to make accusations without solid evidence. Jhanak firmly states that she is certain the baby is alive and that Nurse Sunita sold the child to Sarita’s husband. Anirudh then asks the doctor for Sarita’s husband’s name. She says Omkar. Shrishti criticizes Jhanak, saying she should have been more careful. Jhanak, however, maintains that she has already shared everything she knows.
