The Episode starts with Shivangi saying I don’t want your money and pity, but just help. Ayaan says I like your esteem, I will talk to a financer, he will invest the money if he likes the pitch. She thanks him. He says go home and relax, I will fix the meeting. He goes. Its morning, Aai makes sheera for Shivangi. She blesses Shviangi to succeed. Mangya comes home and says Ayaan has sent me to pick you, are you ready. Shivangi says Aai, he is Ayaan’s friend. He eats the sheera and says its very nice. Aai says Shivangi called you Dada, you come home in evening for Shivangi’s birthday party. Mangya says she didn’t tell me. Shivangi says birthday comes always. Ira gets ready. Ayaan says this is good. She says no, I will change. He calls her cute. He calls Shivangi. He wishes her all the best.

She thanks him. Shivangi meets the financer. He says AG told me about you. He holds her. She tells about her business plan. He says wait, its time for me to go to the club, you come with me, we will talk there, my room is always booked there, come on. She says no, I didn’t come to have drinks with you, but to tell about my business plan. He says meetings happen over drinks. Everyone gets Shivangi to the surprise birthday party. Shivangi lies to Aai and Raju. Ayaan comes and wishes Shivangi. She smiles seeing the teddy bear. Ira argues with the lady. She says I have an appointment with Roy Sir. The lady says I can’t allow you without AG Sir. Ira calls Ayaan. Shivangi cuts the cake.

She feeds the cake to everyone. Ayaan asks about Shivangi’s meeting. She says I will come. He stops her. He asks all okay, did anything happen. Mangya asks her to come and dance. Ayaan asks her to say. She cries and says I can’t say anything. He asks what happened. She tells him about the financer. Ayaan gets angry and says I will not leave him, how dare he. She asks will you fight the entire world, its my mistake, I was thinking too big, I forgot a person shouldn’t dream big. Ayaan stops her. He says I m really proud of you, not everyone can do this, everyone compromises with their self respect and moral values, its an easy way, you have chosen a difficult way, you are brave, your birthday gift is still left. He gives her a gift. She says but you already gave it. He says I thought I will give this when you crack the business deal, but you are a winner, have it. She sees the chain and says I can’t take it, its costly. He asks are you mad, it’s a gift. He makes her wear the chain.
