Akanksha says to say it clearly her bathroom is bigger than his office, Ranay comes informing there has been an accident in one of their construction sites, in which two laborers’ have died while three are seriously injured.
Sometime earlier Manav enters the office when Khushal jee asks him to come with him since it is really urgent, Khushal jee takes him to the office of Chokse jee when Khushal jee explains that they all know that Manav is a really nice person but life has not been fair to him in the past few but he is really hard working, when Chokse sir replies that he doesnot want someone who is nice but instead desires to have a person who is hard working, Manav stops Khushal je revealing that he knows he was not punctual in the past few days and it was only because he was trying to be a nice
Akanksha is sitting with Karan in her office, when he praises to her about it lavishness, Ranay comes asking if there is a problem with her cabin since it belongs to Vibhav sir, Akanksha says she was feeling like it so came to his office but Ranay must not enter the cabin until he is called, he doesnot move but after some minutes she says she meant he can leave now, Karan is impressed with her way of talking as it is just like the new brother in law, which if the old one hears about then might get really jealous, she replies they can in form him, she starts calling him but he seeing her name declines it exclaiming how shame less can someone be, she once again calls him, he answers wondering if she might have done something wrong to Yatharth, Akanksha after answering the call assures she is not in his school but in her cabin, which she wanted to show him, Manav replies he is glad since now Akanksha would have found a place to hide her face just like her brother is doing right now, she turns to scold Karan, Manav exclaims he is understanding what Manav meant. Akanksha sitting down reveals even her bathroom is bigger then his office, Manav replies that sometimes those places that are big do not have any value since a persons own will must be bigger, Ranay enters the room but Akanksha gets angry questioning if anyone did not teach him how to knock before entering informing they will call him, Ranay replies he only came to inform her about an accident that occurred on one of their accident sites in which two laborer’s have died meanwhile three are injured.
Manav hearing this calls Khushal jee informing him that there has been an accident in one of the construction sites of Kapoor construction, Khuhshal jee asks who gave him this information but Manav says he will tell him later but for now needs him to find out about the accident, Khushal jee suggests that the approval for the site would have been issued from this office, Manav advises him to hurry up and find everything about it.
Ranay is on the call with someone informing them that they do not know anything about it, he ends the call wondering how does the media know everything even before them, Akanksha is constantly trying to call someone, Ranay says if she is trying to call sir then he has also tried, Akanksha says she is sure this would not have been the first case which Ranay has handled so what should be their next step when Ranay replies the head of the company should personally reach the construction site, Akanksha gets shocked asking how can go to the location in such a hot weather as her skin would get ruined, they will let the PR team handle it, Ranay is not amazed to see her reaction.
Sakshi is walking with Yatharth when he is dancing, she kneels down to tie them when Ekta and Neha start gossiping how Sakshi is acting as the mother of Yatharth, they both say how even Manav would be considering her like a wife, Sakshi feels tensed hearing this, they both also say that this technique was used in the old times when a teacher would give full marks to the student whom she is close with, Yatharth rushes to them questioning if they have any problem since Sakshi came to their house on his invitation, Ekta and Neha reply that she said she has come for a few days and it doesnot seem nice since she is not their relative, Yatharth brings a stone and hits it at their window which breaks, Ekta gets angry and is about to slap him, Sakshi stops her warning she should not even dare, they can ask her anything which they desire, they are also parents so are they not ashamed to talk like this in such a manner, she leaves with him.
Manav is sitting with Khuhshal jee who explains that some people in the office also work for Vibhav Kapoor so it is better they talk in secret, he reveals that the accident happened on the Indore highway site, a lift came crashing down on the workers, and in the injured is also a baby.
Sakshi’s mother in law advises yatho that they should not be so angry with someone and there is no need to stop eating, she gives him the bites which he eats, Sakshi explains that she is going to take him to her house where he will apologize, Yatho replies he is going to break the other window if he meets her.
Khushal jee hands Manav the file when he is shocked to see that the approval was not given, Khuhshal jee explains that this all happens because of Chokse sir, he reveals that whenever there is a new project, Chokse sir makes the most money, Nariyan jee comes saying Chokse sir is calling him, Khushal jee turns to leave when Manav stops him.
Chokse sir is really tensed when Khushal jee and Manav reach his office, they say that he seems really tensed but Chokse sir replies that he is alright and there is nothing wrong with him, Manav explains that he feels Chokse sir should take a medical leave because if he gets involved in this case then an inquiry would be created which is going to reveal all of his secrets, Chokse sir questions what can he do now when Manav and Khushal jee suggest that he can sign over the authority of this project to him, he would handle eveyrht6ing meanwhile Chokse sir can go to the hospital because of medical condition. Chokse sir immediately signs over the authority. Manav thinks he is going to show Kapoor construction what it feels to work under the law.
Akanksha is busy shopping when Ranay comes asking if he should get the car ready, Akanksha refuses questioning why is he not handling it by himself, Ranay replies that this matter needs her approval since she is the boss, and the families of the laborer’s are creating immense problem, Akanksha asks him to go and give them all some money since this is what they care about, he can say to the finance department that she gave the orders but Ranay replies Vibhav sir has worked really hard to create this company and he know not anyone can work like him, Akanksha recalls what he said, she agrees to go to the site.
Manav and Khushal jee are helping Chokse sir to the ambulance, they help him get in the van meanwhile Rohit tries to in form Khuhsal jee about the actions of Yatharth but he doesnot listen. Manav and Khushal jee plan to teach them a lesson.
Precap: Akanksha questions how can he make a lady wait for so long, Manav turns when he says this is a really expense rivalry, she thrashes the utensils which angers him, she questions if he has gotten mad when Manav replies ever since the laborer’s died, he got mad and she should either clean it or wait for him his entire life, she starts cleaning while he is looking at her.
