Manav is standing, seeing himself who say that he has been bribed, he wakes up from a dream that exclaims he is a thief, Manav sits up, Akanksha exclaims he has woken up since he was not feeling well yesterday so slept on the sofa, she even did not wake him, he doesnot say anything when she exclaims she is going for shopping with Rhea and will even buy a shirt for him since they have to go at the party of Vibhav Kapoor for the finalization of the bungalow, she leaves wishing him. Manav goes to the bathroom where he tries to wash his face however, he is shocked since it ends up getting covered with black stain, the more he tries to wash it the dirtier it gets, Yatharth coming from behind requests if they both can go to the big cricket ground since he also wants to learn how his father hits a sixer. Manav after getting dressed takes out the money from the wardrobe, he leaves the house.
Vibhav Kapoor is in the office when Ranay comes to him with a lot of gifts, Vibhav asks what is going on, Ranay exclaims that secret Santa is going on the office and these are all the gifts for him, Vibhav sees that the girls have sent these gifts, Ranay asks where should he place these gifts, Vibhav asks him to go and place these gifts anywhere he likes, he asks what should he do for his Kamna, he is eager to wait for her, when Vibhav asks Ranay if he has become the secret Santa for anyone, but seeing him exclaims he doesnot think, Vibhav starts singing the song which relates to Christmas, however Ranay is not moved, Vibhav sends him away then calling his secretary order her to find the contact of the best diamond dealer in the city.
Akanksha is having a snack with Rhea, she exclaims she just prays the deal gets finalized, Rhea asks that it has gotten finalized when Akanksha mentions she thought of taking good photos after getting the key, she also desires Manav looks good, Rhea asks Akanksha how did she manage the money so Aansh said the home loan of Manav got rejected, Akanksha thinks how he took the bribe but replies he can do anything for her so would arrange the money. they both eat the snack.
Manav is standing against his car when he sees the person, Manav stops him, he questions if Manav needs to buy anything from the market so he will take him to the best they have, Manav asks where is the bag which he usually carries, the person takes it out when Manav places the money in it, he exclaims they can give some more money if he thinks this is not enough but Manav replies he only has his honesty, the person is worried saying everything would be ruined however Manav assures that no one would touch their shops for the next three weeks since he gave his word, the person asks him to come as they have some gifts for him, Manav exclaims he will buy them from his own money, he goes for Christmas shopping from his own money, even the shopkeepers are joyed.
Akanksha in the night asks Manav if he has returned the money, she is worried if she has made a mistake, but Manav says that he has returned the processing fees which he took from the market. Akanksha sits down exclaiming what has he done, Manav says Akanksha has lived with him for long even then she just constantly demanded the bungalow, ever since he brought that money into the house he was not able to breathe for a single moment, Manav explains his parents died a long time ago, he was forced to live the life by himself but he never asked anyone for help and the day he got this job is when he assured he would always work honestly, Manav turns to leave, Akanksha stands up exclaiming she should never have trusted Manav because he never had that in him, she thought he would go to Vibhav Kapoor and take ownership of the bungalow, but he did not even think of asking her, Manav replies he did not ask her before taking the money, Akanksha replies she thought he had gotten some sense but he is just the same minimizer, Manav in anger tries to stop him, Akanksha starts saying that he is just the same person who doesnot have any worry for him.
Manav mentions he needs to be able to talk with his son after looking at him in the eye but what would happen if he finds out that his father has taken a bribe, Akanksha questions what would his son when he questions Manav about why is his junior colleagues children study in the private schools, but he is forced to study in the government schools, Yatharth and Vinay are standing when Vinay exclaims even his parents are fighting like his parents.
Manav and Akanksha get in a fight so she leaves exclaiming if he is not able to take care of her then should throw her and Yatharth from the top of a building. She goes inside the room. Manav hears the doorbell, he is shocked to see Vinay and Yatharth standing.
Akanksha in her room exclaims she is really angry with Manav since he always tends to show her a lot of dreams but then breaks them with his own hands, she really hates him.
Vibhav is in the office when one of his employee mentions that the construction site has some problems in the design when Vibhav says that the design is really beautiful, Vibhav texts Akanksha mentioning that everything is ready, she however texts him saying that something has come up so they would not be able to come to the party, Vibhav slaps the table ordering Ranay to cancel everything since their guests are not coming, Ranay asks what would he do about the gift, Vibhav assures that he would sent it to his Kamna no matter what.
Manav is sitting with Yatharth and Vinay who exclaims that when his parents would fight the entire colony would hear it, just like that they were able to hear them both fighting, Vinay asks if he can take Yatharth but Manav sends him away, the mother and sister of Akanksha come, she seeing the condition of Yatharth asks Manav to come, she questions if this is because of that bungalow, Manav requests her to take Yatho with her for some time, he leaves with her. Manav standing on the door says to Akanksha that there will be a way to get the money and for which he will not have to take a bribe.
Manav is driving the car with Aansh who exclaims it is not an easy task to arrange 1.5 million in one day, Manav says this is his city so he would know about a way but Aansh exclaims there is just one way but is so dangerous that he has never even thought of suggesting it to anyone.
Akanksha calls Rhea asking if she would go out with her, Rhea questions if she is not going with Manav, Akanksha however asks her to not even take the name of that person, she says she is going to come to her house but then there is a door bell, the delivery boy exclaims he has brought this parcel for Akanksha, she inquires about the name but he says he doesnot know however there is something written behind the invitation, she sees that it is a secret Santa.
Precap: Akanksha is walking on the ramp with immense courage, Vibhav is standing when Ranay exclaims, he always does what he plans. Manav disguised as Santa asks what the child desire , Yatharth replies he doesnot want any gift but his parents should go back to how they were.
