The Episode starts with Grihapati praying to Mahadev. Devraj Indra attacks him and says your death is sure. He attacks him with his vajra, but Mahadev appears infront of Grihapati and protects him. Devraj Indra apologizes to Mahadev for trying to distract Grihapati from his devotion. Grihapati thanks Mahadev. Mahadev says you are my Swaroop and praises him for his devotion. He says this Shivling will be called as Agneshwarling. He gives him a boon and says everyone will do your puja. Maruti likes the story. Anjani asks what did you learn from this katha. Maruti says test is necessary in life. One shall have devotion and shall not be afraid of the troubles, shall trust own capabilities. Anjani gets happy. Narad muni tells that Anjani is telling Rudra avatar stories of Mahadev, then Maruti

will become hanuman. Anjani tells Maruti about Ahuk who used to stay with his wife in the hut and they used to present the food and fruits to the guests whoever arrives at their hut. Some Rishis come to his house, but gets angry and curses him that no Rishi will step into his house. But Ahuk and his wife was an ardent devotee of Mahadev and continued to pray to Mahadev.

One day Mahadev goes to their house to test their hospitality as a sage. They do Mahadev’s aarti and asks him to have food. Mahadev says a rishi told me that big trouble will come on me and it will become the reason for my end. He asks them to promise that if the trouble is coming his way then they shall stand infront of that trouble, and then only he will have food at their hut. Atuk and his wife agree to him and think that this Rishi haven’t told them any bad words. A tiger comes there. Ahuk thinks surely this tiger is the trouble and holds the sharp weapon. Ahuk’s wife prays to God to save her husband. Mahadev hears her. Tiger attacks Ahuk and kills him. Ahuk’s wife comes out and finds him dead. She feels proud to be called as his widow and makes the arrangements for his cremation. She lights the fire to the pyre and thinks she can’t leave without him. She is about to jump on the pyre, when the cremation fire is gone. Ahuk gets up alive and his wife hugs him. Mahadev gives them darshan, tells that they have passed in his test and gives them a boon that they will be born as Raja Dayanand and his wife as Rani Damiyanti. He says I will unite you in hans avatar.

Anjani asks Maruti to tell what he learnt today. Maruti says if devotion is truthful then God’s blessings will be bestowed on him. Anjani tells that she will tell him next katha tomorrow. Maruti asks her to tell about next day katha. Anjani asks him to have patience. She sees Mahadev and says I was thinking of Rishi Durvasa’s katha. Maruti asks her to tell. Anjani says she will tell tomorrow. Maruti says he will wait for the sunrise. Devi Parvati says Maruti is curious to know. Mahadev says Maruti is going ahead towards hanuman avatar. This will make him Ram’s supporter. Devi Parvati says these stories are heard by Gods and Goddesses.
