KAHI UNKAHI – Episode 9

Sonakshi enters the hospital next day…
Eyes red as if she didn’t slept whole night or was crying even in sleep….and as she enters…. she encounters the one who have a slight hand In her tears…

Dev: Gud morning…Dr. Bose….
He was apologetic…he was angry on her…but his anger will turn out in this manner…he didn’t thought…
Sonakshi: I you free after your duties….
Dev: hmmm….yah !
Sonakshi: I want your some time…

She startes leaving and their he collects himself…to say a sorry…
Dev: Sonakshi….I am sorry for yesterday…I didn’t mean that…
She listens to him and walks away…without any answer…till he interrupts her small weak footsteps…
Dev: who was she….i mean your relation with her…
Sonakshi: you will get all your answers this evening…

Its evening by now…whole day they were busy in their works…and whenever they encountered he smiled at her…and she left without any reply…
He was waiting for her outside the hospital…
And finally she called him…but he was expecting her coming out of the hospital and walking to him…it was a different number…the number she had as hospital stuff and thus dev had that number saved in his phone
Dev: Hello…Dr. Bose….where are you…I am waiting outside the hospital…
Sonakshi: come to café coffee day…I will be there…

before he could ask and tell her anything she disconnected….not in any mood to entertain him…

Dev reaches the café she was standing outside….
Dev: so I am here…tell me….
Sonakshi walks from the café and with facial expression ask him to follow….they reach the same traffic signal…
Dev: we are here!!…..you know…I met a girl here….sona ….tiffin-wali…
And he had a smile on his face when he recalled all those things but she cried….

That small girl ran to them and hugged sonakshi…calling her sona di….dev was shocked with the new changes…he holded a pole near to him…while sona sat on her knees to talk to that girl…..the small girl greeted dev as well….but he wasn’t in any state…Sonakshi looked at him and stood up….small girl ran back to her place….

Sonakshi: this is the answer to all your question…when you called me yesterday…I was to tell you everything…that very moment…but….just couldn’t…
Dev: tum sona ho….sonakshi…sona….
Dev smiled…and he was happy to know…
Dev: although you are different from my imaginations of sona…but….i am happy to know…..then…who is srishti….
Sonakshi: srishti is one of them…those poor people…
Dev: you are doing a good job….
Sonakshi: I am a ugly doctor….
Dev hugged her tightly…to feel her pain and tell her he is sorry…for misunderstanding her…
Dev: no you are not….you are most beautiful doctor….most beautiful human on land….
They broke up the hug….suddenly realizing they are at traffic signal….
Dev: so coffee….?
Sonakshi: I m not in mood….some other day…..
Dev: sonakshi……

Radharani was buying vegges near buy and she saw dev but couldn’t see sonakshi with him…
Radharani: dev….
Dev turns to see who it is…and sonakshi also peeps…from his shoulders…
Dev:mamiji….
And it began to rain…
Radharani: hayye hayye !!!….yeh bearish kahan se aa gyi…tu gaadi laya hai ?….mujhe ghar tak chodd de…
Dev:hmmm….mamiji ek sec….
Dev turns to look at sonakshi….and that was the time radharani notices her
Dev: its raining…come I will drop
Sonakshi:thanks….but I will manage….
Dev: I am not gng to listen to you…you are coming and that’s final…
Dev holds her hand and three of them move to the car….Radharani was shocked….muu itna bda khula thi ki makkhi nhi dinosaur ghush sakta tha….bus bach gyi …!!

Dev opened the door of front seat for sona but mamiji….sat on it…and sona without any explaination sat in behind….dev at driver’s seat…he moved the backview mirrors to look at sonakshi….while Radharani was trying to configure…who they are to each other…The journey passed in eye contacts and awkwardness of radharani…It was Sonakshi who reached her house first…she came out of the car…and moved away without good bye or anything…dev excused himself from radharani…and ran to her…he holds her hand from behind…to stop her…
Dev: tumne koi kami nhi choddi….jitna kar sakti thi usse zada kiya….so don’t be guilty…
Sonakshi smiled at his pleasant words….and tears vanished there
Radharani looked them from the car’s window…tried to figure…what it is between them..

As Radharani reached home…she rang to Ishwari..
Radharani: Jiji ! kaisi hain aap…
Ishwari:mein thik hun bhabhi aap btaye….
Radharani:aaj dev mila tha…
Ishwari:acha….
Radharani: kissi ladki ke saath tha…aap janti hai….?
Ishwari:…….nhi bhabhi……uske saath kam karti hogi…
Radharani: ho sakta hai par….mujhe toh…
Ishwari: bhabhi…….bhaiya kaise hain
Radharani: wo thik hai…..jiji par…dev…
Ishwari: mein aapse baad mein baat karun…

And she disconnected..
Ishwari(in her mind): Dev…mujhe pura bharosa hain apne bete pe…wo kuch bhi galat kar hi nhi sakta…
And then she remembered her telephonic conversation with dev when she heard a girls’ voice and dev said he was sleeping…and then….disconnected…
Ishwari(in her mind): Dev galat nhi ho sakta…par aaj kal ki ladkiyan…..baat karni padegi dev se…

Its morning,
Sonakshi was distributing tiffins to small kids…and then the kids suddenly ran to someone else….when sonakshi tuned to see…it was dev standing with lots of chocolates…and was happy distributing them….Sonakshi smiled at his gesture

Dev: so….gud morning…
Sonakshi: gud morning….mr.tiffin wala…
De and sonakshi laughed at it….
Dev: this place…might be just a traffic signal to normal world but precious to me….
Sonakshi: wo kaise…
Dev: yahan mujhe tum milli….
Sonakshi just lost the grip on the tiffins she was holding….
They both sat on their knees to collect them ….
Dev: I mean…tumse mila mein…..aur….
Dev(in his mind): aur kya dev….yeh sona hai….jisse milne ke liye mein pagal ho rha tha…yah sonakshi…jisse mein aas pass bhi nhi dekhna chahta tha….yeh koi aur hain…jisse ab mein januga…ek nayi kahani…humari…..kahani…..dev and sonakshi
