Shravan and Suman r standing on a small bridge…a kind that goes over d lake..there is no one around….d moon is reflected In d water….they both r staring at it…Shravan is having his blazer in his hand…sleeves folded..nd Suman has tied her hair in a bun….some loose strands coming down to her face….her ring.. Earrings nd pendant r shining in d moonlight….

Suman: Oh my god…I never thought that I will marry…..I was so not ready to accept that anyone could be perfect for me…..
Shravan: Me too….but here we r….after all I guess it was written in our destiny….
Suman: We wrote it in our destiny….
She smiles at Shravan who smiles back….
Suman: Hey Shravan… I was thinking that let’s marry in a church…what do u think?
Shravan: Church? And may I ask y so?
Suman: I don’t know…marriages in church always fascinated me from childhood….where d bride dresses like a fairy…covered fully in white…nd she comes wid her father…hand in hand….
Tears start swelling up in Suman’s eyes….as she remembers her father….
She continues: I miss them so much….! I wish they could be here..with me …..could hve watched me as a bride….
Shravan holds her face nd turns it towards him..nd cups it his hand…he holds a tear falling from suman’s face…
Shravan: Hey..don’t waste them…they don’t matter to u..but to me they do….
Ur parents r watching u from up there…even my mom….don’t worry we will marry in a church….anyway I look so hot in black tuxedo….
Suman smiles at this…
Suman: Oh yes u do…!
Shravan: Nd I will get my kiss too….
Suman: Oh..so that’s y u got ready to marry at a church….
Shravan: Yeah u may say so…
Shravan starts laughing… Nd Suman joins him…

Suman: U c how easily u can turn my tears into laughter..that’s y I told…I couldn’t get anyone better than u…..
Shravan: Neither could I….u hve made me like this….u know….I had forgotten to smile…forget making others smile after my mom left me….but u gave me back to me…..nd I m grateful to u for that…..
Suddenly lightning is seen nd thunder is heard….black clouds cover d moon…nd its darkness all around…
Shravan: Oh its going to rain…..any plans of getting romantic in d rain?
Shravan asks Suman naughtily…..
Suman: I don’t like getting wet…I like to sit near my window nd enjoy it by feeling its sound nd scent….
Shravan: I thought that girls like getting wet…nd dancing in rain….
Suman: That’s madness….
It starts raining….
Shravan: So let’s do some madness only….
He holds Suman’s hand….nd pulls her closer….they both r wet….Shravan takes out d clip from suman’s hair nd let’s it fall down….they fall on her face…Shravan touches her face slowly nd softly as he tries to remove d hair from her face….Suman closes her eyes…feeling every touch of his…..their faces come closer and closer…..Suman still has her eyes closed…she feels that Shravan is gonna kiss her….but he just taps her head wid his….nd then whispers in her ears….
Shravan: No kiss till marriage…fiancée….
Suman opens her eyes nd looks at him lovingly…..
Suman: Yes fiancé…
Nd she hugs him…..it feels good to her…when she can rest her head on his chest nd listen to his heart beating….it gives her a sense of comfort when he wraps his arms around her…..she feels that….she can stay in those arms forever…listening to every beat of his…feeling every breath of him….

It has stopped raining…..they r still in each others arms….when finally Suman breaks d hug…..water is dripping from Shravan’s hair….nd his hair is coming down on his forehead….Suman moves her hand through them…..nd says
Suman: Now c d condition of ur hair which u speak so much about….
Shravan: Hey hey…don’t touch my hair…..they r perfect as ever….
He moves his fingers through them…nd arranges them back to their place….
Suman: If u r done wid styling ur hair shall we go home….we’ll catch cold….then u won’t be able to marry me….
Shravan: Nd I will not get my kiss….
Suman: U boys…u always think about kissing only….
Shravan makes faces at her….
Shravan: Yaah nd u girls…..u never do all this…huh?
Suman: Leave all this..nd let’s go home….
Shravan: Whose…ur’s or mine?
He asks playfully….
Suman: We both will go to our own respective houses…
She hits him….
They both go to their houses….nd r standing near their windows..its raining once again….Suman takes out her hand from d window..nd lets d raindrops fall on them….meanwhile…Shravan closes his eyes nd tries to just feel d rain…its sound nd scent….just like Suman likes it….

Shravan calls Suman as he was longing to hear her voice…though it only had been a few hours….he calls her..Suman picks d phone after a few rings….
Suman: Hello my future husband…..
Shravan: Hello Wifey….!
Suman: So y did u call?
Shravan: What do u mean by y did u call….I can call u whenever I want….without a reason…without a need….I wanted to hear ur voice so I called u….
Suman: Ohh….so I now u hve heard my voice so shall I keep d phone…?
Shravan says angrily….: U don’t want to talk to me huh…. Ok ur wish..
He says so nd cut d phone….
Suman: This man is so touchy….!
She says so nd calls him….he picks d phone …but doesn’t say anything….
Suman: Shravan….I was just playing around wid u….y do get upset on such small small things….
Shravan still doesn’t reply….
Suman: Shravan….
Shravan: R u done or u want to say anything else..shall I keep d phone…
Suman says angrily: Yaah keep it..if u r in no mood to talk to me…
Shravan: C …now u know how I felt….y I got upset…now u r doing d same thing….
Suman: Ok ok I get it…I m sorry… Let us change d topic…when r we marrying?
Shravan: Next week…
Suman: Y so early…?
Shravan: How much more do u wanna make me wait…I hve waited enough…now I want to make u mine forever as soon as possible….nd after next week…I hve my cases….even Rohit’s…I guess u remember….

Suman: Ok…. So next week…we marry in a church…but plz …we will keep it simple..no crowd…we cannot do it a in a typical way….coz there would be no bridesmaid for me…no father to walk wid….no friends…. So it’s better we just go there…exchange vows in d presence of d priest..nd get married…what do u think?
Shravan: Yaah…I don’t care abt how we r getting married…I m just happy that it is u that I m getting married to….
Suman: OK then..next week…by d way…do u hve any recent clue abt d whereabouts of Rohit…?
Shravan: I guess…he got bail..after that incident..but don’t worry…he will hve to appear for d next hearing…then I will win d case…nd he will be hanged….
Suman: Hmm….I don’t know y…I feel uneasy..thinking about him…anyway u take care…since he is out on a bail…I m quite worried for u….
Shravan: Don’t worry my love….I m safe till u r wid me….
