The Episode starts with Virat telling Amruta that Manvi’s baby is not his. Virat then teases Amruta for giving hints to Abhir. Amruta denies it, saying she is not giving any hints and that she is a simple girl who will love only one person for life. She then makes a comment about Virat. Amruta tells Virat she will send him the doctor’s contact information, and Virat agrees.
The next day, Virat takes Manvi to the hospital. Manvi is shocked to see that her usual doctor is not there and asks about Dr. Sharma. The doctor informs her that Dr. Sharma is on a trip and that he is handling all of Dr. Sharma’s patients. Manvi insists on leaving, saying she is not comfortable with any other doctor. She tries to leave with Virat, but he stops her, telling her to go through with the checkup
Abhir notices Amruta lost in thought and asks her what she is thinking about. Amruta absentmindedly says “clinic,” then realizes she slipped and quickly says it’s nothing before leaving.
The doctor shows Virat the baby’s scan and tells him the baby is healthy. Virat is shocked and leaves the doctor’s cabin, wondering how Manvi could be pregnant when they were never intimate.
Babita approaches Virat, pleading with him to recall his memory and come back to her. She assures him she has accepted Amruta and promises not to separate them. Manvi arrives and demands that Ranvir tell Babita to get out of her sight. Virat asks Babita to leave. Manvi intentionally trips Babita, but Amruta catches her. Amruta demands that Manvi apologize, and Virat also asks Manvi to say sorry. Hearing this, Manvi apologizes to Babita before leaving with Virat. Babita pleads with Amruta to bring Virat back, and Amruta agrees.
Virat enters Manvi’s room and notices her phone ringing. He takes a picture of the screen. Manvi catches him and asks what he is doing. Virat pretends to feel dizzy and falls on her.
Manvi takes care of Virat. Amruta calls Virat, and Manvi offers to check who is calling. She accidentally answers the call, but Virat distracts her by flirting and confessing his love. Amruta cuts the call and makes a comment about Virat.
Abhir apologizes to Amruta for hurting her, and she forgives him. Bhavani arrives and informs Abhir that Mandira is calling him. Abhir leaves.
After Manvi leaves, Virat tries calling Amruta, but she does not answer. Mandira asks a priest to find a good match for Abhir. Abhir declares he will marry only Amruta. Mandira criticizes him for ruining his life over Amruta, calling her a bad omen like Bhavani. Amruta defends Bhavani, saying she is proud of her and will not tolerate anyone insulting her.
