Three of them, were heading back from the war practice camp towards the dining hall. Yuvraj Pradyumna and Rajkumar Abhimanyu were speaking something regarding the vyuhas… Even though Kamala has interest in warfare, she felt irritating about her brother. She remembered her father’s words “Ask him to go forward..”
She was about to tell him, but her brother intruded her… “Rajkumari Kamalanayani… This time you have won over me… Just wait, I will have lunch and then, I will win over you…”. Kamala pranked at him that, “Really my dear brother… But this morning, I saw you having breakfast… Did you forget that you ate in the morning…You ate 6 Laddus and especially one from Rajkumar Abhimanyu’s plate… You follow Pithashree – stealing eatables…” Three of them laughed…
They were somewhat close to the palace hall. Kamala felt she has less time and had no choice… Her conversation with Rajkumar Abhimanyu went like this…
Kamala: “Rajkumar Abhimanyu…” with little nervousness.
Abhimanyu: “Yes, Rajkumari..”
Kamala: “I want to tell an important thing to you…” and gasped.
Abhimanyu: “To me… And what is that ?”
They paused their walking… She saw her brother with them..
Kamala: “Jyest, you please go and have lunch… We will join you..”
Yuvraj Pradyumna was about to go… But Rajkumar Abhimanyu got hold of him…
Abhimanyu: “No problem.. He will be here only… If you have to say anything you have to say infront of him…”
Kamala had no choice but was not ready to give up this chance..
Kamala: “It is a fact regarding my… future. Actually, I have told my Pithashree about this and he agreed…. He was planning for my Swayamvara, but… I declined that…”
Pradyumna & Abhimanyu: “You declined the Swayamvara…?? But for what…”
Kamala: “Actually, it is the thing I wanted to tell you…”
Abhimanyu: “If a princess declines Swayamvara, then it means she wants to marry someone in precise… So, sorry to ask this question but Do you love someone…”
Kamala: “Yeah… I was wondering how to say but you got it…”
Pradyumna: “Lucky prince….”
Abhimanyu: “Who is he ? Which kingdom he is ruling ? I will make your vivah happen with him..”
Kamala: “Actually, Pithashree had no objection in that… But…”

Both Pradyumna and Abhimanyu were shocked…

Kamala did not expect such thing and was simply in shock..

Kamala: “I am the Yuvrani (crown-princess) of Dvaraka… and the Jyest-putri of Lord Shri Vasudev Krishna and Maharani Satyabhama… My name is Rajkumari Kamalanayani who was born from a divine Lotus… Rajkumar, please be calm.. I love you not because that both of us are from royal family or you are my cousin… Just because right from my childhood, I dreamt of a valorous husband… And I found you are that…”
Abhimanyu: “So you think you are divine yourself… So be it… Let me cut-off your Ahankar… What do you think you are qualified to have me as your husband…??”
Kamala: “Now, who is speaking in Ahankar… I am a trained warrior too… I may not be too good as you in Archery but in other weapons I am equal to you… I may be a girl but when I pick up my weapon, I don’t feel so..
Yuvraj Pradyumna tried to pacify them both, but in vain…
Abhimanyu: “So you love me because I am a valorous warrior…If you are stealthy enough to decline your father’s Swayamvara proposal and tell me that you love me because I am a warrior… Then what kind of hope is there that you won’t speak or even think about the same about some other warrior, even after your marriage…”
Kamala felt that he is speaking badly about her chastity and character…
Kamala: “How dare you to speak such a word on me? Do you think I cannot do anything… I would have slayed your tongue for speaking this.. But I am leaving only for Mata Subhadra… If Pithashree knows this… He will punish you the most… How dare you mock at my character… You will repent on this… But, keep in your mind… I challenge that, one day, you will come to me and plead the same as I did to marry you… It will happen if my character and chastity is pure.. ”
She said this and headed back to her room with great anger… She started breaking things in her room.. In the mean time, Yuvraj Pradyumna informed what has happened to Lord Krishna in person… Kamala was furious enough to break all her ornaments and unbraided her hair and lost her make-up… Chandrika was unable to pacify her and she did not know what has happened.
Lord Krishna rushed to her daughter’s room then followed by Yuvraj Pradyumna… He also ordered his son, not to inform it to any of his Matas, else it will become a serious issue..
He reached her room and saw its condition and understood her anger.. When she saw her father coming in, she rushed to him and said “Pithashree… I have made a mistake… Still it is not late… Please arrange for my Swayamvara as soon as possible… “. Lord Krishna asked her to calm down and no decision should be taken in anger…
He then, made her to lie down on his lap and calmed her down… “He said, it’s ok.. I will talk to him and make him understand..” Kamala woke up by saying “What, you are going to speak with him and convince him to marry me.. Now, even if you compel me, I won’t marry him… He mocked at my character…”. “It is the biggest mistake he had done…” said Lord Krishna…
“Ok, as you wish… Leave this issue… You need calmness… You have to concentrate your mind in one thing to achieve it… So, my suggestion is practice Tapasya.. It will help you..forget all these… and then it will make your promise happen…” said Lord Krishna…
“But, won’t it be a problem for you Pithashree… I have attained my age for marriage, but by doing this… won’t it yield a bad name for you Pitashree..” asked Kamala in grief…
“It won’t… I promise you… It won’t… Now, follow my orders, sleep well… You cheer up.. Be yourself.. Prove that those words are fake… I know about my daughter.. and I believe in her…” said Lord Krishna..
“And it is my duty to safeguard your trust and I will Pithashree…” said Kamala.
The next day, Yuvraj Pradyumna said to Rajkumar Abhimanyu that “You could have rejected her love, but speaking bad about her character made her feel furious on you.. You shouldn’t have done that..”. Rajkumar Abhimanyu replied “Yeah, I regret for speaking like that.. I should not have spoken to her in that way… Any girl will get furious if someone mocks at her character… But still I don’t understand why I spoke like that to her.. I must apologize to her..”
But Yuvraj Pradyumna stopped him “If you go near her… Then her anger might be uncontrollable” and explained him what Lord Krishna said last day… “Allow for few more days… Then you apologize directly to her… Just allow her anger to settle down..”
Rajkumar Abhimanyu was feeling guilty and was unable to concentrate in anything…. But at the mean time… Rajkumari Kamalanayani started performing her tapasya towards Mata MahaGauri to give her the best warrior as husband, under a tree surrounded by glass-pieces not fire… Nothing come near her… and She cannot go anywhere… She started feeling comfortable and was concentrated…
Lord Krishna said to Rajkumar Abhimanyu that “Trying to hurt someone, who has not done a mistake… hurts you in return but more than you think…”. Rajkumar Abhimanyu understood the fact in the words..
