Let me continue the main story…
Kamala received a letter, handed over to her by a guard… She read it and the content written in it was as follows:
Dear Rajkumari Kamalanayani, Come to the Vrikshapura of Nandavan of Dvaraka’s Palace, if you really want to see the very big present I have for you… Hope you will find something that you are searching for there…” and the letter ended without the name of the sender…
Kamala went and sat near Mata MahaGauri’s idol in her room… She read it again and understood that there is only one person in whole Dvaraka from whom this letter has come. She got herself dressed up well… Before leaving, she prayed to Mata MahaGauri to shower her blessings, so that everything happens well and touched Mata MahaGauri’s feet… Just as a signal, (sanket) the flowers which decorated Mata MahaGauri’s idol fell on her hands… Kamala was over-whelmed by this and thanked her divine-mother once again…
She reached the Vrikshapura (a part of the Palace Garden which is filled with flower pads and small sized ponds in the middle and covered by large trees…) of the Nandavana of Dvaraka’s Palace…
She did not find anyone there… But she saw something strange there… She went close to it and was very happy to see it… It had two ropes which was decorated by climbers and beautiful fragrant flowers… And the two ropes were joined with a wooden base… It is a beautiful and nature-filled Swing, which was tied from a strong branch of a tree and stood above the fresh-water pond filled with beautiful lotuses…
She felt the environment, very nice, beautiful, nature-filled, cute and lovely… She went close to that swing and touched it but heard some sound and was frightened a little bit… She prayed to her divine mother…
Kamala heard a sweet voice… A sweet music but she saw no one around… She stepped a few steps close near the place from where the voice comes… Then….
Kamala saw a person coming towards her… She stood still… He was well-dressed, gentle and handsome… She could not believe her eyes… She felt like she is lost… She found herself like a statue who has never seen someone like that earlier… That handsome young man, came close to her and kneeled down with one leg and touched her hands…. She felt like her hands were embraced by a soft silk…
He looked into her eyes… She was unable to react, not even blink her eyes… That handsome prince was none another than the Emperor of her heart and the ruler of the kingdom called her love… He was Rajkumar Abhimanyu… She has seen him only in war costume or regular royal costume but this… she had never seen such a charming prince earlier…
He started speaking to Kamala who still was unable to react… He said “For a long time, I wanted to tell you something which I had dumped at the bottom of my heart… But I could not resist more than this… When I searched for myself, I finally found me, but not in me but inside you… I found that my existence does not exist with you… I am still sorry for the mistakes I have done but you are not hurt by it… But a small disturbance to you, hurts me the most… As I found you completely in me… You have proved that I am you and you are me… I don’t understand this relation but I understand that I cannot live without you… Will you complete the sentence called my existence, Kamalanayani ?”… He proposed to her…
Kamala tried pinching herself to ensure that it is not dream and confirmed that it is not… He again asked her “Will you accept me as your love and your husband ???”… She replied “Only the rocks which get hurt turn into statues of God, but the ones which resist to hurt will only be a flooring… I have answer two of your questions…. Accepting you as my love – This has happened a long ago… But I did not accept, but took a firm decision that I do so… But marriage and accepting you as my dharm-pathi will never be my decision…”… This shocked Rajkumar Abhimanyu…
She continued “I cannot say even a word related to your second question… I am nothing without my Pithashree… And parents are the only people who show us the path and only they have the right to approve relations… And as a daughter, without the concern of my Pithashree and Mathashree, nothing will happen… If you really want to marry me, then ask my hand directly from my Pithashree… My heart will be always yours, but my father’s concern is the first and foremost of all…”. She removed her hand from that of his and left…
Rajkumar Abhimanyu could not understand her answers but just got a point that, she still loves him….
Then he came to his mother’s room. He spoke to her personally and expressed his desire and his love… He also explained her the way, she replied when he proposed… Mata Subhadra was happy to know about her reply… She said “She proved that, she is brought up by my brother…”.
He told his mother “Mata, I know… Mamashri has told me that, according to his prediction, there may be a war between Pandavas and Kauravas… Then, in that case, I did not want to land myself inside relations and emotions… But the moment I think of her, the thought called war vanishes from my heart… I find myself incomplete… But I don’t feel that marriage is a good choice now… She has also attained her age for marriage and I just don’t know what to say… She said the true fact that Parents have the right to approve relations… I request you to take a decision…”.
But Mata Subhadra said “My dear son, Even I am happy with your choice… but without your father’s concern I cannot decide anything and this is the decision of your life… So just wait…”
On the other hand, Kamala went directly to her father’s room, she found him surrounded by all her eight mothers(Astabharyas) and found him playing his flute… She waited until he completed… She said “Pithashree, I have an important information to convey to you…” and he replied “What is that ?”.. She explained all that happened to him… Mata Satyabhama hugged her and said “You are my daughter… I am proud of you dear…”. All other mothers also said the same… “She has not taken a good decision but has increased the pride of Yadu vansh…”.
Lord Krishna replied “You made me happy with your act this day… I promise you that your vivaah will happen with him only, as per your wish and the boon you received…”. Kamala smiled and hugged her father… “You know everything Pithashree…” she said…
He also added “I will arrange for your marriage, when the time comes… but before that, we will finish your engagement but after the concern of his parents also..”. Kamala agreed… “Tonight, I will speak to Subhadra and know about her wish… You just wait till that…” he said…
Then, Kamala took leave and came to her room and rejoiced it with Chandrika and Veera… She started dreaming about her wedding…
