Helloooo friends, Smiley is back..Hope you all remember me. Sooo sorry for disappearing all of sudden. Actually I have got typhoidso I was on complete bed rest for two weeks..so couldnt write new episodes. But now I am fine. So here I am with new episode.
A quick summary of the story till now- In this ff, Sanchi and Kabir are engaged. It was an arranged proposal. Except hospital works, they hardly talk about any other things. One day, Sanchi saw a girl in Kabirs cabin. She misunderstands them. Later it is revealed that the girl was Alisha who was kabirs best friend and batchmate. Since, it is last month of their internship, there is going to be a series of test. Due to some reasons, Sanchi couldnt prepare well for the first test leading her to score less in the first test. Kabir called her in his cabin.
Now, here is todays episode..
Sanchi got a call from Kabir to come to his cabin.
Sanchi entered Kabirs cabin.
Kabir- So, Sanchihave you checked your answer sheet??
Sanchi(lowered her head)- hmmm
Kabir got up from his chair, “how can you write such test.you know when Dr. Malhotra asked me to recheck your answer sheet, I was shocked.there were some easy questions.which you havent answeredI am very disappointed with your performance in this test..”
Sanchi- wo.i will try to improve afterwards
Kabir came to her, “havent you prepared for this test??”
Sanchi- I have prepared.. but..
Kabir- also Ms.Fernandes told me that you have taken two leaves this week..??
Sanchi(not finding any way to answer him)- actually..wo.i cant tell you.
Kabir(raising his right eyebrow)- why is this so?
Sanchi gave no answer.
Kabir- by the way.where were you two days back..i have seen you in the mall.
Sanchi looked on shocked.
Sanchi- ..i went there with Kusum maa.
Kabir- what?? Maa bhi naa..
Sanchi- please dont say anything to her..its not her fault.she doesntshe doesnt know about the exam going on.
Kabir(raising his voice a bit)- so leaving behind the test preparations.you were busy in doing shopping.how could you Sanchi.you could have told maa to postpone it..here I am concerned about your studies..but you are acting irresponsible.
Sanchi- but??
Kabir(turning his face away)- thats way I was against this marriage alliancethis marriage always create hurdles in ones career
Sanchi- so being in this relationis a regret for you??
“yes!!!” angered Kabir said in flow.
Sanchi got teary-eyed. But soon Kabir realised what he has said. He turned to her.
Kabir- no.I didnt mean that..
But Sanchi cut off his words, “its not too late Dr. Kabir.you still can free yourself from this forced bond..here I am looking forward to our” She stopped saying.
Before Kabir could say further, she left the cabin wiping the tears on her cheek. Kabir punched his fist on the table.

Isha and Pragya looked at sad Sanchi and came to her.
Pragya- kya hua Sanchi??
Sanchi- Its all my fault..if he doesnt care about this relationthen why should I care about him..dont know why I am getting affected by his words
Isha- Sanchi please calm down..
Sanchi- please guys..i need some alone time right now.
Both Isha and Pragya looked at each other and turned to leave.
But Sanchi back hugged them.
Sanchi- sorry.i didnt mean to hurt you..
Pragya- arre Sanchi.tum hamari dost hohum tumhein jaante hain..toh yeh sorry chodo..
Isha- yaa, we understand you..dont worry take some alone time..we will talk later.
Both left from there.

Next few days, Sanchi got herself busy in duties and her studies. She hardly talk with any other intern except work related. Also she studied during night time.
Both Kabir and Sanchi didnt talk with each other. If by chance they came infront of each other, they just ignored each other and left for their respective paths.
In the next exam, Sanchi performed really well and topped it scoring 90%.
But still Sanchi and Kabir were not on talking terms.

One day In the morning
Sanchi was checking her patient, when a wardboy came to her and said that Dr. Kabir has called her. Sanchi excused herself from the patient and went toward Dr. Kabirs cabin.
“come in Dr. Sanchi”, Sanchi entered the cabin, but still not making eye-contact with him.
Kabir looked at her.
“….In the evening there is a surgery at 5 pm and you are going to assist me.so please be prepared and read the details..” he said, handling a file to Sanchi.
“I am not free at that time..you can ask some other intern” she said sternly looking into his eyes, not taking the file.
He kept the file on the table and got up from his chair..started moving towards her.
“I think we both know, who is senior here” ,he said moving close to her.
Seeing him approaching towards her, she moved backward but stopped, “I said I am not free at that time!!!” sanchi said eyeing Kabir.
Kabir- oh is this so..I have checked the schedule of all interns..and you have no duty at that hour.(Sanchi looked at him).and ya.dont mix our personal matter here.
Sanchi- Atleast, I dont hurt personal relation like some other people(taking file from the table).ok fineI will be prepared for the surgery.
She left immediately from the cabin while Kabir looked on.

After coming out of the operation theatre,
Kabir- well done, Sanchiyou perform..
Sanchi- Its Dr. Sanchi.Dr. Kabir.
Saying this she left.

In the changing room,
Sanchi was removing her apron(coat), but the knot was too tight. She was trying to open the back knot, when Kabir entered there. Seeing her struggling with the knot, he approached towards her and opened the knot. She looked at him through the mirror.
Both shared an emotional eyelock which lasts for short time as Sanchi looked away and left the room.

At night
Sanchi was sitting on the bed in her hostel room looking at her engagement picture in the mobile.
Same as, Kabir was looking at their engagement photo in his mobile standing near the window.

Few days later,
In the morning
Kabir was sitting in his cabin, looking at a photograph in his mobilebut whose??

So here todays episode ends.
Kabir is just concerned about Sanchi’s studies. So, he said in anger. But soon their differences will be cleared.
