Anika and Mallika are comes to Airport for return back to Kerala. Both of them are comes here for an interview. That time Mallika get a phone call from her friend. After completing the call, she says to Anika that “Anika tomorrow is Friendship Day (Friendship Day was celebrating the first Sunday of August, in 2020 it’s was August 2nd)he na. It’s was Neethu ‘s call (their
classmate),she informs that our friends are decided to a get together at our college (both of them are complete their MBA at
Madras university) then a trip to ootty, she
ask to me inform you too about it . I’m going directly to Chennai. You too coming with me he na?
“A”No dear. I’m not feeling well. So I can’t
able to join with you all. You will join with them.”
M”I know dear you are tired, I will says them
about your condition.Now I’m going to
Chennai, I will meet you later, Bye ”
Saying this Mallika goes to Ticket counter for getting ticket to Chennai. After some
times she was departure to Chennai. Her
flight time is at 5pm.After her departure Anika comes to waiting area and waiting for her flight it was at 6.30pm.while sitting
their she was remember about her best
friend Revu (Gouri, She call her as Revu)

How can I enjoy the Friendship Day without
you Revu. It’s was now 12 years you are
leaving me. Every friendship day I was waiting for your arrival. Tomorrow is Friendship Day, one more friendship day
was passing without you. I’m missing you

While remembering about Revu tears are
coming to her eyes. This was noticed by a
65 years old lady, who was sitting in next to her. She asks “You are missing someone right? ”
Anika was looking at her and says “yes
Aunty I was missing my best friend Gouri. I was last saw her 12 years ago. After that I was didn’t saw her. I missing her very much,
every friendship day I was waiting for her,
tomorrow is Friendship Day one more friendship day was passing without her. I want to meet her, I hope I will meet her
soon ”
After saying About Gouri Anika was looking at Aunty but she didn’t say anything
A”what happens to you aunty? why you are not saying anything? ”
Aunty “I was surprised Beti after hearing your love towards your best friend, most of
the new generation people didn’t give
importance to Friendship they only value money. You are not like them. You are last saw your friend 12 years ago but you are
still waiting for her arrival and missing her

Myself Anika Varma, I am From Kerala. I’m
came to Mumbai for an interview. I’m waiting for the flight to Trivandram. What about you aunty? where are you going? ”
Aunty “I’m Janki Menon. Iam also from
Trivandram. Iam came to Mumbai for attending my friend’s granddaughter ‘s marriage. Anika.. I want to know more
about your friendship with Gouri .Do you
share about it to me? ”
A”Sure aunty I will says my friendship with
Gouri to you ”
Aunty “Anika don’t call me as Aunty. You
can call me as Dadi. I have a granddaughter. She too in your age. While sawing you I was feels that you are my
Parvathi, my Granddaughter ”

Anika narrates her friendship with Gouri to
Dadi
“I was saw her first at tuition center .That time I was studying in 4th standard. Her mother was a North Indian and father was a malayalee. Before coming to Kerala she was living in Delhi, her mother ‘s place. That year her family shifts to Kerala. Her family was living in near my home. So we both are become friends. The next year we both are joined in same school and studies in same class room. She is my only best friend in school. Writing stories and poems are our passion. During interval time we both are select a topic and write poems and stories and gives each other and correct the mistakes .we both are living like that. I was write stories and poems in the name of Anamika .I want to known in that name. So she is calls me as Anamika. I call her as Revu. One-day she told me that her family are going back to Delhi. I asked her don’t go dear. If you go then I will alone in that big school, becz she is my only bestie. She is replied me that she was not going anywhere, I was very happy after hearing her reply. When 8th classes are begins she didn’t comes to school. During vacation her family was goes to Delhi but didn’t come back .I hope that she will come back to Kerala. One-day I was sitting alone in class room that time one of our classmates are comes to me and says that Gouri was comes to school with her mother and she was goes to office room with her mother. Hearing this I was runs to office room and waiting for her .after some times she was coming from office room. She comes to me and says that her family was going back to Delhi and she was comes to school for taking her TC. We both are cry a lot. That is the last day I was saw her. After that I didn’t saw her. I was become alone in that school. And my bench mates are become my friends.After that so many friends are comes to my life but anyone can’t replace the place of Revu in my heart. She is always my bestie .The beginning of every year I hopes that I will meet her. When I go every place of India my eyes are searching for her. But I didn’t meet her till now. After completing my +2 I was goes to Delhi for doing my graduation in Economics. I was select JNU only for meeting her. Unfortunately that time her father was starts a business in Patna, Behar. Her family was moves to Patna. So I can’t able to meet her. Two days before I was comes here for interview, that time also my heart says that she was living here. But I didn’t meet her. I was missing her very much. I hope I will meet her soon ”

D”your thoughts are right Anika. I missing my granddaughter. After the death of my daughter it’s was me who take care her and grown up her. Now she was living with her father In London.I was last saw her two years ago. I was missing her. I hope she will comes to Kerala for celebrating Onam. ”
A”She will comes for seeing you dadi. I will pray for you ”
D”thank you Anika. I too feel like that. ”
After some times both of them departure From Mumbai to Trivandram. After two and half hours they reached to Trivandram airport at 9.30 Pm.
D”Iam very lucky to meet a girl like you Anika. I hope we will meet each other ”
A”I too hope that we will meet each other ”
Anika was talking with Dadi. That time a girl at her mid 24th comes to their side and hugs dadi from behind and says “Dadi…… ”

Dadi…! That’s means she is Dadi ‘s Granddaughter
Dadi was surprised after seeing her.
A”This is your granddaughter he na dadi ”
D”yes Anika this is my granddaughter Parvathi. Parvathi …….this is Anika Varma. I met her at Mumbai Airport. ”
P”Hello,Anika.Nice to meet you ”
A”Nice to meet you too. I’m hear a lot about you from dadi. You know she is missing you very much ”
P”I too missing you dadi, that’s why I come back to Kerala ”
D”are you coming alone Ponnu (She call Parvathi likes that), where is Ashish (her SIL)
P”I was coming alone dadi. You know I was missing you very much. I ask Papa to come back to Kerala but he was busy with his business. So asks him for allowing me to come here. After so many emotional blackmailing he allows me to come to Kerala. When Papa call you, you are at Mumbai for attending your friend’s granddaughter ‘s marriage. So I asked papa to not inform you about my arrival. I was comes here two days before. Papa informed me that you are return back at 6.30’s flight. So I’m waiting here for surprising you. D”yes dear. I was surprised. I didn’t expect you are here at this time. ”
They both are talking each other.Anika was looking at them happily both of them are meeting after a long years. Before going Dadi says to Anika “Anika God’s are very Great dear. Today he was fulfills my wish of meeting my granddaughter. He will fulfills your wish of meeting your bestie ”

Anika was reached her home at 10.15pm .Due to tiredness she was goes to sleep. The next day she was wake up from her sleep after hearing phone call, before she wake up it was Cut. Anika looks at Clock, it’s was 10am .She was take her phone and saw a missed call from an unknown number. Usually she didn’t take the unknown number but she calls the number back.
A”Hello ”
But she didn’t get response from other side.
Anika says Hello again but she didn’t get any answers so she thought to cut the call. That time h

A”How can I know you? It’s was you only na call me on my number ”
